Just go the places you were summoned or make it else that your genin is waiting somewhere (Home, the Academy) for the message where to gather. If you do that, warn your sensei though. Or leave a message behind. ;3

But because it was so rare and because people weren’t exactly fond of Clan kekkei genkai she caught a lot of grief because of it. being bullied, ostracized and picked on is what developed her cold shell and preference to literature over people. Being a bookworm comes with perks though, such as the mental aptitude for genjutsu and mind games. Her father probably shouldn’t have given her a book on psychological warfare when she turned nine but oh well. To late now. So in the academy after learning the transformation technique she got a lot of her bullies back. She was eventually caught and was completely unapologetic. Especially since she knew better that to admit to anything that wasn’t mentioned, so she really got away with half of the stuff. She dabbled secretly with Ice but so far nothing has really come from it. her father, being a merchant got things from all over the contry and found a book about the clan but it was written by people who didn’t like the clan so it was a extreme blow to herself esteem in everything aside from her abilities. She internalized the information and the degradation, becoming a colder shell than before. payback became pointless if regardless society would view her as a monster, so she became the monster. For now. :[u][/u]:Chakra Control: Being fond of genjutsu she has a impressive degree of chakra control. This also comes from her constant practice from her playing with her Ice release Kekkai genkai. Accuracy: Her skill with thrown weapons, such as shuriken, kunai and Senbon are well refined but there is still room for improvementChakra Aura: When particularly peeved she emits a dark charkra that can be kind of intimidating Cold tolerance: Coldness doesn’t bother her at all, she doesn’t get cold. She can feel the cold, but it doesn’t affect her like it does other people. ::

A few things, other that its a good CS. :)
Always good to start with that. But on to what I have to comment on :

1.) For starting genin, a good charka control is for now the highest chakra control. It has to be trained and grown in the IC to become higher. A impressive degree of chakra control is thus not really acceptable.

2.) As for Silent Killing, even at Genin level, I would count that as a C ranked Jutsu (Fighting style. Bit of the same deal atm ;) ). If you would swap on C ranked jutsu out that would be fine with me.

Let me please know when you're done so that I can review it again. ^^

Personality: Kisheto is a very optimistic and confident individual. His parents loved him for that - ever since he was capable of making decisions, he always made them using a positive mental attitude. It's this head-in-the-clouds, carefree personality that has gotten him as far as he has considering his very rough upbringing. It wasn't rough in the sense that fate dealt him a bad hand - no, his clan was known for its strict approach when it came to disciplining their young. However, Kisheto was always one to stand out, and due to his nature of being the odd one out, he came out rather unscathed and hate-free. He has a genuine love for all those around him and is cursed with a sympathy for his enemies. However, he has a bit of a hot head when it comes to people doubting his ability.



History:

Koroshi Yashime held a council seat on the six-man council that led the entire Yashime Clan. He was different from the rest of the councilors - younger and much more ambitious. He was known to be different from the rest of the council by a long shot, and people often looked down on him for it, while other drew inspiration from his uniqueness. However, Koroshi crossed the line the second he made the one mistake that all council members were forbidden to commit: he fell in love. On top of that, he had fallen for clanless woman who belonged to a caste of nomads that little to no idea on how the shinobi world functioned. She was a beautiful woman - her jet black hair complimenting her golden eyes and tan skin. It was love at first fight for Koroshi - but the man was smooth and charismatic. He captured her heart the second he told her that her company was the most peaceful escape from his troubles he could ever ask for. Soon enough, Koroshi secretly wed the woman - Asura, who had no last name or caste. It was to this beautiful, forbidden couple that Kisheto was born. When the Yashime clan found out, they banished Koroshi from their ranks, and thus, Kisheto was denied any access to his bloodline, never learning of their existence or secret connection to a forbidden form of chakra only known of in legend. But his father didn't mind - he taught Kisheto to grow and love himself for who he was and wanted to be. He believed that it wasn't right to be proud of who you are born as - no. Koroshi made it clear that Kisheto didn't deserve to take pride in something he had no say in. He was born a Yashime, and yes, he had every right to be happy with who he was. But Koroshi would always tell Kisheto that it is important to take pride in who you become, not who you're born as. "It's not where you're from, it's where you're going that matters," was his motto, and Kisheto held it to heart. He loved his parents a great deal, often contrasting with other kids his age who did nothing but complain about their caretakers. He learned how to stand out and transcend expectations and restrictions placed on Kisheto based on what society told him to be. It was for this reason that Asura would always say: "My son may never be the most intelligent, but damnit, he may just be the wisest." It was in good heart that she spoke such words, and in honesty as well, as Kisheto was never the brightest kid (that's an understatement). Furthermore, due to Koroshi's banishment, he would often find himself on the move a lot. Koroshi would have to leave Konohagakure many times to go on trips to escape the harsh treatments of his clan, leaving Kisheto bored and lonely. The last time Koroshi went on a trip, he refused to take Kisheto, and never returned either. It was about six years ago - when Kisheto was nine, and his mother convinced him that he wasn't coming back. Kisheto speculated what happened to his father - as his whole life had been a mystery. But shortly after, the Yashime clan seemed to vanish altogether - both from physical existence and from memory, as people seemed to have forgotten of their existence altogether. The whole isolated lifestyle that Kisheto was forced to live made it very hard for Kisheto. But still - his charismatic personality and generally lucky constitution helped him throughout his childhood until he finally graduated not too long ago. It is now that Kisheto begins his journey as a genin, and now that Kisheto's inherited power begins to itch at the back of his spirit.

Description:

The first thing that should be noted about the Yashingan is that it is a misnomer. Although it means "Eye of the Yashime" and is coined after the belief that it was a doujutsu, it is not at all an ocular technique.

The Yashingan is an inherited bloodline ability that is exclusive to those with Yashime blood in their veins, or those who undergo the Yashime's mysterious Spirit Void Ritual. The ability's origin in Yashime legends holds it in high regard - there are stories of the original Yashime holding unfathomable power by using this ability. What exactly is this ability? In essence, it harnesses a very potent third tier element (1st tier elements being elements in the observable universe we can perceive using organic senses, i.e. sight, 2nd tier being elements in the observable universe that we cannot perceive due to the confines of the human body, and 3rd tier elements being elements that trascend universal confines to either move across dimensions or exist within spiritual planes) within the vessel of a human host, in this case, the Yashingan user. The element that is used is unknown, but the Yashime refer to it as "spirit." Once the Yashingan is awakened, the host can channel spirit through their chakra network to trigger two major responses (besides just generally becoming faster, stronger, and sturdier).

1) The user's chakra reserves increase drastically. Not only this, but the chakra exceeds the containment-factor of the human body, so Yashingan users are often found to emit very dense auras of chakra around their body (about five to ten meters in radius). These chakra fields can also exist without the activation of the Yashingan, and the externally-existing chakra allows for many different abilities, however, it also poses a threat were the Yashingan user to come face to face to a chakra leech.

2) The user's spiritual energies (which are very minute and completely unusable without some sort of third tier influence such as the Yashingan) become usable, allowing for a strong grasp of Yin/Yang chakras. Ultimately, what this does is allow for creation of ninjutsu that use elements not native to the planet, solar system, galaxy, or maybe even universe/dimension. These are energies that definitely exist, but cannot be fathomed. However, by using "spirit", a Yashingan user is constantly molding these energies with first tier elements and the chakra of the user's nature. As a result, the user can mold "spirit" chakra that often has properties of the element nature that the user holds (for example, a spirit fire for someone with fire chakra nature). Obviously, these spirit energies call upon the Yang chakras of "spirit" and can simply be described as ninjutsu-on-crack. (The sword seen in the picture above is created out of the Yang chakra and can only be used when in this state). Once the Yashingan is activated, the user's "spirit" begins fusing with their chakra, using having a physical effect on the user as well. The most noticeable side effect is the formation of a unique armor which represents the essence of that user's energy and the bright, golden glow that emits from their eye, making it appear as if it were a doujutsu.

Ever since then, it has been his favorite technique, and on lonely days, he would often play with his shadow clones. Because of this, he has become very adept in the use and creation of clones, being able to create more than the average ninja. But at the same time, it has prevented him from learning many other jutsu he could've picked up on)

Description: The Yashingan's first effect overcharges the user's chakra. However, Kisheto was blessed with a naturally high chakra reserve, so he is literally overflowing with chakra to the point where a chakra field is always emitting around him. Through playing with his shadow clones, he has learned how to control this chakra, and through strain, he can focus and concentrate the chakra at certain points to the extent where it is dense enough to act as a barrier. For example, if a kunai was thrown towards him, he could focus the chakra in front of him and repel it as if there was an invisible shield there.
Weakness: If the kunai hit the shield of chakra, it would negate that chakra, breaking it free from Kisheto's network. In other words, he is basically taking chakra damage when ever he blocks something with Void Field. Furthermore, chakra leeches will find it much easier to take chakra from him if he can get in range.
