Personality: Although the media paints She-Wolf as a vicious beast much of the time, Accalia is actually somewhat calm and slow to anger. She's very physically affectionate around the people she loves, and will hug, smooch, and snuggle the heck out of whoever she's feeling loving towards. Even when she's out superhero-ing, she prefers not to use violence or force until she deems it necessary or is pissed off enough–– and when she's pissed off enough to use excessive violence, there is no rhyme or reason to it; it's animalistic rage. She'll bite, rip and tear at whatever she can.
Being a werewolf, she eats mostly meat, and is prone to really pissing off vegans more than the average person.
Much of her superhero-ing involves rescuing animals and escorting people home at night, but she also (literally) sniffs out dog fighting and human trafficking rings.
She has some canine-like traits: She is startled and wary of new things, she gets distracted by animals, she likes to roll on things she think smell good (this includes her favorite people).

Bio: Accalia has been a werewolf since birth, because her father was one and surprise surprise it's genetic. She's had a pretty good relationship with her mother for the most part despite the fact that it is not easy raising a werewolf child–– doctors always think/thought she has abnormally high metabolism (she sort of does), she sometimes just kind of went missing as a toddler and her mother would find a tiny wolf pup in various locations throughout the house. Basically it was like having a baby and a puppy at the same time.
Her father was absent because he died when she was seven months old of leukemia.
There is no crazy origin story. Accalia just graduated high school, moved out, and got bored. Naturally, a part-wolf 18 year old with a lot of pent up energy is going to decide to be a vigilante, because that's just the most logical decision, right? She donned her ridiculous costume, went out at night, and started small, just rescuing puppies and whatnot. She didn't become actually recognized as a superhero until she was 20, and long story short, ended up in a dogfighting ring.
That is also how she got her media reputation as a vicious beast, but worry not, every dog made it out okay!

She considers herself rather boring. Sarah is really just a huge nerd, when she's not superheroing she's playing video games at home or with some of the few friends she managed to gather over the years. Sarah's the type of person who doesn't believe much of herself, but refuses to stand by and let other people feel the same. Which is probably why she picked up the hero gig. Her temper flares fairly easily when people try to kick her or others down, especially when it's for reasons that don't actually matter in the end. Rich snobby ladies and things like that looking down on people for being less better off. Sarah is quick to fight and defend but she doesn't really see herself as some kind of hero.
Not the type of person to back down, she can be immensely stubborn and is willing to do anything to succeed at whatever it is that's caught her attention.
She struggles with being vulnerable with others, opening herself emotionally is a weakpoint for her. She can show compassion and kindness but letting others do the same for her creates a instant defensive response.

Attached to the jacket is a red hood and a yellow mask covering her eyes and passing her nose, covering her cheekbones entirely. She finally ended the ensemble with simple black leather pants and black combat boots.

An orphan since she was a baby left at a hospital she spent some time between group homes and foster care. The young blonde girl ended up bouncing around a lot between various homes and "families", never staying in one place too long especially after her powers started manifesting. Accidentally shocking her foster siblings and parents there was no one who wanted to keep a kid with a temper who had inexplicable habit of being able to cause problems for those around her. But she always found a love for gaming in the few houses and arcades she could find as she moved through the system.
In her teens she started working to actually learn how to use her powers, rather than letting flares of anger control them. If only to give her something to stay out of whatever house she was in at the time. The hours of work paid off and she could do all sorts of things before too terribly long.
Eventually she aged out of the system and got herself a job, first waitressing while taking classes for computer engineering. This landed her a job in an office as a IT person for a local media giant. The job fit in rather well with her other job, vigilante-ism. She took on the name Sparks and tackled crime everywhere she went. Using her position at the media company she was able to keep track and pick up on local crimes right from her job and at home, being connected to the system from home to pick up on any faults in the building from home as well.
