Lunalel Lightsword

"I agree on blue, but gold is too bold for me. I prefer a shiny silver steel though for the armor. Gold's too soft to be an actual protect, though I'd pick mithril if that were even an option here. It's a bit expensive, though maybe we can find someone that could come across it." Luna said, inspecting her current armor and unaware of the exact process of getting mithril.

She was somewhat deep in thought when the shopkeep came over to ask what they were up to. He seemed interested at least. "Oh. Umm, yes. So it would seem. I was considering an armored dress since these two are so insistant on me wearing one. I wanted to show my familiar here that modest would be better and show off armor as well since she kept poking fun at me." Luna thought about her plan. "I wasn't all too sure, but I was thinking of an armored dress. Something different but appeasing to the eyes. Godwin did a good job over at his smithy, and I was thinking to commision him for the metal work." Since they had literally just started talking about it, Luna didn't have a concrete plan yet.

Eith

"Food money, if you make my food you also need ingredients, yes?" Eith said, pulling slowly away from the hug. She felt more calm now and less like the whole world was going to crash in on her. "You can get meat for me." Eith said like a spoilt little puppy. "If you want to discuss that matter later though, I can try." The Shellagh said as she looked at Miren. She felt like just being near Bunny for now. [color=red]"So, what do you do here while waiting for people to buy books?

Katherine Lindall

"The collar was a bit expensive, but it's what caught your eye, yes?" Katherine smiled as she took the collar from the cat, happy to see this one could actually make her own decisions. One was not truely alive without the ability to make decisions for one's self. "And you like this type of dress?" The Puppeteer studied the dress the cat liked for a couple of minutes, deeply in thought and ignoring questions. She wanted to make sure she burned every detail to mind. "Alright. I think I can handle this. Something to show off your legs and shoulders. I think you have a nice body with smooth skin. Something to be proud of for sure." She had plans to make this later, when she had some time. At the least she could make a human-sized doll with this cat.

Mugi the Yuki-Onna

Mugi wasn't too shocked when Livia opened the door, but she feigned suprise anyhow. "Ohhh, headmistress. I didn't expect you to answer. Though if my Dear is doing her job then I'll try not to bother her. Is she helping that child that was with you?" Mugi asked, happily enough going with the conversation. "I'd love to join, but I'm afraid my body would overheat much too easily."

~Cynthia, Ritsa~

"...you have quite a lot of energy, don't you?" Cynthia said with a small sigh as she got to work on Ritsa. Thankfully for the maid, as soon as Cynthia started the hydra calmed down drastically. That didn't stop the child from her typical unable to sit stillness from very long, though. With a little more scolding and work from Cynthia though, Ritsa's own massage was done and she jumped back into the water, rinsing off and splashing her way back over to Fia.

"Alright you two, I'll wash your hair then." Cynthia continued. "And Ritsa, do try and sit still this time please."

~Fox, Gwynn~

"Very well, 'master'." The fox said with particular distaste, and left quickly. Gwynn didn't seem to question it. Truth be told though, the fox was feeling a little put out. Understandable, she supposed all things considered. She had tried to kill them all rather recently. Still, she thought she hadn't done anything to have Selvina upset with her...had she? After she had left though, and the two mages were alone Gwynn sighed.

Where should she start?

"You would be correct. And stop calling me 'Lady Gwynn' It's annoying." Gwynn replied in a fairly serious tone. "But I'll give you the short version of it. Maoin is no longer mine. I let her go and I really have no intent to get her back or even see her again if I can." She took a seat on the bed, folding her arms across her breast and resting one of her legs on the other. "Better that way for her, really. For the both of us." Despite that it seemed at least if her voice was any indication, the pirate was not doing so well.

"I'll skip over the details, but I haven't been in Sappho for the past two weeks or so. Went sailing. Got some ancient treasure...became part of a Harem, heh." She chuckled at that last bit. "But uh, that's irrelevant. Came back...got a letter." She pulled it out of her hat, handing it to Swen. "From a close family cousin. We were...fairly close...just about the only friend I had growing up." Gwynn laughed bitterly. "She's dead now, but that's not...well, what I want to see you about. J-just read it."

~Sorcha~

"But Gold is the best color." Sorcha said with a sigh. "Is my beautiful golden locks of hair too much for you, my Knight?" The dragon replied. "I suppose it is your dress though. I'm confident you'll look good in anything." She teased.

~Miren~

"W-well, I mean if you're going to insist..." Miren grinned shyly at Eith. She had never really been one to say no to others, unless they had really been directly harmful to her or others themselves. So she took the money and pocketed it. She'd make sure to only use it as a last resort though - for something she absolutely needed. But what did she do? Oh goodness, she wasn't entirely sure Eith would like what she did. Not a lot of people these days had time for it.

"O-oh, um, well usually I read...or take inventory. Clean and sweep. N-nothing too special and I'm not entirely sure you'd enjoy it..." Miren replied uneasily.

~Livia~

Tsk, she had been hoping for a larger reaction from Mugi. Fun ruined. Oh well.

"Aha, aren't you the observant one. She's attending to Fia and one of her new friends, yes." Livia said, motioning for Mugi to come inside. "Please, come in. I'm certain She'd be quite happy to see you once she finishes. I swear I've never seen that maid quite so...lovestruck before." Livia chuckled. "I'll make some tea, do sit and make yourself at home."

Selvina listened patiently to Lady Gwynn explain the circumstances - she really questioned what happened between the noblewoman and her cat, but ... but a master had the right to get rid of their servant no matter what the circumstances were. She was a little confused about how it would be better for them not to see each other again and the way Gwynn spoke ...

... maybe it was just a prior impression, but she had seemed a lot happier at their dinner date when she gave silly orders. Or even on their trip to Greece. Perhaps it had been better for the cat, but the noble didn't seem to happy herself. Ask ... ask her later. She is obviously giving you the quick version for a reason. Either way, she continued to describe her adventures at which the mage blushed a little towards the end. The redness in her cheeks disappeared as she finished the tale.

A dead cousin too? And ... a letter? Lady Gwynn would watch Sel's eyes quickly read the small thing - her family suffering from a curse?

Never finding riches on the land?
Finding your end at the sea?
And never managing to have a suitable male heir?

Selvina seemed a little stunned, but after rereading the letter she nodded. "I ... well, there's two things. There's probably a portal in your lands to the land of the fairies. Not a surprise since it is Ireland. The other thing might be more relevant to you however."

After taking a brief look over her own notes the girl nodded. "It was said that your house is in possession of the blade Fararach ... owned previously by the god Manannan Mac Lir - a sea god of the celtic pantheon. I'm from Germany so I don't know a lot about the subject, but it was said he was associated with the Fomorians if that means anything to you?"

She let of a sigh. "I'm not sure how helpful that is or even how true it is though. But if there's a hint of truth to that story it makes sense."

For a couple of seconds the mage debated what she was going to do next before wrapping an arm around her former betrothed hopefully to comfort her. "Hey, if you need to talk to or just some company you are welcome to stay here." She gave what was hopefully an encouraging smile.

Le Clothe looked towards the dragoness. "She can pick what colors she chooses ... and the ability to place armor within ..." For a few seconds the man was in thought before nodding. "The bottom of the dress itself could be constructed so plates could be placed in then removed - hanging armor is incredibly effective. A breastplate could always cover the upper body ... perhaps it could be splinted?" The man seemed to be in thought as he examined his notes. "I am no metalworker, but perhaps I could contact Godwin after getting your measurements and we could work together to commission a piece for you? We should have something ready by the festival, if that's your concern."

Maoin simply seemed happy Lady Lightsword was seriously considering this, moving over to Lady Sorcha and nodding along with her as she spoke.

The Phoenix nodded, allowing her hair to be played with however Cynthia chose. Still though, now that the maid seemed like a nice person Fia found herself feeling a little curious. And Ritsa wasn't so bad either, even the enthusiastic young hydra had managed to calm down somewhat. The girl found her curiosity piqued a little bit.

"... so ... what is your ... stories ...?" Was that the right way to phrase what she was asking the pair of them?

Meowka nodded her head. Of course she liked that sort of dress! Why else would she have picked it? Although as the archwizard began her process of analysis the cat posed slightly with a smile. "Well aren't you glad your pet is such a cutie, Mistress Katherine?" Meowka was obviously speaking with a little bit of sarcasm as she did so before switching to a more serious tone.

"And besides, the rags I normally had offered far more exposure. This is rather modest for me but I knew you'd like my selection." The cat took a more sexy stance with a grin, getting into the act of being some sort of horny familiar. "Would my mistress prefer to see more of this smooth skin, though? I obviously require more than one outfit."

"Hmm, a breastplate is fine. The armor mixed with the outfit is the majesty of this piece. Perhaps a lengthened fauld of sorts that reaches the knees on the sides made of small overlapping plates." Luna looked deep in thought. "Perhaps I could find someone on campus that can either find or make mithril. It's magically enchanted metal right? If we had that, we could make it light compared to making it with any natural metal." Luna said, wondering aloud to anyone that might now. She wasn't even sure how one would make. There had to be someone. Perhaps a teacher could tell her more.

Eith

"Sounds boring." Eith said, bluntly. "But I like to lay down for a lot of the day, so I don't think there's much difference. I can just lay down here if you want company. And use that money, it's not mine. I eat a lot. If this is your way to get money. . ." Eith looked around at the empty store. "It might be a little bit to do so. Master's take care of their servants, just as their servant do for them." The Shellagh had a certain sound of confidence about her. As far as the hound can sound so.

Katherine Lindall

Katherine had to laugh at her familiar's pose. "Not that you're unappealing to the eyes, my cute little cat, but I'm more into the busty and older look." Katherine had to nod at her own words. "You're more like a cute little daughter to me than, well, that. But don't worry, I'm planning on making tons of outfits for you to wear. Your cute stature and nice skin leaves me plenty of options for that though." She held the collar up and guided the cat to the counter to pay. Acting nice and a slight mention she was a teacher and the apprentice of the Headmistress got her a slight discount. Not much of course, it was an enchanted piece, but the teacher had the money anyway and she promised her cute little familiar a nice collar. She kept her word when it came to that.

When she bought it finally, she locked it around Meowka's neck where it belonged. "Now, there. It looks lovely on you. Let's take that off before bedtime though. I loathe to think of poking myself in the middle of the night."

Mugi the Yuki-Onna

Mugi's eyes lit up in legitimate shock now. She never expected the school's Headmistress to make tea for her. "Ohhh, the headmistress' tea? I'd be honored. I feel like not many get the chance to partake in such a thing." The Yuki-Onna giggled. Livia had a sort of mysterious aura around her, but she seemed like a legitimately nice person if it were like this. She walked in and took a seat somewhere near where Livia was. "I'm impressed with this place every time I come. There's nothing like this back home. It's just a bunch of ice huts to give us all privacy and to keep the children from knowing. . . Adult acts." The Yuki-Onna seemed slightly embarassed when she mentioned that part, but still managed to laugh at it.

~Cynthia, Ritsa~

When Fia asked what their 'stories' were Cynthia simply sighed. She didn't seem too keen on talking about it. Thankfully Ritsa seemed more than eager to speak about her 'story'.

"Oh oh! There was a bunch of water! Ritsa knows that because she lived in the ocean!" She giggled. "There was a reeeeallly loud boom, and the earth shook, and then silence. Also it was really cold and...lonely..." She paused for a moment before continuing with a bright grin. "But Ritsa found funny little humans to play with, and then she met mommy!" She seemed to think that explanation made perfect sense. Cynthia remained silent for a few seconds longer, washing the shampoo into both of their hairs before speaking.

"...Mines not all that interesting." She replied. "I was sick...and the Headmistress healed me. That's all." She didn't seem to want to dwell on it.

~Fox, Gwynn~

Gwynn frowned. So her family was just a family of thieves and pirates, then? They stole something from the gods. A sword, from the sounds of it. She did know of both it and the fomorians. Call her childish or whatever, but history and mythology was always one of the only subjects she actually took interest in.

"...W-well," Gwynn replied. "The fomorians are sort of the 'devils' of Irish history, if you want a quick version of it." She said with a small frown. "They're not all bad though - and Manannan Mac Lir is actually the ruler of the land where brave warriors go when they die, if you want to believe it. He is also associated with the sea - hence the Fomorian connection." That was the only connection she was going to give for now though. Any more could come later.

"I don't know how useful talking would be, but I plan to give my father a visit." She narrowed her eyes, clearly more than a little agitated. "I have a ship, and he has answers and I'm going to get them."

~Miren~

Miren wilted slightly as Eith called her hobby both boring and implied her method of income not entirely the best. Still, she realized the Hound likely didn't mean anything by it. She had figured by now Eith was not a clever puppy.

"Ahah..." She chuckled weakly. "Y-yeah...but it is the first day It's open. We'll probably get more traffic as days go by! It's close to the school too, so I expect a good number of students to stop by since they can only borrow Library books for so long."

~Livia~

"Adult acts? You mean like the ones you want to do with Cynthia?" Livia teased as she walked over to where Cynthia kept the tea, bringing both the tea kettle over to the couches in the living room and setting it on the coffee table. "But really, this place isn't all that impressive really...at least, not as Impressive as Cynthia's skills at these 'adult acts'. She is definitely quite...skilled at such things, you know. I think I might actually be getting jealous." She continued, giving Mugi a small smirk as she took a seat and handed a teacup to the Yuki-Onna.

Selvina listened to Lady Gwynn attentively as she spoke, a frown crossing her face. 'Irish Demons'? It didn't sound good, to say the least. That was similar to the conclusion she had reached during her studies, however.

When Gwynn's eyes narrowed though Lady Selvina gulped before forcing herself to become steeled for what would likely be a very painful moment in the next few seconds. Still it was the right thing to do. It had helped her in the library at least.

The scholar wrapped her former betrothed with a hug, squeezing tightly as she did so and not letting go for the moment. "Look, Gwynn ... I know you've been through a lot recently. I don't know why you got rid of Maoin, but I'll believe that you honestly thought it was for the best of both of you. I'm sorry you lost your cousin and learned of this curse. And I'll say that perhaps your father had this coming." If anything bad happened, it would be her own fault wouldn't it?

"I don't know what this job you went on really was, but you don't seem happy. You look like you are in pain. And that look in your eyes is ... dangerous. And you're not in a fight. So please, calm down." The mage looked at Gwynn as they were wrapped in a hug.

Ideally, Gwynn would lose that murderous look in her eyes and talk about life, as annoying as that could be. In reality, she'd probably get stabbed in the next couple of seconds.

"Well I can't help you too much with that, I'm afraid. Le Clothe works in fabric, but this blacksmith of yours would likely be able special order it. Will cost a fortune though - you may be discussing a trade of a favor rather than a price. If your parents give you that large of an allowance Lady Lightsword so that is a simple purchase, than could you please send just a bit my way?" The man chuckled a bit at what was clearly a joke - it had been intended to be in good humor. "Either way, the fabric needs to be strong enough to support a variety of metals - but I can handle that. I'll talk to him for ya and see what we can work out here, alright?"

The kitten approached Lady Sorcha during the conversation, looking up at her with big eyes and rubbing her head just a little against the powerful woman's right arm as she looked up happily.

Fia listened to Ritsa's story as her hair was washed out - it felt very nice, but the hydra's version of storytelling seemed ecstatic and prone to horrible inaccuracies. But ... cold and lonely? The phoenix wasn't sure what she meant by that, but the hydra would find her receiving an understanding look if she happened to be paying enough attention.

And luckily the rescue at the end of the tale. Cynthia simply started and told the happy part of her story, at which the crimson haired girl nodded. It wasn't as if they were obligated to tell her or anything. "... anyways ... thanks ..." Gods, this felt pleasant.

Of course she wasn't unappealing to the eyes, she was a sexy-

WHAT?

A 'busy and older look'? What did this woman want for a familiar, a cow? For a couple of seconds Meowka fumed. Well, what was wrong with lithe and dexterous, huh? Besides, there was nothing wrong with not having a rack the size of the larger fruits from those stands she robbed from periodically. Right!? How was one supposed to move around with one of those pairs, anyways? It wasn't as if she had eate-

As she was called a 'cute little daughter' though she calmed down a little bit from a slight anger to a little understanding. It ... it seemed like her mistress was sincere. Meowka of course was still upset because of the previous comment, but if it meant receiving 'tons of outfits'? Sure! Meowka grinned as they approached the counter and waited impatiently for them to finish bartering. As Katherine presented the collar to Meowka she proudly exposed her neck for the ornate object.

She blinked in surprise when it was placed. The name tag changed as normal, but something was off. The first was that after a minute the archwizard would have a constant update on her familiar's position, but Meowka wasn't aware of that. The thing that surprised the kitten was how it magically locked in place. A slight tug revealed that the simple buckle wouldn't pull at her hands.

For a moment she panicked visibly until she looked towards her mistress with plenty of bravado and shoved her hip out to make sure it and the thighs would not be unnoticed. "But how would this thin and dexterous and daughterly body hurt you? Didn't you say your bed was large enough for the two of us not to touch?" The girl gave as innocent of a smile as possible. "Wait you probably want to run your hands over your smooth pet at night and cuddle up against her, don't you Mistress Katherine?! She placed both hands over her mouth as if in shock. "Or-or were you thinking of playing with me mistress! Don't worry, I always am willing to return your attention - I'll rub back. Maybe even include a few licks."

The wizard probably wasn't surprised by the cat's attempt to be confusingly seductive or her rowdiness. She would probably be a little surprised as the night prowler walked up close and licked her on the neck though.

Lunalel Lightsword

"If you would do that for me, I'd appriciate it." Luna said to LeClothe. "I'll look into procuring my own supply of Mithril if possible. This is the academy of magic. Someone must know something around here." Luna quickly made note of notable people to talk to but decided to finish the conversation first. "It's quite the endevor, but it'll be interesting. I'll return." With that, the Knightess turned to her dragon companion. "We'll look around, was there anywhere else you'd like to go Sorcha?" Luna thought to ask the Headmistress, but that might need to happen later.

Eith

"Ahh, I can't read books. It takes too much thinking." One who knew Eith's problems would understand, but to an outside party that made her sound lazy. "If you can do what you want, I think that's good?" The Shellagh just nodded at her words and patted Bunny on the head. "Hard workers get the best rewards." Eith said, borrowing from her experience as an Alpha in the past.

Katherine Lindall

"My, aren't you a conceited one." Katherine said in reply to being licked. Cats did that, though it was a bit different as the cat was a humanoid now. She smirked a bit before setting her hand under the cat's chin and giving a soft, but firm grip and aiming the cat's face towards her. "But don't think you can just lick anyone. Regardless of anything else, you are mine now." The Puppeteer held the cat like that for a couple more seconds before releasing and backing off a little bit.

"But anyways, I'm not afraid of your body hurting me, but that collar. It has spikes on it, stupid." She couldn't help but giggle again. She found so many things humorous. "And I might sleep holding onto you like some pillow. That said, I wouldn't mind if your chest grew a few sizes. You could be a nice and soft cat pillow." She emphasized this by poking the cat's chest a few times as if they'd inflate doing so.

Mugi the Yuki-Onna

"Well, by adult acts I mean child making with the men that find their way up on the mountain in a form or another." Mugi corrected Livia. The way a male and female act worked was highly different from the way female and female was. "But. . . That said. . ." Mugi put on a smile. It wasn't exactly a happy one though, more like saying something along the words of "I may be the greatest enemy in the world for you." Mugi looked to be in thought for a minute before speaking again. "You know just how skilled she is in 'adult acts' do you? If it was before we really knew each other, no, before we started actually dating I can understand. Would you inlighten a foreigner unsure of the current world around her?"

~Cynthia, Ritsa~

Cynthia remained silent as the continued to work, washing the shampoo out of the girls hair and switching to a conditioner.

"Hey hey, what about you?" Ritsa said scooting a bit closer to Fia and earning a small huff from Cynthia as she once again refused to sit still. "Tell us!" Cynthia paused, giving a look over to Fia before returning to her work. The maid was aware of what had happened with Fia. Hopefully Fia wouldn't mind telling, and if she wasn't maybe Ritsa wouldn't press the issue.

~Fox, Gwynn~

Calm...down? Gwynn started laughing.

"Swen," She leaned forwards, resting an elbow on her knee as her boot met the floor, though she didn't seem opposed to the hug. "If I wasn't calm...you'd already be a frozen ornament on the mast of my ship." Nothing more than a bit of intimidation on her part, really, but that was that. Just something she had to learn how to do to those who didn't take a kid seriously - especially a female kid. She had to keep good on that threat once or twice, too for those on her crew that didn't exactly take well to it.

"...but thanks." She said with a quiet sigh, shaking her head. "And of course it was the best. Fool of a cat tried killing herself when I turned down her confession. She was...too damn attached to me." Her voice turned quiet, resting her head in her hands as she went silent for a few moments before continuing.

"Gah, it doesn't matter. I...I want your help. When I go back to Ireland."

~Miren~

Too much thinking?

"Eith, that's no excuse." Miren replied, puffing out her cheeks a bit as she replied and was pat on the head. "I-I mean reading is so much fun, though! A-and not thinking is...bad?" Now that she said it it sounded silly. For all of her merits Miren was never the most eloquent of people. "I-I mean not liking reading is fine but..." Miren sighed, shaking her head. "Ah, it's fine, Eith. What would you do for fun, then?"

~Livia~

"Ah...who knows. Ever since she met you she hasn't let me have any fun." Livia chuckled, seeing Mugi's reaction was priceless. She was totally the possessive type, wasn't she? The headmistress took a sip of the tea. "But if you're curious, you should ask her. She really likes it when someone nibbles on her ear. She makes such adorable little squeals." Livia continued with a smirk. "Or if you'd prefer I can show you personally~"

It was likely clear Livia didn't care at all about Mugi's so-called jealousy nor did she seem intent on letting up anytime soon.

~Sorcha~

Sorcha had been listening, but for the most part kept silent. No need for her input here, so she simply contented herself to going over a few things she still wanted to talk with the kitten about.

"Hmm..." The dragon hummed, reaching out and giving Maoin a rub on her head. "I was thinking...dinner. Maybe a bit of sparring practice? I haven't actually got to fight you since our little encounter back at my home." The dragon said with a smirk. "Now that I actually have my wits about you, I was thinking I could actually give you a run for your money." She chuckled. "And totally not mistake you for a treasure thief."

Selvina smiled as Gwynn made a joke, but the smile dropped once more as she described the events with her kitten. And then there was a small outburst. "She did WHAT?!" The very idea was absurd to the magierprinz. "I'm-I'm sorry. That's just probably the stupidest thing I've heard any familiar do." Goodness, that was simply not acceptable. Confessing your feelings was alright although mildly inappropriate ... but trying to kill yourself and causing your master a ton of guilt? What sort of familiar did she think she was? The mage nodded for a couple of seconds. "I'm sorry she put you through that."

The noble kicked their feet out for a few seconds before remembering the rest of what Gwynn had said. "We aren't betrothed anymore, but you helped me in my time of need. Of course I'll come along. The name is Lady Selvina though - I know you remember me as Swen, but I've had that time of the month by now and I deserve to be recognized for that." It had been incredibly terrifying and somewhat painful. She hadn't really spoken to anyone during that time period. "I ... I just might need to ask the Headmistress about this. I recently went on a trip of my own and fell behind on schoolwork. I could lose my A honor role ..." The girl curled up slightly as she thought about that tragedy.

Maoin let out a soft purr as she was petted - Lady Sorcha didn't seem to mind her doing a little begging if it was cute - and pressed her head into the hand that felt so nice with a slight twitch of her ears. She heard something about a dinner and a sparring practice, but as she hugged her mistress those things obviously didn't matter. "Merrww?" She had even gotten presents this day, although the dragon seemed to insist on delivering them in a manner to maximize teasing.

Rewards were rewards though! The cat seemed happy enough as she allowed her tail to wrap around her owner.

Fia's breath caught up as Ritsa asked her back - she hadn't really thought about how to respond in the case that someone did that, although it was obviously the only natural way for the conversation to go at this point. "Uhh Ummm ..." It probably wouldn't be nice to shatter what was likely Ritsa's innocent view of the world. And the memories themselves were painful to bring up. "... headmistress ... rescued me ..." Fia gulped a little bit before continuing. "... a 'bad man' ... caged me ..." There wasn't really another way to explain what happened without possibly hurting Ritsa.

... I'm doing it for me though ... It was easier to repress those memories than deal with them, wasn't it? It would be apparent to the Hydra however that the phoenix wasn't feeling very comfortable about this entire subject.

Meowka had obviously expected some sort of reaction, and although the woman's initial reaction wasn't what she had wanted the cat wasn't too disappointed.

When her face was pushed firmly into position however her breaths became shallow as they stared at each other in a manner that would easily be considered too close for comfort. Belonging to her now? Yep, she'd be a good little obedient pet, wouldn't she? Katherine would feel the release of buildup of fear as she was released from the firm but gentle grasp of her mistress' hands.

The downwards feeling remained until her chest was poked by that other woman, at which point Mistress Katherine would feel a poke back on her own chest as the kitten smirked at her. "Well, aside from fantasizing about what this smooth kitten is going to wear Mistress is there anything else you'd like to do today? Maybe buy your cat a delicious dinner and a day at the spa?" Meowka had a hopefully look on her face as she stated these things to the archwizard.

Lunalel Lightsword

Luna nodded at the idea of dinner. She was pretty hungry. "Very well, until later my good man!" Luna said to the tailor as she led her troop out of the clothing store and considering their options. We could go to that one pub we seem to frequent. She said, wondering if that seemed enough for the other two. Maoin wouldn't speak her mind likely, so it was mostly aimed to Sorcha. "That aside, I'm almost frieghtened to think of what will happen the next time we clash. You've regained your strength and I'd like to think I've gotten stronger. We should find a time to do it, perhaps early in the morning?"

Eith

"Fun? Eating? Sleeping?" Eith said, though didn't sound especially convincing. "Rather than not wanting to think, it's more I can't. It hurts, I start to overheat and if it gets to the point I forget everything. It's annoying." She looked a little down, but nothing near what it was earlier. "I'd try reading if I could. But I can't."

Katherine Lindall

"Very well, food if you so desire. Just don't be a glutton, can't have you lose that nice body of yours." The Teacher teased her familiar. "I don't think we have the time to do a spa-day now. . . But dinner can be easily arranged. Go ahead, pick someplace that sounds good to you. I can find something to eat." She looked around, there seemed to be a few food places around. Enough for the cat to choose what she wanted.

Mugi the Yuki-Onna

Mugi gave some feigned noises of surprise. She was unsure if this woman was making fun of her, or what. Either way, she no longer wanted to play this game of hers. "I'm not interested in you in the slightest." She cooled her tea with a touch and took a sip. It was fine, but nothing like Cynthia made it. "Though, would you be interested in a story? Of course you would be." She cleared her throat before continuing.

"There was a tale in my village of a Yuki-Onna and her lover. They were on and off for a time. They would meet half-way up the mountain to the village until eventually they finally became one. The Yuki-Onna became with child soon enough. Our village was overjoyed of course. The temperate season came around and humans came up to the mountains to gather supplies however, a group caught glimpse of the man meeting with his lover." The Yuki-Onna looked a little depressed about the second spot. "The humans feared the Yuki-Onna at the time overall and being afraid of what the union of a man and Yuki-Onna might bring, cornered the two killing the man. Enraged, the Yuki-Onna froze everything in a large radius and then shattered them. She cursed the human village at the bottom of the mountain with a winter that wouldn't end. She had her child but died a few years later. The other Yuki-Onna let it go on because of her despair, but eventually agreed to listen to the pleas of the humans and removed it."

Mugi nodded a few times at the end, thinking if there was anything else to add. She just wanted to waste time until Cynthia was done. This was a sad story from her village that was supposedly true, but from a few hundred years ago. "I don't know the entirety of whether it's true or not. But I think it'll be bad if something bad were to happen. It's an old story and I think it was from the time when it was encouraged to just kidnap human men and make a child with them."

~Cynthia, Ritsa~

Ritsa's usual smile turned into a frown as she watched Fia explain about herself. She didn't ask further, though, and merely reached over and gave Fia a tight hug.

"And done." Cynthia said, rinsing off the last of the conditioners. "If that is everything, then I will be going. You are free to stay here and relax as long as you wish. I doubt the headmistress will mind." With that, Cynthia stood and smoothed out her dress before leaving quietly. As she left Ritsa released Fia and hopped back into the water.

"Hey hey, Fia, come ooon! Let's play!"

~Fox, Gwynn~

"Ha, Lady Sel." Gwynn said with a laugh. "Yeah, sure alright. You worry wayyyy to much about your grades though." The pirate sighed, but stood up as she rubbed the back of her neck. She might as well get going, then. She hadn't wanted to stay here longer than needed. Though, the fox hadn't returned yet and she did say she'd stay for dinner.

"This one has returned, 'Master'," The fox walked back into the room without so much as knocking or otherwise announcing her presence. "Ah...is Gwynn leaving? Such a shame. I suppose I'll have to eat this myself." She said, holding the obviously foreign food up for everyone to see. It was likely clear she just brought whatever she'd enjoy eating.

"Pfft, can't get rid of me that easily, fox." Gwynn said. "'Sides, that looks delicious."

~Miren~

Miren narrowed her eyes at Eith. What was she going on about? She didn't entirely understand. Overthinking caused her to...'overheat' or something? That sounded bad. And serious. What would cause such a thing? It would be easy to dismiss it just as Eith being Eith, but Eith had no reason to lie about such a thing and since Eith was her friend she'd be remiss to try and dismiss it so simply. She frowned.

"I-I see..." Miren said slowly. "Have you talked to someone about this problem, Eith?" The rabbit asked. "It sounds serious. The headmistress could probably help. She helped me a lot when I was...erm, adjusting as it was."

~Livia~

Ho~

That entire story sounded vaguely like a threat. This Yuki-Onna definitely was getting a bit worked up over a bit of teasing though, and it was entirely entertaining. Livia would have continued the teasing too, but she doubted pushing the ice woman too far would gain anything other than annoyances even as amusing as it'd be.

"Not interested? Tsk, now that is something I haven't heard in awhile. Makes me a little upset, if it wasn't funny." She said with a small chuckle. "Either way, I was just teasing you dear. No need to get so worked up about it. I'm glad Cynthia has found someone, really. The girl's hopeless when it comes to looking after herself." She sighed, shaking her head. "That said, I do care for her...so do make no mistake. If something happens to her I will definitely hold you responsible." She smiled, taking a sip of her tea.

It was about that time Cynthia returned from the baths, quite surprised to see both Mugi and the Headmistress.

"Mugi."She said with a polite greeting.

~Sorcha~

"Ha, indeed that sounds lovely." Sorcha said, as she started to walk out of the clothing store. "And Luna darling, if I've been bested by men wearing nothing but armor, a sword, and not magic whatsoever you definitely have a chance." The dragon rebutted. "Have a little more confidence in yourself. If anything, I'd say I was more dangerous before since I was hardly in control of my own actions and was quite intent on having myself a nice crispy human for dinner." She chuckled, flashing the knight a toothy grin. "Just to keep things fair, if you want, I'll refrain from using any magic and remain...mostly grounded as well."

Actually, come to think of it...having Maoin spar with Luna would be a fairly good way of gauging the kittens progress. She was able to spar against her with some success, so she was curious as to how the kitten would fair against a human. But that would be for tomorrow, though. "Tomorrow sounds lovely, but for now...food!~" As usual, the dragon seemed overly eager to indulge in her more gluttonous tendencies.

"I-I do not!" Selvina's cheeks puffed out as she was once again made fun of for being an academic. Luckily, the fox soon returned and served them food. The mage went quiet about the subjects they had been talking about, but sometimes Gwynn would find a comforting hand placed on her to let her know someone was there for her. Eventually the pleasantries came to an end as they finished consuming their foreign meal with full stomachs and Gwynn was let go with vague promises to meet again in the future and more serious ones about contacting her when she was needed.

As the door shut however the mage headed over to their bed and looked over to the charms that were on the desk. "I'm just curious here Sly, how many of those are for bad luck?" The look the mage gave their familiar wasn't one of anger, but rather one of disappointment. The same one she would have seen previously.

Maoin pouted slightly and Sorcha released her and headed out of the store, but soon enough the kitten found herself trailing their heels with a little attention being paid to their conversation. A duel? Between them? The Lightsword house was prestigious, but Lady Sorcha was ... well, Lady Sorcha. Surely the dragon would win this fight ... unless she had one of her fits. Either way though, the cat would probably have to be the one dragging them to the infirmary if things got too far out of hand.

Still though, a decent pub with some nice food - especially fish - sounded like a nice way to finish the night! It had been entirely pleasant, despite even the current dress having too much exposure for her comfort. But ... she supposed if the dragon liked seeing her chest, she didn't really have the right to say no, did she?

Maoin let out a tired sigh as she continued to obediently follow her new mistress.

Fia's eyes widened as she was hugged, and the previous memories flared up for a moment violently before dispersing as the phoenix managed to calm herself down. As her hair was finished being washed though she waved a slight goodbye to Cynthia before rolling her eyes at Ritsa's need to play again as she was once again released.

Well, at least the water was warm. But it'd be a little unfair for any sort of duel to be had right here. The hydra was obviously far more at home in the liquid than herself. Fia walked over to the clothing rack without responding and grabbed a robe off the wall and tied it around her waist to what would largely be to the hydra's disappointment. After rubbing a towel through her hair she looked at the hydra tiredly.

"... you're it ..." Then she gave Ritsa a shit eating I'm-Already-Victorious grin as she bolted out of the room and straight into the hallway where she accidently collided with someone unapologetically as she pushed herself off of them and got back to sprinting towards the back door. There was likely going to be a naked hydra on her heels, and if she wanted to win this she needed to take advantage of this head start as much as possible.

"One moment you want more and the next you want less! You're crazy."

Meowka pouted slightly as she commented on the lack of a spa-day, but she supposed her mistress would treat her well in the future. When asked about dinner though the cat looked at the wizard questioningly. She couldn't read any of the signs, but after a moment she knew where she wanted to go anyways. "Lots of fish!" It seemed that was the night prowler's criteria for a meal as she nodded slightly. "Maybe a little drink too! I'd like something decent for once!" Uncertain what that meant exactly, the girl's eyes drifted around but as they looked towards a certain building they grew wide as her expression was filled with the genuine excitement of the hunt ... WERE THERE SERIOUSLY FISH FLOATING IN THE AIR!?

Katherine would likely find herself playing catch up to the cat as she practically sprinted off after one of the fish on the front porch, trying to grab one of them with her hands as several other customers looked on laughing. They didn't matter though - Meowka wanted her fish and she was going to catch it no matter what. They always seemed to escape at the last minute though!? How!?

The night prowler hissed at one of them and prepared to pounce in a trajectory that would send her into one of the fish ... and possibly into an unfortunately into a couple of students as they talked amongst themselves, clearly not paying attention to their local disruption.

Lunalel Lightsword

"Ahhh, let's go get food then." Luna said as the group headed to the pub she liked. It has great food and a good atmosphere. They entered and took a seat, ordering whatever it was they wanted since everyone likely had an idea. "I've not ate much at all today so this respite is wondrous indeed." She didn't really have much to really.

Eith

"I don't want to owe that sketchy woman anything. I think Myrilla knows something, but she never spoke up about it." Maybe she liked the Shellagh dumb, or perhaps she thought it was cute. There were too many options with that woman. "As long as you're here, I'm fine as it is. It's annoying, but liveable." She added, taking a seat somewhere nearby.

Katherine Lindall

"I want you to gain more on top, but your body overall looks fine otherwise." Katherine corrected her familiar before the girl ran off. "Hey, slow down." Katherine ran after Meowka but was slowed down by her robes. She made it just in time to stop the girl from jumping through the illusion. "Those are not real. It's an illusion. You'll only hurt someone else by doing that." She muttered, "And I'll have to apologize for you." Under her breath before continuing. That said, this place is expensive. I could probably buy you something small here, but you won't get full. Might I suggest finding something else?"

Mugi the Yuki-Onna

Mugi was about to reply to Livia but noticed Cynthia mention her name. "My dear!" The Yuki-Onna said as she set her teacup down and skipped slightly over to Cynthia. . . Her arms almost wrapped around the girl when she was hit by an unexpected force. "Are?" Mugi worded in her own tongue as her arms grabbed Cynthia and the both of them fell in a pile with Mugi on the bottom and Cynthia on top. "Itai. . . That hurt"

~Ritsa~

She was...it? The Hydra's eyes went wide, momentarily processing the information before a sudden look of realization dawned on her as Fia sped out of the room. She immediately started giving chase - before remembering what happened last time she ran about the 'palace' without a shred of clothing on. Mommy got mad. She dashed over to the robes, haphazardly throwing one on before chasing after Fia. It certainly gave the Phoenix a head start, but it was nothing the Hydra couldn't handle.

it wouldn't be her first time in chasing down 'prey'.

A few seconds after Fia had run into Cynthia, the Hydra simply avoided the obstacle - using both superior agility and seemingly unnatural flexibility to clear both Cynthia and Mugi cleanly without so much as even touching them. She landed just behind them, using her momentum to jump clear over the tables and couches and follow after the Phoenix.

For the most part, Ritsa was behind her but she wasn't out. She wasn't going to loose this so easily.

~Fox~

Gwynn's mood improved quite a bit by the time dinner was over with if her attitude was anything to go buy. She gave Sel a few eye rolls whenever she tried her little comforting thing but for the most part didn't say anything. Afterwards, she left. She needed to go pick up Ritsa anyways. Once again, that left both Sel and fox alone. Sel of which, didn't seem entirely too happy. At first the fox thought about denying it. She realized that would likely be useless, however. Sel likely had been told what that little mark on the side of her face meant.

"If master is going to get upset over a small prank, then you must be the humorless sort." She sighed, tails swishing behind her as she turned around - nearly swatting Sel in the face. "If you do not want them, then simply toss them out. It will make no difference to this one. If you had even half a clever brain in that thick-witted skull of yours, you'd be able to even make use of the ones for bad luck against your foes. I suppose that's a bit out of your learning capacity though."

~Miren~

"Sketchy? Livia isn't sketchy..." Miren frowned. Certainly she had a few interesting...quirks, but she was far from sketchy. She was just really motivated to accomplish her goals, and that was something Miren could respect. Oh, and the whole 'Saving her life' bit. "I-I suppose it's fine though, if you're alright with it...I'm...just a little concerned is all." The rabbit hopped over to where Eith was, taking a seat next to her. "Just try not to hurt yourself, okay? It'd make my little bunny heart sad."

~Livia & Cynthia~

Cynthia had been expecting shenanigans of some sort.

She had not been expecting the Yuki-Onna to practically assault her then and there, and her end up on top of the ice woman face-first in her cleavage. Well, actually all she saw was a blur of red run by her and into Mugi. Fia? Logical conclusion. After realizing her position, Cynthia quickly sat up, face a bright shade of red as she reached down and offered a hand to Mugi to help her up.

It was also followed by a half dressed Ritsa, who jumped Over both Cynthia and Mugi, quickly running after Fia. Making sure there weren't any other heavily armed children coming her way she pulled herself back up once again, offering another hand to Mugi and pulling her to her feet. Livia simply watched, giving a small chuckle.

"...I'll discipline those brats later." She said with a sigh.

Livia smiled, but sent a spirit after to keep an eye on the both of them. It'd be bad if Fia got hurt out there.

~Sorcha~

As usual, Sorcha had ordered a massive amount of food, taking a seat on one side of the table and spreading her wings out as much as she could. Now that they were sitting, it would be a good time to discuss a few other things with Maoin.

"Well, now that we're here, Maoin," She said looking over to the kitten. "I have a few more things I want to discuss with you concerned a few things you'll be doing for me from now on." She reached up, a hand going over the hair ornament she brought. "I'm not trying to sound like I am ungrateful for this little gift, Little One," She sighed. "It's beautiful and I adore it, but next time refrain from using my money on something such as this without my permission. If I wanted to add trinkets to my hoard of treasure, I would...retrieve them myself, heh~" Her slightly impish tone probably meant that she may very well mean something other than 'buying it'.

Sel frowned as she looked at the fox with a little bit of anger. She forced herself to calm down though - "Look ... I expected it to be a prank. There's a difference between a humorous joke though and a death threat." She sighed. The mage looked towards the bed, laying down in it and looking away from the fox as she distracted herself with thoughts about Lady Gwynn - now likely more a pirate than anything else.

"There is this mystical thing known as being nice, Sly. Or actually genuinely funny." It didn't seem like the scholar expected much a response to that though as she closed her eyes, embracing her small pillow.

Maoin entered the tavern, sitting quietly as she proceeded to order some fish for herself to eat - it had been an embarrassing day at least, but her ears perked up as her mistress gathered her attention. As Lady Sorcha talked about the gift however and berated her for purchasing it her ears dropped and her tail fell into her lap, where the kitten grabbed it with her hands as she looked downwards slightly. She tried to avoid being too upset - it was clear her new lady had enjoyed the trinket - but it was still a little disheartening to fail her owner anyways. "Yes mistress. I'm sorry ... I won't do that again Lady Sorcha ..."

The cat looked away as if ashamed before turning her head somewhat back towards the dragon, although her eyes were still downcast. "... is ... is there more, mistress ...?" She hoped she hadn't failed in any other way - but it wouldn't seem to any observer that the kitten was expecting some sort of praise at all.

Fia opened the door hurriedly and slammed it behind herself as she began to sprint out the back door and into the gardens behind the house and the woods beyond it. A quick turn around revealed that the energy filled Ritsa was catching up to her though as they began to reach the edge of the yard, where the crimson haired girl took a hard left around a bush and hoped the faster Ritsa's momentum would carry her further and buy at least a little time.

Goodness, how did someone get so fast? She was breathing heavily, but at least her robe was tied on more reasonably than the figure behind hers.

Before Meowka could jump, she heard the commanding voice of her mistress. Illusions? The cat seemed somewhat confused as she looked at one of the fish, but after a couple attempts to poke at the sealife she realized that fish couldn't swim in the air, and that there wasn't really the smell of living fish in the local area. The night prowler looked towards her owner with a frown as her disappointment was made incredibly obvious.

A second later she folded her arms. "I ... I knew that!" Her cheeks puffed out as she lied and glared at some of the patrons who were still laughing around them. "This place is bad anyways. Let's go somewhere else, then Mistress Katherine."

She wasn't exactly sure of what sort of places were around town, but it was clear she wanted to be somewhere aside from here.

Luna just listened to her companions but said little. A waitress brought a plate of bread with some butter out so she decided to take a bite. It was good and something in her stomach. She had half and mind and was about to say something to Sorcha, but they were master and servant somehow, so she kept her mouth shut. They'd sort it out.

Eith

"I only lose myself temporarily. I'm told I act 'weird' and then come to later." Eith merely shrugged at the thought. It wasn't something that killed her at the moment at least. "But, it'd make you sad?" Eith found that odd. Not in a bad way of course.

Katherine Lindall

"Sorry, another time, promise." She said as she gave the people laughing a glare. Some of them realized who she was exactly and quieted down. "I'll go pester a certain someone later for more money and we can come here. . . Though she may insist on coming too. I think there's good fish place around here. Many choices you know? Many ways it's cooked." Hopefully that'd cheer the cat up. She got a bit whiny though that was cute too.

Mugi the Yuki-Onna

Mugi took Cynthia's hand. "Yea, sorry about that. Wasn't expecting a little girl or two to run through the house." She stood with Cynthia's help. "Did you enjoy your bath? Though it seems you weren't the one enjoying yourself as much." The Yuki-Onna said with a giggle. "I just figured I'd come so we can do something when you're done for the night."

~Ritsa~

Ritsa was hot on Fia's heels. The phoenix took a sharp left, and her bet paid off even if only a little. The hydra's bare feet skidded across the ground, bending her body low and practically leaping forward and using her momentum to make a sharp turn. Fia had gained a precious few seconds between her and the Hydra, but unless she could put a bit more considerable distance between them the Hydra would catch up fairly easily.

~Fox~

"There's also such a thing as being entirely too serious and not having a sense of humor whatsoever." The fox rebutted. "But I suppose that is obvious, master." The way she addressed Sel seemed even more hostile and filled with even less respect than normal, if such a thing was possible. "You're the one who took a creature that is marked by chaos. I do hope you weren't expecting me to be some perfectly servile thing like that fool of a cat."

Whether she got a reply or not, the fox walked over to a nearby window, reverting back to her fox form and laying on the windowsill.

~Miren~

"E-eh? Of course it would. W-we're friends aren't we?" Miren said, tilting her head to the side. "W-well, I mean, a-aside from the fact I'm apparently your servant and all...n-not that I mind, of course." Before either of them could comment further though, a bell notified Miren of the door to the shop being opened. Her head immediately turned to the source of it. "A-ah! My first customer." Oh dearohdearohdear. It was alright, she could do this.

"Stay here for a moment, Eith. L-let me go help and...do librarian stuff."

~Livia & Cynthia~

"I enjoy the work." Cynthia commented with a dismissive tone. "I...probably won't be done working until late tonight, Mugi." Cynthia continued, frowning slightly. "I-i't good to see you of course, b-but there's not much to do here while you wait."

"I can always entertain guests, Cynthia dear." Livia commented with a friendly smile, earning a quieting glare from Cynthia who likely knew what exactly that 'entertainment' might mean for Mugi. She was quite aware of how Livia liked teasing other people. The headmistress definitely liked poking fun at her for this entire relationship thing. "My my, they grow up so fast." Livia said with fake sigh as she stood up. "You're free to stay over if you want, Mugi. Just don't distract my maid too much or I might have to remind her who exactly her boss is~" With that, the headmistress walked back upstairs to her study leaving Cynthia and Mugi alone.

The maid gave Mugi a seemingly questioning look - likely wondering what she was going to do next.

~Sorcha~

As expected, the kitten wilted at any sort of failing on her end. Despite realizing it'd be bad to get upset with the kitten for it as she'd likely have been told that before, the Dragon couldn't help but to be somewhat annoyed by it. That however, was not the reason they were here for now. It was supposed to be a relaxing day and the dragon wouldn't let something like this ruin it intentionally.

"Tsk, don't look so put out Little one." The dragon replied. "But moving on..." The dragon hesitated for a moment, idly playing with a loose strand of hair. It'd be so easy not to mention. It'd certainly give her a lot less trouble in the long run. "This is the most important rule I will ever give you. The most important duty you will ever be faced with, Little One. After I tell you this rule, no matter what I do, say, or threaten with you are not to back down or acquiesce to my demands." There was a pause as the dragon was clearly hesitating to continue. By now her finer had thoroughly been wrapped in her blond hair. "...My diet. You are to make sure I never, under any circumstance over eat. No matter what I say or do from now on, you are to make sure I eat no more than a normal person under any circumstance."

Sel sighed. "Look ... you know, it could have been ... 'big butted girl' or 'overly academic fool' and I probably would have smirked. But I don't think we should ever make like of horrible curses and such ... they exist for a reason ... The mage however closed her eyes and decided to end the conversation unless Sly seemed to insist upon speaking with her.

Soon enough, the fox would hear their 'master' fall asleep as she snored softly from her bedside.

The kitten listened as her mistress continued to speak, not noticing the woman playing with her hair nervously. Eventually her downtrodden look transformed into one of nervousness. A command that was meant to be obeyed no matter what? No matter what threat, plea, or order was given? What was this supposed to be? She gulped as she looked into Lady Sorcha, anticipating and imagining a thousand different things this command was supposed to be.

Was she going to be ordered to put the dragon down in case she became evil?

Was she going to ... food? Maoin blinked a few times as she let out a sigh of relief. Well, she'd be cooking most of their meals anyways. It wouldn't be that difficult. "Yes, mistress ... but didn't you just order enough food to feed a small village?" The black haired girl blinked as if slightly confused by this command. Was she supposed to just ... dump the excess food out then? Despite her concern, she had a slight smile going across her face. That was a lot better than any of the commands she had been worrying about. "And how does this apply to drinking, mistress?"

Fia ran harder and faster and harder and ... as they left the yard, the crimson haired girl turned her head around for a brief second and noticed that Ritsa was upon her, and there was nothing else for her to do. Damn it. She gulped slightly as she braced for what would likely be a harsh impact, still running from her opponent as swiftly as she could manage -

-but not swift enough.

Meowka simply looked up at her mistress, waiting for her to make a decision. "Well ... mistress, I can't really read the signs at all." It was a little embarrassing to admit that however, and Katherine would see her familiar flaunt her collar a little subconsciously as if to make up for that fact. "I'd just like it to be tasty - this place is lying anyways." The night prowler watched one of the illusory fish swim by her face and tensed up slightly in an effort to resist pouncing after it.

Luna giggled a little when Sorcha mentioned her diet, but luckily, the drink she ordered arrived and she partook of it.

Eith

As Miren walked off to her first customer, Eith just sat on the ground cross-legged. She wasn't sure what to do at the moment. . . She looked around and saw a couple of books on a nearby table. Curious, she took a look at them grabbing the one on top. It was leather-bound and looked to be in good condition as far as the Shellagh knew. She opened to the first page of words and looked over it. This was. . . Well, the type of writing that was most prevalent in the west. She thought she knew the origin of it L... L... Lovely? No. Lat... Either way, she felt her body heat up a little bit as her face started to glow red so she stopped thinking as it would be the cause. She couldn't make out what was said without really thinking so she put the book down. It probably took a little bit

Katherine Lindall

"Well, there are pictures on some of them to donate what kind of store it is. See, the anvil there means it's a blacksmith." Katherine moved the cat away from the illusionary fish and pointed out a couple more. "That's a tailor with the spool of thread. And that there with the fish in a pan." Pointing out a specific sign. She might have been building up for this moment. "What might that be?" Hopefully getting the answer right would brighten the cat's mood. Katherine liked things a specific way, and a downtrodden cat like this was no good to her.

Mugi the Yuki-Onna

"I don't mind waiting. I suppose I could take the Headmistress' offer on talking. I actually had a question for her anyway, but she insisted on teasing me didn't she?" Mugi said, irked by the fact. "Well, best way to deal with that is ignore that sort of thing from her. They use to call Yuki-Onna, 'Cold-Hearted Bitches' in the past. Not that I can't understand but you know that's far from the truth." She said with a giggle, nudging Cynthia in the side.

Kozue Komichi

Kozue spent an amount of time after her trip inside the Water Spirit's domain training and making sure her skills didn't suffer. The chances she'd use them here were minor, but it never hurt to be prepared none-the-less. She was still at the lake, but she moved up a bit from the probable location Ayumi would show up. She didn't feel the need to take direct damage to her spirit. "I just couldn't leave the issue as it were. Not when so many lives were at stake." She muttered to herself as she went through the movements.

~Ritsa~

Before Fia would have a chance to react, Ritsa slammed into her from behind. The hydra's momentum and physical ability caused her to knock the phoenix right off her feet. It sent them both tumbling down as the Hydra tackled the other girl. In a quick flurry of movement the hydra and phoenix ended up a tangled mess on the ground with the Hydra on top of the phoenix, having lost her robe in the process.

"Ritsa wins!" The hydra grinned energetically, getting off of Fia and pulling her up to a sitting position before beginning to hug the other girl.

~Fox~

Oh this incredibly stupid human. The fox growled lowly to herself, hopping off of the windowsill and quickly making her way over to the bed and sitting right on top of Sel's head.

"It could have been," The fox replied. "But I wouldn't have found that amusing." She tapped the mages head with her paw. "We need to talk, human. What exactly it is you expect from me? You want me to be perfectly servile? 'Sorry mistress, it was my fault please punish me.' Is that what you want? Because you're not getting it. I'm not that slutty student that thing that calls herself the headmistress dotes on all the time." The fox hopped off the Mage's head, sitting beside the mage and seemingly glaring at her.

~Miren~

Miren dealt with the customer swiftly. One of the students was looking for something regarding some Irish history or something. She had a few books on the subject but after dealing with her Miren hopped back over to where she had left the hound.

"Whew, that was nerve wracking." Miren giggled as she took a seat next to Eith again, frowning slightly. "...you alright, Eith? You look a little flushed."

~Cynthia~

"...the headmistress teases anyone, if you give her the chance." Cynthia replied, blushing a bit from Mugi's insinuation. A question, though? "What did you want to ask her?" She asked, as she cleaned off the coffee table and put away the kettle and tea.

~Sorcha~

The dragon didn't meet Maoin's gaze, her eyes shifting to the side as her large helping of food was brought to the table.

"I-It was ordered before the order was give, therefore it is exempt!" The dragon replied quickly. "A last little...hurrah and party before. As for drinking..." The dragon turned serious. "Under no circumstances, take away my drink alright, little one?" She smiled. "It's quite difficult for me to get drunk anyways, and as a girl who likes to think of herself as a Celt and Norse, drinking is practically part of myself, heh~!"
