Haha, in all seriousness I'm not sure I will make Valtor the creator. It is true however that the sentinels were a lifetime of work, so the creator is dead regardless.

There have been only two cases. Once where a handler was kidnapped by a band of criminals. The other was when its Magnus core was severely damaged.

Yes, only handlers and the Volstryggr know about the actual ritual. Others do know that the ritual exists.
