Yes, that is fine of course but you can't pause time and just one-shot someone or just instantly shoot them in the head. Especially if its a spar. If its a situation where the school is attacked that may be different of course.
In time with more practice it would get bigger but still won't allow it to be so op where you could use gravity to crush someone or something like that. In a battle again that could be discussed though.

No worries looks great to me so far. Once the back story is up feel free to post it. I have almost finished a few professors and I plan on making a set of twin students with opposite powers to each other.

Back Story: Nothing was really odd when he was born, but when he first opened his eyes, there was something off, the dark red was unusual and not normal. His parents thought it was odd, but shook it off. About one decade later, when he was around 12, he was at school in a classroom by himself, (He would usually stay after classes) and realized something was off... He felt something in his hands, almost like there was an object pressing against them on all sides... The pressure from it quickly rose, and then stopped... He had quickly shaken it off, thinking it was nothing. Later, when he arrived home, he was sitting at his small desk next to his bed, when he reached to pick up a pen, the strange feeling from earlier came back, and he felt it releasing towards the pen, causing it to break through the desk and got lodged into the ground. Things quickly escalated from there, where the same strange occurrence would happen with multiple objects, whether he was at school, home, anywhere, really.
About 1 year later, he saw an advertisement for a certain school, he paid it no mind. A few weeks a later, an incident occurred at his school involving his unknown power, which ended up getting a few people injured including his best friend. He had been called many things, freak, monster, and many more. He had stayed at home for another several months, isolating himself. One day, he saw the same ad for the school and got an idea. Fast forward to today and he is arriving at the school.

Appearance: Delios is athletic and around five feet and ten inches tall. His blonde hair reaches towards his shoulders. Delio has light blue eyes that would make most people uncomfortable if stared at. He has a very handsome face, which he likes to use to woo either sex. Some noticeable features are his high cheekbones and a small mole on the left side of his mouth.
He wears a multi-coloured T-shirt, a green and blue sweater, tight-fitted red pants, black running shoes, pink socks, and a dark blue sports watch. He also wears a black bowler hat.
Ability: Delios has the power to manipulate time. Being able to stop, fast forward, skip, and turn back time. However, he would only be able to manipulate five seconds.
Personality: Delios is a typical narcissist, thinking highly of himself and lowly of other people. He has no respect for anyone, considering them to be beneath him. He usually makes snarky comments or quips that can be pretty hurtful—manipulative and cunning, using his charm to try and get what he wants. Delios is also brutal and sadistic regarding his enemies and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty.
Back Story: Delios was born to a single mother because his father had died in a car accident. His mother works and struggles to support herself and her son. This makes Delios ambitious and wants to get out of poverty. He works at a young age to build various skills to make money. He cannot control his powers at an early age and finds what will be pretty strange. He sees no answers from anyone on what is going on. As he grew into being a teenager, he would resort to stealing and laundering money so he could support his mother. An incident occurred where he almost killed his stepfather using his powers. This incident caused a rift between himself and his mother, and whether this was an accident or on purpose was uncertain. Living with a "friend," he heard of an ad for a school for people like him, and wanting to harness his powers, he researched the school. A few months later, he arrived at the school.
Time Manipulation always sounds cool for some reason
I've personally always found it to be a bit clunky. Mainly because Time is more concept than substance. I've see few people that can define the power in a way that doesn't lean towards powerplaying.
@Eviledd1984 Well that is why I said it would only be for a few moments nothing incredibly long-term or anything of that nature. But we could also have it be only a small area, not the ENTIRE world that reverts maybe?
