Okay... My first post has all the character's basic bios... not everything is completely there though enough to give you an early idea on who can do what... This RP was alive for a VERY long time so we have quite a bit of a list of characters...
Only ones not added are the following...
Lovely's character... (she played a tamaranian, like Starfire...)
The Manas- (I'm not writing all of them since I only remember 2/omfg how many of these fucks are there?)
Mason (Mina loved him and Jilocasin killed him by shoving a large crystal in his chest and it was very dramatic. He was Viran's best friend and he was the leader of the titans... as was he a playa)

History:
Rachel grew up as the only daughter of a mercenary family, and was trained from a young age to fight and kill. At age fifteen, she had already participated in her first battle, commanded a platoon of men, and assassinated an enemy general. War-torn Africa was ripe for business and the Blacks were the best there were. They were often paid to kill off rival armies and warlords, but it wasn't until they were paid to simply raze villages with women and children still alive in them that Rachel decided she wanted nothing to do with being mercenary or fighting for evil men. Despite her best efforts to protest against her parents, she was forced to shoot and kill them and their men in order to save the innocents in the village.
After that, Rachel left Africa and returned to the city of her birth, masquerading as a vigilante. Many people mistook her for a boy at first, since she was hiding underneath her red cloak and never spoke, only leaving behind the tarot card "Death" atop the corpses of her victims.
After Phantom forced her to kill her parents, she went into hiding and adopted a new identity as Danger Rose. With a new costume and preference for her staff over her guns, she has adopted a "no killing" policy and strives to erase her past.

Her demon blood won out despite her human features and Yan was raised in the human realm in a rural village, where the villagers lived in fear of her mother. They would send a young boy or girl as tribute each month to feed the two of them. In truth, the children were Yan's playmates more than food, but the frequent draining of their blood caused them to often fall sick and die shortly. Sick of her lifestyle, Yan left her mother's side and journeyed on her own.
It wasn't long before her supernatural beauty caught the wrong kind of attention and she was kidnapped and sold to a human trafficking ring, where her talents were soon discovered. She was forced to wear a shock collar to ensure her obedience, and the ring leader used her both as a personal toy and assassin. After being rescued by the Teen Titans, she joined them to help repay the debt.

I lost Phantom's CS for good so I'll have to re-write him from scratch. I'll post him later. Updated the three girls above with new images (mostly) and editted their gears/powers to better reflect what they can do as of where we last stopped the IC.
@Stry and Drakel - If you want I can come up with a rough idea of demons as a race and include more information on Yan's part.
(Also slight nitpick - Phantom never infected the hospital, that was a plain old bomb held by the mercenary company Rachel's parents led. His other intention with his plans were to sour the city's opinion of the Titans and making them out to be the villains in public perception when everyone saw how they dealt with his schemes (Bishop did kill a mall full of infected)

I am replacing my characters with the current list. nearly done btw
I have scanned the character list! and boy that is a lot of people :D and lotsa powers too... but, I believe I have plenty of ideas of my own and other options to use!
Some questions come to mind though, Such as using our own 'aliens' or 'other supernatural' creatures. I have a few ideas, and I'm more than certain I can balance them out... and who knows! maybe they can be useful to the RP itself... I figure I should see first that, if I were to try this, if I should just stick with only my character, or go so far as design their actual species so it's 'complete' for use if someone decides to do so, or if the general consensus is 'there's already enough stuff here!' XD

I noticed this :D there's more dragon in this RP than I've seen in any other hero RP before XD
A buggy alien I have in mind would be delightfully 'out of place' XD though... they do have some sneakiness to them and some 'magic-like' stuff... >.> Biomagic, not in the form of 'poison magic' specifically, but more like 'magic-like effects that are powered biologically' instead of by 'magical energy'... the cool thing about that is 'aliens bro'.... Scientifically unexplainable shit is 'normal' with aliens XD hahah
I suppose I could make a techy too =D But I want to avoid just ripping off iron man >.> Hmmm, I could whip out that ol 'nanosapien' I came up with before XD which essentially translates to being 'made' of nanites [or whatever word you wanna use for em] instead of just 'nano-enhanced'. It's fun because of how 'variable' he can be.

I'm not really one to make the full decision here since this is Stryder's and Chev's RP... though I suggest that you PM Mina since her character is heavily revolved around demons as well. :3
Only thing that really matters to me though is the Heaven/Demon treaty, which is only something minor that revolves around Sinna's powers and how she is to use them.
Also, do you still want the Sinna x Rachel story? It's about time one of the two broke the ice lol.

My take on the treaty would be 'no harm, no foul' - the demons can still do their thing in the human realm or remain in hell as long as they don't cause any trouble or fuck shit up? That would be the gist of it anyway. Probably an agreement not to kill each other on sight.
And yes to Sinna and Rachel, we can just pick up where Sinna was starting to regain consciousness or something.

Hey Drakel, do you think you could have Sinna find Viran's soul and realized that War pretty much beat him to death? Since she just resurrected a good portion of the city maybe she could bring Viran back. :)

Wounds that would normally kill (that happened in the last 6 hours) are healed but that does not mean that's he's still okay... he died so most likely there will be some negative things happening against him as well... not to mention still being unconscious from the pain of death :p
