Cassandra couldn't help let a smirk briefly slip. "Fancy maneuvers? Heh." the Thrusters on the Serpent firing up and quickly got them to a full burn before launching the Serpent as Sakuya's Flauros.

She got, what she would have guessed was a quarter of the way there she popped both shoulder missile pods open, and fired off 3 from each side, the followed that up with one larger missile from each leg. These traveled a little was before bursting open and spewing out a total of 36 between the two, giving Sakuya a total of 39 missile to deal with, all while the Serpent it self was still 'chasing' it's own missiles. Shields up and at an angle to increase the deflection chance of the Flauros ballistic weapons, and I-Flieds active, as she highly doubted Sakuya didn't sneak a beam weapon or two onto the Flauros to throw people off.

Sakuya smirked missiles huh probably seeking ones to but she wasnt worried as she put up a large shield like structure in front of it. The Klein field was her greatest creation yet manipulating the plavsky particles to create a physical shield that can block a good majority of attacks. In fact no one beyond Dani has been able to really find a away around it well Alexis did come close but she wasn't going to count that. With it up she flipped into shelling mode as spikes hidden at the bottom of the feet popped and anchored it as the large railguns on the flauros back extended and started to split apart as a large black mass of energy formed inbetween the arcs "I am sure you mother told you about this but this is a taste of my gravity cannon!" Sakuya called out as it fired the orb quickly becoming a beam gathering things to it as it aimed straight forward towards the Serpent.

Cassandra expected some form of 'shenanigans' from Sakuya, but this was down right cheating. "Oh you bitch." She let out as she dropped the entire missile payload on the left side, came to a hard stop, and started flying backwards to give her self a bit more time to brace up, and hugged the right wall best she could and just tried to minimize the damage much she could, even putting both shields, I-Fields still active, on the left side to take as much of the edge off as she could.

as the Gravity Cannons blast sailed by the I-Fields did their job, and save the Serpent from being completely obliterated. The I-Fields where crackling, not unusable but they certainly weren't gonna take much more. The left shoulder armor, and missile pods there in were completed wiped out, the left shoulder it self was a bit sluggish in responding, but other wise fine. The back mounted thrusters where intact but damaged, the left one specifically. The left leg was also damage, the missile pod was, like the one on the shoulder, just gone.

'Remind me to thank mom for all those pointers and tips on building kits some time' she thought as she looked ever the damage, the Serpent as crippled, but still very much combat worthy, but there was no way in hell she could take another 'glancing blow' like that. "That it? The way mom talked about you Grav Cannon she made it sound like it was a one hit kill and to be avoided at all costs." She snapped tauntingly, as she popped the right shoulder mounted pod open. "Gotta say, I'm not impressed." firing the remainder of those missiles into the roof of the tunnel ahead of her Serpent. "Both with the Cannon, and you. The way mom talked about you, she made it sound like some one who wouldn't need to rig the field in such a blatantly cheap way." she chided as the tunnel between the two suits started to cave in. "Least when mom curb stomps me, she does it in a stand up fight."

"it is not completely rigged in anyone's favor with a singular stage like this the small size and height often favors the smaller suits with that said. There was methods that could have been taken to turn the tides. First of all never be afraid to use the field to your advantage. Even the smallest of changes can make a big difference. Two in a confined space long range may seem to be a good choice but being able to adapt and knowing how to avoid large beams can mean a chance to get up and start CQC. Third A large blast is a double edged sword it not only fills the space but blinds the user as well. In these situations one must always be aware of the field and situation and turn both to their advantage." Sakuya said taking on a lecturing tone she was after all a teacher it was only to be expected. Afterall though while this was going on the flauros was still she may have been able to shorten the blowback damage but it still existed it was far from a perfect system just yet.

As Sakuya spoke Cassandra took stock of her surroundings, and what she had left to work with, didn't matter to her of Flauros was still for the moment or not. Some one at that level probably had a back up of some kind in place so they wouldn't be totally vulnerable if they whiffed with their big attack. Least that's the kind of thing Raechel had always told her.

Cassandra had 2 Pursuit Missiles and both sets of Gatling left, though since it was the Flauros, only the two that where hook to the shields would be of any use against the Flauros's Nano-Lam Armor. How much remained to be seen but it was better then nothing. It was then she noticed the grate in the floor behind her. She took only a brief moment to confirm that it extended past the area where the roof was caved in and that it was clear, and hopped down into it, and fired a Pursuit Missile down it toward the little bit of light she saw at the far end. While the Missile was on the way, she dropped the Beam Gatling, with the plan being she'd destroy them if need be, a trap, since Beam Weapons don't work on Nano-Lam.

Once the Missile got close enough to the light source, the grate on the other side of the tunnel, she finally replied. "Duly noted." Her tone a little snarky as the Pursuit Missile burst open, spraying Missiles through the grate at Flauros, as well as some colliding with the very ground the Flaorus was standing on from beneath.

Seeing how things were going for Cassandra, Jess ran down and got several gaze boosters and some linking parts. She ran back up and quickly assembled two booster assemblies and left them unpainted for time saving sake. she stuck them onto the rear skirt of the Overgraze, acting as almost a set of binders to increase rear facing protection and thrust. Watching this fight, she was growing plans and strategies, this would certainly be tough for her, but not entirely impossible.

Sakuya smirked she knew something was coming but where releasing the anchor points she released the rifles just as the grate exploded using the explosion to boost her dash barely dodging the explosion sure it wouldn't have done much but the object was to remain untouched as long as possible. Charging forward she aimed at the serpent hidden blades appearing as she transformed from shelling mode to gundam while in movement. The twin blades that appeared int eh gauntlets of the flauros gleamed as she charged forward.

As Sakuya charged at her, Cassandra fired off the last Pursuit missile, and while she had no doubt Sakuya would get through this final barrage as well, there was no sense in leaving anything unused at this point. As the Missile burst and homed in on Sakuya, the Serpent opened up on the incoming Flauros with the Shield Gatling on the damaged left arm, tracking the Flauros best she could with that arm while sliding the right foot under the Beam Gatling at the Serpents feet, waiting Sakuya to get through the barrage before kicking it at the Flauros and causing it to explode right in front of the charging Gundam, at which point she'd start firing with the Shield Gatling on the right arm as well.

"Sakuya smirked her charge was halted and she managed to due light damage to her gunpla's body. Charging forward despite the damage she did a downward cut on the torso of the serpent. "I believe congratulations is in order not only did you manage to damage me you did in a interesting way. She said as the smoke cleared showing the burnt shoulder armor that weathered the blow. It was a strong testament to how strongly reinforced the flauros was that the most damage was a badly singed shoulder. "Battle over" was echoed as the conditions was met. "Remember location location location." Sakuya said looking at Cassandra she was good but needed to learn how to use and examine the location to her advantage.

Cassandra just signed, and collected her Serpent. "Or just be tanky as hell." she snarked. "But for now, I guess I'm gonna go fix the 'junk heap'." Referencing the fact her Serpent was actually damaged and not just scraped up, though the way she acted about it suggested dealing with real damage was more normal for her then it probably was for the others. Enough so that she didn't think to question it anyway.

"Talk about a monster fight...if the Graze manages to survive after this, I'll be damn surprised. I wonder if it's just her Flauros..." Kanoko mused, remembering the matches they had gone through the previous day. Setting her newly created Gunpla project next to her Hi-Nu Gundam, she put a hand to her mouth, rubbing her chin. "Guess I'll go last like I did last time, but that's fine with me. I want to know what I'm up against first. If it's Flauros, I can figure something out, but if it's not...well...I'd rather have the expectation of not knowing what to expect!"

Sighing a little, she turned back towards Cassandra, looking at the busted-up Serpent. "Do you need any parts or putty? I can help you find repairs for it."

Cassandra had just started inspecting the damage when Kanoko offered assistance, having taken a brief moment to get her now fully repaired Rex out, setting it in a position on the table like it was watching the repairs that where about to take place.

"Thanks, but all I know for sure right now is that I'm gonna need to replace the left shoulder armor/missile pod, the missile pod I had on the left leg and the Beam Gatling I blew up." she said as she separated the left shoulder from the torso then the forearm. "Give me a minute and I'll know more. Then we can go parts hunting."

Jess got up now. She had her OverGraze read and walked up to the stage. "Alright, let's do this... Sensei?" she said, a bit hesitant but wanting to adapt some of the honorifics, showing she was going to try to learn the host country's culture. Setting her base and then her unit, she waited for the controls to appear around her.

"well if you are so eager shall we go?" Sakuya said revealing a cloaked gunpla that was definately not the flauros she used last time. "The same rules replay land a hit on me and it shall be considered a victory in you your win." She said as the match started her cloaked gunpla landing down with a small thump as a roman themed colliseum appeared around them. Grabbing the cloak she revealed a single rapier and held it at a fencers salute before pointing it at Jess her gunpla at the ready.

Jess launched and saw the arena they'd be fighting in. She landed and looked around, the mobile suit having a pair of guns, one of them being a gunlance and a pair of axes. She let out a laugh. "Hehe... smart teacher. Not that i expected anything less from this school though. Interesting to see you absolutely playing to your own strengths here. Long corridors for the flauros in order to enable you to get shots at your opponent. Now, you get to see the one who didn't really fight, be forced to use their skills instead of the environment." She said as the safeties on the cannons switched off. The newly minted ms adjusted itself a few times, thrusters moving and clicking as they felt themselves anew for the first time.

"i expect a good match Sensei, so let's get this thing on the road." Said the girl, thrusters burning hard as she took to the skies, flight mode activating as she flew upwards and made a strafing run at the cloaked gunpla, sticking to ranged aerial attacks.

"I expect the same in history places such as these was meant to entertain the crowd a spectacle of combat and skill of strength and endurance it is only fitting we give a battle worthy of this place." Sakuya said as she dodged the fire before firing her rose bits.. Each one taking careful aim at the exposed joints before more appeared and kicked up a large hurricane sure due to the odd mixture of IBO and 00 it was bound to be more than equipped with handling beam shots. "This gundam isn't just for show" She called her dashing up in a rising fashion her rapier at the ready in a odd version of a uppercut as the cloak flew off from the motion revealing a modified rose gundam.

"Fucking G-Gundam bullshit!" called out Jess as she was temporarily immobilized by the Rose bits. She knew better than to lose sight of her opponent. Quickly figuring out a plan to preserve her joints as well as make it difficult for the woman to actually get a meaningful hit in on her. Turning back to mobile suit form, the Overgraze turned all of its thrusters so they faced clockwise and put itself on its side. The suit began to spin and she turned them high as they could go, so it began to spin rather violently. This had two effects, one was that the rose bit's own fire was being used against the Rose Gundam as it was hitting nanolaminate and creating a large amount of scatter fire, like a disco ball of death that was taking out bits and sending a large amount of fire at rose gundam. The second thing was that the spinning made the tip of the rapier catch nanolaminate and the spinning motion causing it to glance off. turning the thrusters the other way, she burst them and then thrusted out of the storm. As soon as she was clear of the weakened hurricane, the Overgraze turned the cannons against the woman and opened fire.

Smirking Sakuya gracefully danced her ways between the cannon fire and few stray bolts from her rose bits. Directing them she set up a creative distraction using them not as funnels or the like but rather as distractions going in and out of the suits way purposely getting in the way trip up but not close enough to damage them. It was a clever way before she charged up once more rapier at the ready as she aimed for the left shoulder landing a solid blow upon it before backing up in case of grabbing and prepared for the worse. Though while she was doing this a small dart slipped into her hands.

The girl had figured the role of the bits now. She was using them as a means to draw attention away from the tactics she herself was using with the suit. Jess, seeing the incoming charge tossed her left hand gun into the path, causing the explosion and subsequent impalement of the shoulder. In the smoke, the teacher couldn't see it, but the mobile suit moved its shoulder with the rapier in it, bending the weapon and lodging it in place. Through the smoke and with thursters bursting at max, the face of the overgraze meshed with the Rose Gundam's own, then their chests. The next thing she would notice would be the hand of the suit grabbing one axe handle, almost in slow motion as the two fighters entwined with one another now, she would see the release of the axe from the waist plate, beginning to swing outwards. and with rose moving backwards, combined with the Over Graze's better thrust output forwards, she would need to find another way to dodge this one than dancing backwards.

"Was a good match it seems you have skills to back up your talent but it would take more than that to truly succeed." Sakuya said knowing that the final blow was going to happen so with swift movement she stabbed the dart into the suits neck ending it but not before she was forced to take a heavy blow onto the arm of the rose gundam. Sakuya was still smiling as the plavsky particles ended and the things collapsed onto the stage. It seems it was two for two so far both students managing to make a solid blow onto using some interesting methods in the process. "Talent is nothing if practice isnt applied you have talent but you need to practice more a solid foundation can often lead to great buildings remember that."
