The World Overview
Sky warriors is set in a post apocalyptic Earth where a dangerous American war of the states set the entire world in turmoil around 2105 A.D. The war was so devastating that the entire world essentially had to 'start again' with civilization. Soon most resources, cultures and governments simply melted away. The notable thing about this massive war is that it was fought almost entirely in the air, but after almost a century of vicious world wide air battles most military technology was gone, and the nations lacked the resources to keep building more, also many great military engineers were executed and the knowledge and skill to build aircraft began to fade away. But hidden deep in undiscovered bunkers from the 20th century lies prototypes of war time aircraft, specifically from the 1920s 1940s and 1990s, the aerial dogfight was reborn and the fighter pilot entered a new era........
Global Conflicts
War records aren't entirely reliable as there is very little regulation and accurate record keeping in the post apocalyptic world. But it is widely recognized that the global conflicts started around 2090 when the state of Texas wanted independence from the rest of the U.S. to become an independent military state. Somewhere in that demand they began a war with Nevada, while the rest of the U.S. stayed
out of it. This was until Canada became involved to directly challenge Texas (now branded the Lone Star Land). Then United states turned into a bit of a frenzy as many states began forming their own coalitions and entire north American continent erupted into civil war. During the next century many countries, states and nations were absolutely destroyed and many able fighter pilots began starting their own factions, crews and criminal gangs. All around the rest of the world many former nations began to split off and form independent military organisations. The word as many knew it was essentially over. There was only chaos, crime and conflict now.

Original Sky Warriors
In a world full of chaos and pain, there will always be a few who will fight for justice. In 2204 A team of Canadian expert pilots named the Sky Warriors took it upon themselves to take Texas head on in a secret mission to attempt to end the north American war. There efforts were the stuff of legend, during their campaign they overthrew a dangerous Mexican general who was allied with Texas. And managed to destroy key bases in Kentucky which in turn liberated South Carolina (who were in bitter war with each other). Despite there only being 5 of them, they did more than the entire Massachusetts Army did (one of the last real opponents to Texas in America).
Though eventually the brave sky warriors were killed in mysterious indecent that nobody knows the full details of.
New Sky Warriors
9 Years after the Sky Warriors were presumed dead, the team's scanner Roland Shaw emerged alive and active as a pilot, still trying to do good in the world after the death of his team. He teamed up with the Albion Avengers a British organization looking to rebuild civilization around the world and contracted Roland Shaw to fly to Las Vegas to secure the territory for a major city reconstruction. To help in the effort, Roland and the AA hired a number of individuals from around the world to join him in this mission, along with Roland, they would become the new Sky Warriors.

The Blood Wing Requiem
Set a few months before the main Sky Warrior story, 18 year old Hilda Rickman sets off to investigate the mysterious circumstances around her fathers assassination. She is a very distant descendant of the notorious Red Baron and styles her new identity after him as The Red Baroness. She decides to lead her own deadly mercenary crew to take revenge on whoever she thinks deserves it, and dubs them, the Blood Wings a more violent and chaotic counterpart to the noble Sky Warriors.
The New York Five
Set 3 years before the Sky Warrior Story, the mostly destroyed city of New York pools together its last cache of money to hire a team of 5 pilots (each one representing a NYC borough) to liberate the state of New York and secure key bases around the North East of the country to unify the region and rebuild. Also to fight off a vicious Warlord from Europe looking to take over New York.
I will be adding more possible stories for the Sky Warriors Extended Universe as I really want to build a proper continuity, let me know if you have any ideas for stories for the universe, or if you would like to take part in an existing idea.

Story For This RP: Birth Of An Empire
This is the latest edition to my ever expanding Sky Warriors universe. Roland Shaw is back, and after completing the mission to New Haven, he decided to put himself in a long retirement from flying. He had peace for 3 years until one of his old contacts told him rumors about a 'Bandit Empire' in the pacific ocean. Supposedly a large number of loose bandit factions from the American south were being funded by a mysterious organization in Europe to build a large stronghold on a small Island near Hawaii.
Roland wanted to ignore it, but he knew that any funding from a powerful group might mean the beginning of another oppressive coalition. So against all desire to stay retired, he decided to investigate the formation of the bandit empire, starting with their origins in Florida. But just like last time, he would need help, and used his large retirement fund to hire a new group of pilots on this latest mission.

New pilots to face the threat of growing Super Army of bandits! Feel free to look through any of the rich lore of this universe and base your characters history off it. Let me know if you have any questions! This RP can begin after we have 2-3 members join and then will be open to more as we go along.
