Quite a few of us are in alleys flanked by large buildings, so we don't have much of a view.

If I remember correctly, Surgeon is near the crumbling Mahogany Tower as well. Sometimes you just have to be aggressive and take try to push for interaction (but don't force it or make it too unnatural).

Also, a reminder to folks to keep joining the chat. While I try to post important things that happen in chat also in the OOC (though important stuff rarely happens), it more importantly keeps the interest and enthusiasm for characters flowing.
Plus, fun stuff happens like Alraune's babies, Erebus' butt, Authority Queen ruling the sea, Lumineer making people cry, Erebus' butt, Omega being OP, the OTP of ErebusxLumineer, the OT3some of ErebusxLumineerxEdge, Erebus' butt, and more!

Hey Ryonara, Apzac and I kinda finished the encounter, but left it a bit open so you can decide who Edge will interact with. Lumi is out cold in the alley if you want to help her or you could give chase and try to capture Erebus.

Good, he struggles to aid whoever needs help in hopes of eventually soothing his many regrets.

Mother: An old lover who lost herself to time. Nowadays he tries to gain her back... That is, whenever he remembers she exists.

Powers:
Immortality: Due to a ritual gone wrong, he gained immortality with a cost. He would never die of old age or lose mobility due to it, but his body would not hold up with the immortality, and it would keep aging up until he was a rotting corpse. Every time he's "killed", his body turns into dust. He stays gone until a happy, optimistic child walks the earth near his place of death.

- Clairaudience: Some empaths have displayed the ability to not only feel emotions, but also "hear" the heightened thoughts associated with that specific emotions. An example would be if an empath senses two spouses aiming a lot of hatred towards one another. The empath might get the echo of thought along with that emotion e.g "I cant believe he's cheating on me after all these years". However this is not to be confused with Telepathy. An empath can only get visionary "echoes" related to certain emotions. They can not read full memories.

- Empathic Healing: The empath simply takes the pain into themselves so the victim no longer feels that pain. The wound is actually never healed.

- Realm Travel: The power to travel between different realms after hours of meditation and chanting. He uses the power to travel between the Underworld and Earth, visiting old friends and family every time he arrives at the underworld. He can also research many things in the Underworld, though it takes time to get through the tons of books in the place.

- Magic: Is able to use magic, yet he hasn't actively used this ability in his life.

Strengths:
- Immortal: He's been around for a long time and has a few times returned from Death's cold embrace.

- A master of the Arcane.

- Very wise and intelligent.

- He's felt enough pain for several lifetimes, so much pain in fact, that he's lost much feeling. Nothing short of breaking his bones will give him any physical distress.

- He's been around long enough to learn many skills. Most of them are hobbies such a sewing or drawing, but he's also learned some things from a few medics and psychologists.

Weaknesses:
- No wish to physically fight, as he is too peaceful and won't ever raise a fist, even if he's getting killed.

- Too empathic. Sometimes he will even try to help his enemies by applying first aid to them or making sure that they don't die or suffer unnecesarily.

Backstory/Personality:

Known to once be a Roman citizen under the reign of Emperor Trajan, he used to lead a normal life until he entered the world of the Occult. The details of the following two hundred years of his life are kept only to himself, but he's got no hesitation or problem talking about the time after that.

He travelled the Old world for centuries, was shunned by cities, watched by towns, and befriended by Chapels, parents and children across many countries. He healed those that needed his aid and spoke tothose that felt lonely. Yet his time in each vilalge and town was short, and when time passed and generations grew up and died, he would be remembered as a myth.

His life was calm, but sometimes scared people would join forces and attempt to take his life. Most of the attempts were succesful, if only for the fact the Father never fought back. Eventually, though, he'd come back to life once a happy children walked the earth near his place of death.

These days he has found a home in one of many poor districts in New Tokyo. He owns a small relic shop hidden in an alleyway and takes care of it. Though not many people visit, and sometimes he spends days without any sale, he happily keeps his relics clean. Some people are naturally afraid and avoidant of him, but most children have found him to be a nice friend.

Father has been accepted by Spencer in the chat a while ago, but I finally got around to adding him to the roster~

Also, Spencer, PM me the details for the story you are planning so I can be an actual, less-useless Co-GM. Who knows? Maybe Guanyin's "omnipresence" could be useful for pushing the plot in the direction you wish.

Argh, now someone is expecting something of me! I guess I can't run away anymore.

Ok, I'll be on chatzy while I make a "night-skip" post. If anyone wants a certain event to happen so that it could help set up a sub-plot or some such, feel free to jump on and nag at me until I add it in. If anyone has a good idea for some major event to happen, same deal.

If for some reason I'm not on like, say, my computer overheated or I didn't finish the post today, feel free to just PM me.

Though be warned that I like consistency, flow, and a healthy suspension of disbelief and any ideas that break any of those will be viewed harshly~

Also, I am not taking over Spencer's RP. I'm just taking a bit off his plate so that he can return a little easier. It's not like he's been offline for a week.

I've posted the time-skip for all you folks.
I know that I'm probably not the first choice that comes to your mind when you want someone to advance the plot, but I did it anyways.
As always, please forgive my poor posts.

It is now 9:05 AM, though there are obviously some people that have been awake earlier.
Today is another day of Guanyin antics, though nothing directly as of yet. Just lots of talking on Live TV.
How you spend today is you own time, because one) I don't like stepping on people's toes too much, two) I believe Spencer has not abandoned the RP and just needs a bit of time, and three) hopefully it gives you ample time to prepare before a GM does something more drastic.

Now! Give me all your complaints!
I may not be able to take them and keep standing, but it'll make you feel better, right?!

I had hoped to have Restu rescue Lumineer, but I was looking for Parteebear in the chatz to ask if I could move her somewhere. Guess now I'll just have to ask here. So yeah, I was thinking that Restu just comes in, takes Lumineer away from Erebrus, and takes her back to her place to rest up. Since I don't need to write that out anymore, do you want to wake up at Restu's apartment or do your own thing?

Sorry bout being so hard to find, every time I logged on the chat was empty, so I left.

Probably best if Retsu dropped her off at the police station while she was unconscious, I'm pretty sure the law views Retsu the same way it does Erebus, so Lumi might not want to know who she was saved by yet. Besides that opens up a character development path later down the line.
