Her demon side can control the shadows and control the element fire.

Her demon side is cold, easy to anger, calculative, manipulative, uncaring, sarcastic, and sometimes just plain mean. Her demon side will do anything to it takes to win.
~History~
Her father was a demon, her mother an angel. This kind of union was looked down upon as well and taboo. And so when the angels found out that a child was born half demon and half angel they set out for a blood. Both sides united for one rare moment in time to hunt down Layla/Lilith's parents. They managed to escape but when she was ten they were caught. Her parents were killed in front of her but before the she was consumed by the same fate Lilith took over and they managed to escape. Unfortunately, they were caught not three days later.

She can be startled or scared quite easily and she doesn't like being grabbed suddenly or loud noise. She is terrified of thunderstorms and hates violence/fighting.
~History~
Karou had been in her room one day talking to Mary when her mother came in, drunk as usual. Her mother tried to take Mary away from her, screaming that the doll was Satan or something and had cursed her daughter. She then tried to shove a cross onto Karou's forehead. Karou screamed, cried and struggled; begging her mother to stop. She had squeezed her eyes shut and wished with all her might that her mother would stop yelling at her. There was a choking sound and Karou looked up. The colored pencils she had been drawing with had flown up and pierced her mother through her throat. Her mother fell to the ground just as her father ran in. He saw his wife bleeding from the neck on the floor with his daughter sitting there cluching a doll and crying that she didn't mean it. Fallen Shadows then contacted her father and he sold Karou to them without a second thought, saying that Devil's spawn was not his daughter.

Makes everyone call him Father
~Gender~
Male
~Age~
34
~Personality~
After the death of his family he became insane. He was slightly bipolar to begin with but it became even worse after the death of his loved ones, he can go from happy to angry in the span of a breath. And if that wasn't enough he also developed psychopathic tendencies as well as a very, very extreme delight of cutting things open/off. He succumbs to frequent episodes where he is seen either talking to someone who isn't there(his wife and daughter) or wandering down the hall singing the lullaby he created for his daughter. And that's when he is in one of his calm moods. When he is in one of his psychotic moods he tends to sprout off nonsense. If he is angered enough he will try to kill anyone in the room, be they human or super.
~History~
Father, or Arthur Davis as he was once called lived peacefully in a small two-bedroom house with his wife and daughter. He loved his wife dearly and spoiled his little girl any chance he got. It was a quiet night, much like every night was for the Davis family. His wife was curled against him on the couch knitting as their daughter played with the doll her father had recently made for her on the carpet in front of the fireplace where a fire was crackling merrily. Everything was peaceful until a news broadcast caught his attention. He looked away from watching his daughter and focused on the television. The news anchor was telling a story about how supernatural beings had appeared on one of the streets and that citizens were to take extreme caution until the government knew what to do to handle the situation.
Just as the man was stating precautions to take the door to their house was kicked, or more like rammed in. Arthur jumped to his feet in alarm as a man, beast, thing ran through the open doorway, eyes blood red and lips parted in a snarl to display razor sharp fangs. The creature knocked Arthur back into a wall, focusing on the much weaker prey. Arthur lay slumped against the wall, dazed. He broke out of his daze upon hearing his wife start screaming. His eyes shot up and he froze, watching in shock as the creature who had his wife pinned to the floor sank its teeth into her neck and tore open her throat. It greedily began drinking her blood, completely ignoring the other two humans in the room. Arthur's daughter, who had been in shock up to this point began screaming and crying, cowering in the corner. The thing lifted its face, blood smeared all over its lips and jaw. It snarled and leaped at the little girl. She was pinned to the floor and Arthur could watch helplessly as the creature tore his daughter limb from limb, her screams echoing in his ears. Once it was satisfied it finally turned to Arthur.
The man suddenly regained his ability to move and so he scrambled to his feet. But it was too late. The creature moved like a shadow and soon he was being thrown onto the coffee table. It broke under his weight and the thing took the chance to pin him down. He gagged as the thing moved its face closer to him, the stench of blood overpowering. The being parted its lips, fangs dripping with blood. Arthur watched as his death grew closer and closer until, so fast he couldn't really understand it, something in the man snapped. Be it his self-preservation instinct or the thirst for revenge for his family. Arthur's fist came up, connecting against the beasts jaw. It jerked away, more startled than anything and Arthur managed to wiggle away. He didn't get very far however before he was once again slammed against the floor. His hands scrambled for purchase, coming in contact with something rough and jagged. Not really thinking, only reacting, Arthur swung his arm up and buried the object into the creatures eye.
Letting out an inhuman scream, the monster scrabbled at the thing in its eye. This time, Arthur launched himself at the thing. He straddled it, grabbing the object, which happened to be a broken table leg from the coffee table. He yanked it out of the things eyes and stabbed down in its eyes again and again and again. When there was nothing left of the body parts he then raised his arms above his head and drove the make-shift weapon as hard and as deep as he could into the beings chest. It thrashed weakly and screamed its rage and pain But soon its shrieks turned into bloody gurgles and its writhing stopped as the light left it. Arthur sat there for a moment, covered in blood and breathing hard. Tears came to his eyes as he realized what just happened and he grabbed the wooden weapon again, pulling it free with difficulty and stabbing anywhere on the body beneath him he could.
Sobs racked his body. But soon, as his eyes slowly took in the remains of his wife and daughter all his reason and sanity fled to the darkest corners of his mind. Something snapped inside him and his sobs soon turned into laughs and a manic smile stretched across his face as he continued to stab down at the corpse. His laughter rang through the night. It was a few weeks later than he proposed to the government his plan of creating a facility to harness the super's powers. It was approved and the construction of the facility began. Six months later teams of highly trained trackers were sent out, their mission to detain and capture any supernatural on sight using any means nescessary as long as the prisoner survived.
But what none of the humans knew was his real reason for wanting to run the facility. After that horrible night with that creature he now knew to be a rogue vampire, an extreme hate had built up inside him, a hate for the supers; who he blamed all his misery on. So he greatly enjoys making the supers lives living hell, in anyway he can.
~Other~
His favorite weapon is a chainsaw, which he tends to carry around with him.
