@Pathfinder yes, but he knows how to drive one in case of an emergency, and plus some titan pilots didn't just pilot titans. some where even imperial guardsmen at some point.

I'm not expecting anyone to switch sides.

I just was remarking we had a about 5-2 chaos/Xenoos To impirum ratio that was going on!

If it took team eldar/imp or somthing, long as it was roughly balenced :)

Reinforcements welcome but also not forced :)

Just to make sure I understand the current state of events correctly...
Orks arrived in Giroth system and assaulted one of the planets in the system (we may need a list of those planets) in an effort to reach a fancy volcano because some chaos gits told them something or other about a weapon there. The Orks met some human resistance on the way, but beat back the simple colonists before setting up in/on/near(?) the volcano.

Which brings forth another question in my mind, what's the local geography like? What's the environment? Is the volcano in question a Mt. Doom, with cascading lava falls and bleak black stone, or something more mild? How's the local fauna, you know, before the orks destroy it or chaos warps it. Are the leaves on the local trees a weird color? Just some questions to help set the scene, so that our first posts may set the scene in turn.
