Name: Tonya Tabbet
Age: 14
Appearance: Standing at a moderate 5'5" Tonya has shoulder length brown hair with matching eyes. She wears a collection of different outfits but usually sticks to jeans and long sleeve shirts. She's almost always has a happy smile for everyone, and walks straight and tall with her head held high.

Backstory: Tonya is the beloved only child of widower Harold Tabbet. She’s known a rather comfortable life with her father who’s catered to her every need in immutable fashion. They reside together in a small apartment within the city close to the local school. They moved there a three years back when Rachel Tabbet, Tonya’s mom died in a tragic car accident. Deciding their old residence held too many painful memories Mr. Tabbet moved them into a nice neighborhood within the city, hoping to allow Tonya a chance to find new friends. They’ve settled in nicely over the years and have moved on. Mr. Tabbet now works as a journalist for the city’s news company reporting on local stories and doing opinion pieces for the paper. Harold Tabbet is particularly interested in local heroes, anyone from the sewer man who ventured into the cesspit to rescue a trapped animal, to a returning decorated veteran, often lavishing them with praise for even small deeds of goodwill and courage. His work keeps him busy, and although he dotes upon his daughter she often has a lot of time to herself.

Tonya keeps herself busy though. Between hanging out with her friends, getting acceptable grades at school, and masquerading as Serpentine she’s got a lot on her plate. Tonya had just recently taken up the role as Serpentine. After a rough and rainy day at school she returned home to discover the small miraculous necklace hidden under her pillow. At first Tonya thought it was a gift from her father, but after closer inspection and an encounter with Ossar she realized the truth. She’d been chosen, and although Ossar her Kwami remained frustratingly cryptic about why, or even who’d done the choosing she relished her newfound power and duty.

Tonya dived headfirst into her task as a hero, dedicated to upholding the standard her father had set. And although she didn’t like lying to him about what she was doing all the time, and despite her already mediocre grades suffering for it, she upholds the mantle of hero with only some mistakes, but a few victories as well. Still, she tends to bite off more than she can chew getting herself into trouble more often than not.

Personality: The best way to describe Tonya is to mention her headstrong confidence, and her overbearing impatience. As an only child she has grown to be a bit selfish and spoiled, though not to the point of being a brat. She’s attentive and smart but often rushes into things without thinking, having to force herself to stop and contemplate all her options. She likes to look at the big picture over the small details, which leads to the clash of the ends justifying the means. Tonya can sometimes get into more trouble than she’s bargained for, using determination and people skills to power through. She is a people person after all and can sweet talk most anyone and be sassy to the rest. Her attitude has lent her more than one visit to the principal’s office. That being said she’s still kind and well meaning, only wanting the best for everyone, and justice for all.

Hero-
Name: Serpentine
Appearance:

Miraculous: Tonya’s Kwami is that of the milk snake, which represents confusion and deception. As such the talisman is a small red and black striped jewel of a winding snake in the shape of a question mark with the snake’s head where the dot should be. At the end of the snake’s tail is a small loop through which a leather band is tied making it a necklace. Tonya wears it around her neck keeping it hidden under her shirt at all times.

Powers:
Active: Mirage! When in dire straits and with nowhere left to go Tonya can activate her mirage ability. At the command of Mirage! Tonya can create a powerful illusion from her very imagination. It can be so small it reveals a single speck of dust, or so powerful it engulfs an entire city. The mirage can last as long as the Serpentine suit remains which gives it about five minutes. The mirages are only made of light and sound, and cannot interact with their surroundings and cannot be further altered or controlled beyond their original purpose.
Passive: Besides the normal enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility granted by the miraculous, the Confusion miraculous grants Tonya infrared vision, constriction-like grip, powerful lungs, minor hypnosis capabilities, and immunity to venom or poisons.

Weapon: The Twin Fangs, are Tonya’s weapons. They are a pair of battle fans decorated symbols of past feats accomplished by the Serpentine hero. They can be used to batter opponents, redirect or block incoming blows, and even be launched like boomerangs for ranged attacks. They are heavy, about a foot long in length, and colored to match her uniform and are doused in a mild nausea venom.

Kwami-
Name: Ossar
Appearance:


Personality: Ossar is the Kwami of confusion and deception and embodies it perfectly, making him very difficult to handle. He’s a very shrewd little guy who likes to speak in riddles, anecdotes, and whimsicalities all just because he can. Having a straight conversation with him is nearly impossible and Tonya is constantly frustrated by Ossar’s excellent but never straight forward advice. He’s a very talkative fellow and is a master at a game of riddles, being virtually unbeatable. When it comes to battle or just everyday life Ossar advises careful strategy and sharp tactics in order to win the day.

Name: Alexis "Alex" McAllister

Age: 17

Backstory: Alex had a rather lonely childhood. Having parents who both worked high-paying, full-time jobs that spared no time for children, she was often left in the house with a babysitter. Usually, the babysitter didn't actually play with her or anything so it left socialization a complete bust. It would have been better to have let her play outside with the other children but her parents won't allow it. Though, luckily, at the age of seven, she began communicating with her next door neighbor - her first friend. She was basically the one to mold Alex's personality... or well, what it was. With her friend leaving when she entered middle school, she had no choice but to brave the harsh reality of school life without anyone to really talk to.

Do not mistake me, she had friends. None of them were close enough to completely understand her, so she remained silent about her feelings but still hung out with them. Alex could at least say that they were fond memories and that she wouldn't change it any other way. However, this also means that she never got around to telling anyone her feelings. She harbors them in her heart, fending against them alone. It was no traumatizing event that set her into a cycle of torturing herself with her own emotions, it was a choice. A choice that she has not yet regretted.

Alex remembers one hero fondly - Rogue-Bat. He saved the city time and time again, and even saved her directly once. She looks up to him as a hero and has never doubted him for a second. While she isn't a die-hard fan who went around buying his merchandise, she did silently support him. When he had disappeared, she was worried. Who would protect the city without him? As expected, crime rates climbed back up to the usual and she found herself thinking more and more about the city needing another hero. But as time passed and no one stepped up to the challenge, she began losing hope that someone could change the city again so she went on with her everyday life.

Personality: Alex had always been seeing as the cool and calm type of girl. Since her parents weren't usually there, she had to grow up quickly - but she didn't grow up completely right. Closed off emotionally, this only seems to people as her being 'cool' and the type to not let emotions get ahead of her - and she is exactly that. Logic reigns in the head of Alex, rarely letting her feelings decide the course of action. However, she does, at times, factor in what her gut instincts tell her about the situation. She exudes the aura of a mysterious girl, and that is what she is. Rarely had she ever gone into detail of her life and never had she told anyone of what she truly harbors inside.

That isn't to say that Alex is not capable of showing emotion. She can be happy, or sad, frustrated even. But never to a great extent. She can be happy, but not overjoyed; sad but not depressed; frustrated but not furious. It's why most think that she's a pretty passive gal who doesn't let anything bother her - and she's pretty content with that. She can easily approach someone she's never met before, leading to a rather friendly facade.

There are only two main points that she thinks personally sets her apart - her extremely strong sense of justice and her near childish curiosity. Her sense of justice rivals that of heroes, despite her being normal. She can't let any injustice happen in front of her, even if it meant taking a bullet for someone she didn't know. Alex typically stands up for the bullied. Thanks to her tomboyish personality, it allows her leeway to actually be taken seriously by male students. However, even she knows that getting involved in things much bigger than herself, or beyond her capability to help, is a bad idea so she never involves herself in stopping robbers or other incidents like that. Her curiosity matches that of her kwami - endless curiosity of anything she can't understand. When she can't understand something because of her lack of schema, she finds someone who does know it or searches endlessly in the library for an answer.

As Furitta, nothing much changes from her personality. She is still a logic-based fighter and strategizes before she attacks. Though, she does make fast decisions and analyzes the enemy while fighting. Though she isn't above the more mischievous way of doing it. Alex does nothing to hide her identity as she openly talks about Furitta. What she does do is actually not tell anyone up straight that she is that hero. In fact, she only just shrugs it off. Alex rarely gets nervous when the topic comes up. She prides herself as a pretty good liar.

Name: Furitta

Appearance: Alex's hair turns brown through the middle and retains the black hair at the sides, and it's turned into a ponytail. Her mask is brown and white, colored the same way Poyzz face is, and this covers most of her upper face and only shows her mouth. Her suit is mostly brown with her front torso as white to imitate a ferret's natural coloring. She also gains ferret ears, though its hardly noticeable. Her hands and feet both have claws, though small.

Miraculous: Ferret; Located around her neck in a form of a necklace; takes the form of a brown silhouette of a small ferret, curled up with its tail covering most of its body.

Powers:

• Festinatio: Once every transformation, Furitta can use this to increase her speed to inhuman levels. But this burst of speed lasts only for seconds so she has to plan out how she needs to use it, when she needs to use it and if she actually needs to use it.

• Sleight of Hand: Furitta is able to steal things from others rather quickly and easily as long as she is in close proximity with them at one point.
• Enhanced Smell: Furitta has a rather well developed nose which she can use to get around. This also means that places that reek affect her more than others. She uses this to be able to get around the darkness
• Twilight vision: Furitta sees much better in places where there is low light, or when it's twilight. However, pitch black darkness is not included.
• Agility and Flexibility: Furitta has above average agility, even for a Miraculous user. This allows her to get around much faster than the others when on foot. She values speed among all else. Scaling a tree to a building without the usage of anything else is actually pretty easy for her.
• Silence: When Furitta hunts for her prey, she is unusually silent. This combined with her speed is a force to be reckoned with.

Weapon: It takes the form of brown gauntlets. When not in use, it simply looks like it's part of the suit. However, once she activates it, it covers her hands up to her forearm. It has the ability to shoot out wires that can be used to get around the city, by swinging or otherwise just embedding itself to an area and reel her in. There is a communicator at the left gauntlet near the forearm area so she can communicate with others users of the Miraculous.

Name: Poyzz

Personality: As curious as its master and the animal its derived from, Poyzz is usually hyperactive and asks about anything he can get his hands on. It takes an incredible amount of patience to handle Poyzz at his worst, but the payoff is quite good. Because of this curiosity, the knowledge that Poyzz holds is vast. He's also surprisingly a hard worker and can dish out good advice every now and again. His usual reaction to meeting other Kwammi is wonder and delight upon seeing a friend once again, but refuses to budge in terms of telling where they are. So unless his master knows, then he says nothing! A few buttons that one can push when it comes to Poyzz is mistaking him for a weasel, and he just blows up at the person.

Name: Matthew Rhodes
Age: 18

Backstory:
Born to a normal middle-class family, Matthew had a relatively average life until four years ago until Matthew was chosen to be the holder of the Bat Miraculous. While slightly nervous at first, he gladly accepted the task of protecting his city as a vigilante. Since the threat of Akuma was non-existent at the time, Matthew had only normal criminals to deal and with the help of the police force, he was able to make the city a safer place. As three years passed, he was involved in many situations, situations where he saved the day, where he was of help and where he made everything worse, and of all of those, he seemed to care about only the last one. He cursed himself for not being able to save everybody and be the perfect superhero.

Plagued by these thoughts the superhero known as Rouge-Bat disappeared from the face of the earth after three years of helping the city. Matthew decided to find a way to become even more powerful, and by pure luck he would find exactly what he needed in the public library, hidden in a pile of dust and other old books. He could not understand all of it, but by pressuring his Kwami into reading it Matthew found that by using all of the seven Miraculouses he would be able to gain infinite power and make his dream of becoming a perfect superhero, capable of saving everyone a reality.

Unfortunately, an obstacle came into his plan, the Guardian, who had given him the Bat Miraculous, according to Kivaat, would be unwilling to give him the rest of the Miraculouses, what’s more, Kivaat did not know his current location. If Matthew wanted to harness the infinite power of the Miraculous he would need to lure the Guardian to create a new hero. Using his “Sire” power which he used to make a person a superhero who could help him, he would make a villain that neither the police nor the army would be able to contain and with the absence of Rogue-Bat the city would need a new superhero, forcing the Guardian to give the Miraculous stone to someone. With the plan in mind, Matthew began the preparations for the return of Rogue-Bat, the creation of the akuma and the birth of the new hero.

Personality:
Described by many as a stick in the mud, Matthew is a serious & stern person, having a perpetual frown on his face. His direct and honest way of speaking makes him sound a bit rude at times and has not gained him any friends. He is determined in accomplishing his goals and will rarely back down from anything he has put his mind to, even a goal as difficult as gathering all the Miraculouses. While he feels some remorse or perhaps pity for the people he akumatizes, Matthew views it as an unfortunate, but necessary sacrifice for obtaining the Miraculouses and bringing peace.

Matthew has a low opinion of himself and doesn't react to mistakes and failures very well, blaming himself, feeling useless or getting unreasonably angry. This affected him when he first received the Bat Miraculous and was more cheerful and kind his mood then soured as his brief career as a superhero reached its final year and accumulated many failures as well as victories. His plan to obtain the Miraculouses only seemed to make him more ruthless. Though traces of his previous self can be seen when he interacts with his loved ones, like his family.

As Rouge-Bat he puts on a cold, sarcastic and slightly arrogant persona, more pragmatic than usual and not above using underhanded tactics to get an advantage in battle, he usually lets his Akuma deal with the heroes whoever they please while he watches from afar, only intervening if he sees a chance to grab the Miraculouses or if the Akuma stopped fighting. To keep his identity secret, Matthew keeps a low profile, dismisses any conversation about superheroes, thinks of alibis to use and carefully chooses who is he going to akumatize and how is he going to meet them.

Name: Batman Rouge-Bat

Miraculous: Bat. Located on his waist as a buckle with a bat design at the center of it.
Powers:
Active:
Siring: By locking eyes with a vulnerable target, Rouge-Bat can initiate the process of akumatization, a tiny bat emerges from his cape, bites the target’s neck then burrows itself in an object that belongs to the target. The target’s personality will be corrupted and they will become completely obedient to the orders given by Rouge-Bat, though they are free to interpret them as they wish if the order isn’t too specific. They will be given powers related to any negative emotions they currently have like grudges, worries, sorrows etc. Rouge-Bat can telepathically communicate with the sired target, see through their eyes and can command them without being near them or being transformed. The limitations of this power are that Rouge-Bat can only sire one person at a time and if the bat that bit the target is purified/destroyed, they will lose all of their powers. As a final point, Rouge-Bat can remove their powers at any time he wants to, but he usually prefers to command them into compliance rather than removing a powerful pawn.
Passive:
Bat-Flight: Rouge-Bat can float for a few seconds
Upside Down: Rouge-Bat can walk on walls, ceilings and any other kind of structure without losing any sense of direction
Echolocation: By concentrating Rouge-Bat can use his enhanced hearing to see his surroundings. This lets him be able to move around and fight in situations where his normal sight would be useless, like in complete darkness.
Mist Form: By holding down his breath, Rouge-Bat can transform into a semi-transparent mist. On this form, he is intangible and cannot be harmed or attack. This does not make him able to pass through walls, but he can travel through spaces that are too small to fit a normal human body, like between cell bars or the small opening of a window. Using this tires him out and can leave him without breath so Rogue-Bat prefers to use it as a way to escape or to sneak around instead of using it for avoiding attacks.
Stealth: Rouge-Bat has an affinity for camouflaging in dark places.
Weapon: A whip capable of extending and retracting. Seemingly unlimited in its range, Matthew uses it to swing around the city. Another function it has is that on command it can become rigid, making it able to use the whip as a staff or to vault to places where he can't reach by swinging.

Name: Kivaat

Personality: Kivaat at first gives the impression of a stoic, mysterious and cool Kwami, but his cowardice and nervousness shatter that impression like a hammer against the glass. Being a worrywart and a scaredy cat, he is easily intimidated by Matthew into coercing with whatever plan he has. He will often suggest the safest and riskless course of action to prevent any unintended problems, if he could, Kivaat would try to talk with the Miraculous holders so they can give their Miraculous peacefully and without resorting to violence.

Name: Bella Frazier

Age: 13



Backstory: A child who was born with everything she could ask for, Bella was often secluded from those she was meant to care about. Yeah, there was her parents, who loved her and showered her with their presence and gifts, the house maids and butlers who treated her kindly and fairly, and her friends who were always there for her and hung out with her in and out of school, but for some reason Bella always felt some kind of disconnect with everything around her. Of course, it was not that she didn't care nor that she didn't want to be with them, but more like she wasn't quite sure how to react around them. It came to her attention one day at school when one of her friends makes a joke and everyone stared laughing. Of course the joke was funny, but Bella did think much of it, so she pretended to be asleep to avoid people thinking she was being mean. Then there was another time when she accidentally placed a hand on a turned on stove without noticing. Quickly swiping her hand away, her first instinct was to cry like any normal person would, but instead she bit her lip and kept quiet, unsure of how she would act if someone found her like this, and scared of what they would think of her if they did find out.

And that's how Bella's mostly been spending her left, attempting to break out her shell and let people see her for who she really is, but cowering out of it every time she got the chance.

Personality: Bella, although she tries not to show it, is an optimist. She tries hard to see the best in every situation, although her actions might prove more pessimism than she wanted, and rely on her strengths like studying and school rather than focusing on her weaknesses like talking to others and holding up a conversation. She's honest to everyone she meets, often a little too honest as her words could be seen as blunt. And since she's so honest, she usually expects the same from others, getting upset if it's the opposite. Bella tries to think several steps ahead when regarding interacting with other people, especially since she can't tell sometimes where a conversation will go, and also for her own benefit. She's known for hating sore losers and easily gets annoyed by them for their selfish attitude. When put in a situation where she feels threatened, Bella will not hold back and isn't afraid to get risky with her actions, despite how usually reserved she is. If hurt in any way, Bella is known for distancing herself. Contrary to the others before her, Bella is extremely patient, to the point were she'll stay in one place for days on end if someone told her to wait there. The teen is known for having a sleepy aura about her too. As in, she's always tired, or at least appears to be. She'll sleep whenever and wherever she can, it usually causing problems for the others; Yet another thing that could pose a problem would be the girl's knack for wandering off whenever she sees something interesting.

When she turns into Usagi, Bella optimistic side shows much more and is plenty more talkative as well. She's far more confident in herself and loves being around the older superheros that have and will be teaching her so much. She'll cheer when they've done something right, and cry if the target gets away from her. She's far more active as well, jumping from place to place and always trying to smile in attempts to be like the superheros around her, but becomes naive since she believes that all superheros believe people.

Name: Usagi



Miraculous: A rabbit located on a headband that she wears almost everywhere.

Powers:

Active: Power Jump -- This ability powers up Usagi's legs, powering up her already high jumps. She can do other things with this power up as well, such as giving herself super speed and even transporting people to higher places or even different locations.

Passive: Aside from the normal enhanced bodily functions the Miraculous give you, the Rabbit Miraculous gives Usagi enhanced, almost photographic memory, emotional memory, can jump higher than other Miraculous users normally, cold resistance, treading difficult terrain, and sharp hearing over a set distance.

Weapon: Usagi wields a slingshot with unlimited ammo. Coupled with her jumping capabilities, Usagi is quick to release a flurry of bouncy balls the size of her fist on those who oppose her. Great for long range fighting.

Kwami-
Name: Hoppi



Personality: Usually very jumpy, happy-go-lucky, and raring for a fight, Hoppi is a generally happy and excitable Kwami who wants nothing more than to make Bella herself smile and... well, emote. She doesn't seem to mind if other people see her and will continue to make herself known in order to give Bella the attention she thinks the other deserves. She's mostly a foil to Bella's sleepy and reserved nature by getting her to be more active. However, this attitude comes off as more naive then anything as Hoppi is easily fooled by anything she's told.

Name: Ella Grace Rivers
Age:13
Appearance: She is tall with long blond hair in a braid and bright blue eyes. Her hairpin is at the top of her braid and she wears a light blue summer dress with black sandals.
Backstory: Since Ella was little, she had always loved to dance and she grew up with dance. Her parents owned a dance studio and she spent most of her time there when she wasn't at school. It was a place of peace for her as she was incredibly shy and didn't really have any friends. When she was around 8 her father passed away and a few years later at the age of 12 she moved to America from Germany. She had to learn English and still struggles quite a bit.
Personality: She is very shy and quiet. She is scared of a lot of things and she doesn't really talk as she sometimes struggles to understand people and she hates to stand out from the crowd and shies away from the spotlight. Other than her shyness and lack of courage, she is quite studious and has a passion for dance and it can be the only time she is free to perform without fear. As a hero she is often graceful and moving like dance to ease her fears of everyone watching. Other than this she is quite closed off with emotions and she doesn't show her emotions barely except happiness and fear.

Name: Kleine Maus (Tiny mouse in German)
Appearance: She looks very similar but with a little grey mouse suit with small mouse ears in her hair. She also has a light pink tail and her two ribbons are attatched either side of her. The ribbons are the same colour as her tail
Miraculous: The miraculous is a mouse. It is a hair comb that she wears in her hair. The comb is grey with pink in the middle and is curved like a mouse ear.
Powers: Active:
Mouse shrink: she can shrink to the size of a mouse
Passive: Fast, Danger sense and can move with hardly any sound
Weapon: 2 dance ribbons that can capture the opponent and hold them there, they can be broken out of. These ribbons do extend so she can use them to swing as a quick form of transportation

Kwami-
Name: Molla
Appearance: A little grey kwami with little pink ears and a pink tail
Personality: She is critical in a kind way, critizizing Ella's bad traits but she is nice about it. She is very encouraging to Ella and she works with Ella on her flaws like her courage.
