Under the assumption that Shanna doesn't know Sulley in which case she thinks he's mindless but he knows very well what he's doing. He gave the warning for people to GTFO of his way less they burn within his hellfire. Will add to this comment as I read on and reread

On one end is the soldiers. The other the basilisk.

The two cult leaders have moved only a few yards forward. Singard is even further ahead of them. So more so in the center is where Sulley unleashes his hate. Anyways so we have 800 meters to battle on. Anything within 30 meters of Sulley is getting hit badly.

@Rai The Flowerdancers have citizenship in Vrondi Kingdom.

The Stonefield Family - Johnson and his wife and children are citizens, they live in the Dragonpass Encampment.

At least I don't have to worry about Johnson's father and mother since THEY ARE DEAD. lol

The Tetra-Lira Family's needs to get citizenship in the Vrondi Kingdom. Since yeah, the parents were prisoners to Zargoth the Endless and their daughter was a slave to the Flowerdancer Family. But at least the Flowerdancers finally let go of all their slaves because they were terrified of what would happen. They know specifically what the Kind Dragonlord's Forbidden spell is called. Its in one of their books called, "Kindness turned into the endless rage of the rainbow." It literally tells the tale of when the Kind Dragonlord used that forbidden spell the first time. But it is missing about the last five pages of the book, aka someone stole them. They don't know about the ending of the book but they have no idea who stole it.
