@Rhona W Hey, just so I know, how fast is a decent air transport in this day and age? (Determining how far out my characters can be in this GIJOE-style gathering montage.)


It'd be the same as modern-day air travel - that won't have changed that much as there's been no major advancements in that area.

FYI for everyone, I've added a blurb to the 0th OOC post that explains the rank system SPEAR units use (because we're special snowflakes, so we get to have cool titles)

I feel like not getting briefed over the 4 hour RTB is almost comically "No time to explain/I said, no time to explain" because none of the en-route facilities were secure enough is a very Army way things can go.

Granted, it could be planners stalling for time to get the specifics.

Anyways, I figure Felix will be aggressively yoinked via UH-60.

I think everyone has posted at least once since the last GM post. I know that Chevy and Cozure have a collab post to put up. As soon as that's up, I'll do another post with Silver answering questions people have raised, and then moving things along a bit too - I don't think we need to RP 8 hours of sitting in a cargo hold and then driving across the desert x3

Hey, sorry - I didn't see your message as I haven't checked the site for days over the holiday period, and I've only just got back to it myself.
Yes, still open for people to join in, though I'd say I'll probably close it with your submission as that will be plenty of players and characters to keep track of. Also, it'd be relatively easy to introduce you still at this stage, as we haven't got far in practical terms.
If you can get your CS up quickly, then I can incorporate you into current events with ease.

I've just edited the specs for the MAS suits we use, as I realised I'd left off jump-jets, and I'd intended us to have them. I've also added foot wheels to them as well, because, well; speedy zooms are fun and very anime.

Working on a post currently!
