Beyond making sure people have clean water to drink or healing potions, one thing I've tended to overlook or gloss over in the past is the Dwarven Combat Training part of the race. Which is making me wonder if Grim wouldn't seek to be someone's sparring partner to keep up his training.
Sure, I'm OK with that! - Although, I will say, Lulli is polarizing but a good source of conflict. Maybe you wouldn't wanna hang out with him in real life but it's definitely gonna be more interesting to have your character interact with rather than avoid him. Also his character arc will be rewarding to be a part of when he turns a new leaf.

Everything's set for Grim, I think. Let me know if the Alchemy Jug is approved or not (the Star Map druid focus is a powerful enough item that I'm happy to forgo a starting magical item). Its mostly for roleplay purposes because the beer must flow even on the road
