[Mistress Dizzy]

(Kijani didn't say anything about what she was thinking about the water. Just saying.)

Raising her eyebrows, Kijani followed him and picked up a plate. "Why would you pay to serve your own food?" She asked the question under her breath, not really directed at anyone. The idea just didn't make sense to her. Having spent most of her life being served, whether she wanted to be or not, she'd accepted it and figured it was something that everyone wanted.

She looked over the selection with a critical eye, before going toward the chow mein, and then rice. Once the scent of the food really hit her nose, soon she too was filling her plate. Going back to the booth, she sat with an embarrassed look.

"I'm not usually such a pig." Her plate was quite full of various things. "I figured I'd just try a bit of everything."

(I know, but you still ordered spring water, he was just telling you about the water since you ordered it.)

Chuckling Taylor picks up a baked mussel. "I usually get about the same as you, most other people that come here do as well." He brings the mussel up to his mouth putting his whole mouth over the mussel and slurps it up with the juices and bleu cheese. "That is the best thing about a buffet restaurant. You can have 5 or 6 plates of food and the price remains the same, though it is usually just 2 or 3 for me."

He grabs the egg drop soup and pulls it towards him grabbing his soup spoon as well and dips into it pulling up crispy wonton skins with the pieces of egg. Sipping the broth and taking the wonton into his mouth. He finishes it off then goes back to eating the food on his plate. "I have been coming here for about 14 or 15 years now and have only had 3 or 4 bad experiences."

Kijani ate politely, but was still eating quite a bit. "Well, you're a man. No one expects any kind of restraint from you. I can't imagine how many calories I'm putting into my body right now." She didn't stop eating the orange chicken, though. It was already on her plate, no sense in wasting it. "If my acquaintances could see me, they'd oink me right out of the building! I mean..." She gestured with her fork at various items. "Fried rice is pure carbs and sodium, orange chicken has far too much added sugar, even the vegetable dumplings are fried. This is... terribly bad for my womanly shape." She topped off that statement with a mouthful of wonton.

Smiling he takes a sip of his mountain dew. "May be unhealthy for you but you must admit that it is addictively good." He continues eating eating his meal, taking a bite of his egg roll. "But yeah, you don't have to worry so much about what or how you are eating around me. Just enjoy yourself, that is what today is about."
