Well, it doesn't have nearly the amount of conceptual backing of the original. Neither does Rho Aias (or is it supposed to be the same conceptually perfect defense against missiles it was for Archer?), so I'd say it's ok (barring the GM ruling it's not ok, of course.)

(Although honestly I'd pick my own names for the patterns, purely out of love for a semblance of originality. It's however, of course, your call in that regard.)

No, the Enuma Eilish and the Rho Aias are merely Hope Constructs, named that because Pablo thought the names were badass (although he only watched Studio DEEN's version of Fate Stay/Night, like I did).

The words are translated generally as "You are already dead".

That depends on whether are you able to heal lost limbs and similar crippling and otherwise critical damage, and restore people dead from the acute case of "Surfboard-sword to the head".
