Oh, yeah, I understand. I wasn't suggesting that she didn't need it just that their reasons for stealing were different. Anyway, any ideas as to how we can have them form a friendship?

I was hinting that solving her problem with safety in her downtime is how to get Neko to team up, She's basically a Cat at heart and like a Cat self-centered and appealing to that the better course

Ah, I see. Well, in that case, I could totally see Kash offering Neko a job at Kash Cars Ink. She probably wouldn't be able to pay much, but she could totally let Neko stay with her in the second floor apartment, free of charge, as well as pay for her groceries. The only question is how do we get to the point where Kash offers her a job. If Kash ran into her as the Bluejay, she might be wary of revealing her true identity to offer her a job. But it wouldn't quite make sense for her to run into Neko as Kash King either. What do you think?

I can see Sashia getting involved in those Robin hood like events. I can see her seeing Neko as a fellow animal as well.

Quietly Neko has been buying the rights to an abandoned Island in the Harbor
The Buildings are falling apart but she's found livable space in one of them
With her Island bought through a false holding company, she's managed to gain isolation while remaining close to her hunting grounds


A former insane asylum / TB asylum / and in the end a failed attempt to cash in on the land rush in Metropolis and bought by a not so clever controller at a bad time it has fallen so far no one is interested in it except Felix Caracal of Winterborn Inc a new real estate company. Fleix works as a legit middleman for Neko.
