They are possibilities. Technically Masked Rider exists in the same universe as the tv MMPR.

Sentai seasons exist as universes shown in the tv show. For example Kyu and Deka are in separate universes.

As for Sentai seasons that were not made into Power Rangers, if they showed up in Mega Force as one of the New Powers they exist as a separate universe from the main TV show universe like RPM or SPD.
