abuse - my stepfather spanked me because i refused to eat what my grandma cooked, and my grandma slapped me on certain parts of my body many times for no reason
accidents - i scraped my knee and my nose from crashing into my grandma's garden riding a scooter
animal scars - my cat claws on my knee for some reason, and one time when i was trying to pick her up, she chose violence and dug her nails into my shoulder
burn scars - i burn myself a lot on my index finger when i'm cooking ramen for myself ;-;
insecurities - i'm insecure about my breasts and the corner of my arms (since the corner of my arms are jam-packed with stretchmarks and bc i think my breasts are kinda small)
SA-harassment - my neighbor Rick once took me into his bathroom while he was taking a dump and i saw his junk
Uh, maybe this isn't the place to put this kind of stuff. A journal seems to be better. Maybe talking to a therapist but a site for roleplaying games doesn't seem like the place.
I see based on your profile that you're on the younger side and this seems like something I would have posted at your age as well. I come from a history of abuse and it was very much a cry for help on my part. I don't know if it's the same for you and I don't want to presume, but I did want to echo the sentiment of the user above me. If you're in a position where you can safely ask for a therapist, it might be worth it to do so. If you're not able to do so, I might suggest Teen Line or some alternative to discreetly discuss what you're going through (here are some resources from a family member who works with teens in the USA):
Crisis Text Line: Text "MHFA" to 741741 specifically for mental health challenges, can provide advice, support, resources. Available always.
Trevor Project Call 866-488-7386 or text "START" to 678678 specifically for youth in crisis, suicidal, and/or need someone to talk to. Specializes in LGTBQIA+ care.
Journaling is also a great suggestion though it's a difficult habit to start on your own. Guided journaling apps, such as Bearable, are much easier to get used to in my experience. Sports and creative outlets are also a great way to deal with anything you're going through. I personally did Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a teenager to deal with what I've gone through and maybe you'd find some luck with a local team for whatever fuels your interests. As for creative outlets, Roleplaying is an excellent start and there's always poetry, lyric writing, drawing, sketching, etc. Volunteering also helps and I know there exists Teenage Advisory Boards in libraries as well as junior volunteers for the SPCA (at least here in the United States). All of these could be outlets for you to cope with anything you might be dealing at with home, at school, or elsewhere.
If you need any further specific resources for whatever you're going through, I'd be happy to hunt them down for you. A Roleplaying forum is not the place to be discussing these matters, but there does exist hotlines, websites, support groups, etc., that we can find for you. Know that you're valid, your feelings are valid, and you are not alone. There are people out there that CAN help you.

Stay strong and take care of yourself.
thank you, but i still have my family and friends' support and it's enough for me :)
Thank you so much for the wonderful advice! I know I could have used that stuff growing up. Keep on being amazing!
I think that sentiment is true for a lot of us.
Now that these resources do exist, I'd like to think it's our duty to share them whenever we can, especially for the younger folks who are still finding themselves/not fully in control of their lives. Abuse, trauma, mental illnessβ These are topics that we do not need to be ashamed to discuss though there's always a time and a place. I'd be happy to spend a little time helping people find these places as needed.
