*Jillian nods to Beatrix, and leaves her to it.*
Jillian: I didn't know him very well, but he seemed to stand for by his principals... I am sorry for your loss.
*She walks back to the room, and lights up another cigarette.*
Jillian: Be careful out here.

*Lecter nods*
Lecter: Won't be fighting Devils well for awhile. But I'll live. What happened? Who killed it?

*Elewynn nods slowly*
Elewynn: I don't have the authority for that. But... would someone here be able?

[Overlord Thraka]

*Jilial shakes her head*
Jilial: Have to... get message out... In my room, 23... Mirrored black stone... bring it... and Hanna...
*Her voice breaks both with emotion and dryness as she looks upon her husband's corpse*

*Sasha looks over at the crater, and sighs.*
Sasha: Vaseraga killed it, but it self destructed taking him with it.
*She studies the remains, and looks lost in thought.*
Sasha: Didn't think that bastard could die, let alone be hurt... A damn shame.

*Lecter's eyes follow Sasha's gaze and, and he sighs*
Lecter: I should've been able to help him. He didn't deserve this.
*He shakes his head*
Lecter: Not that reminiscing the fact helps him at all.

*Elewynn nods and heads inside the Room, following Jilial's directions to her room*

[Overlord Thraka]

*On top of the dresser is a large black stone slab propped up on a wire frame. The surface is polished to reflect perfectly*
*Hanna ventures from her room looking for Iris*

*Taboo is dead, having bled to death, and is lying in a pool of her own blood.*

*Tiaz is moving quickly towards the room, having felt his spirit bond created when he brought his daughter back life break.*

[Sgt Vandingo]

*Zeta nods sadly, then puts a hand on Xan's shoulder. Her gaze is light and in pain, but for her friend she tries to stay positive, despite how pointless that is to her.*
Zeta: I know. I did things I never got to reconcile for either, but what's done is done. Now I have to go somewhere for a day or two... don't follow me please.
*As she says this, she turns and leaves towards the forest without another word, her spear glowing dimly at her side.*

*Beatrix doesn't say anything else and continues hefting Vaseraga's weight before disappearing into the darkness of the forest.*

[PrinceAlexus]

*Dr looks noticing a laser wound and telltale burn marks from energy weapons*

When your ready. I can help with that.
Laser burns, it will need some attention if you want it to heal properly.

*sits down on the step and waits for Xan to be ready and sort out her arm. *

*Xan looks alarmed at Zeta*
Xan: Zeta wait!
*She runs after her a few steps then hugs her from behind*
Xan: Be careful...
*She lets go after a few seconds and watches her friend walk away. After she's out of sight she turns to the doctor and nods, holding out her arm.*
Xan: Burn...
*She allows the doctor to treat her, as she doesn't have her usual supplies to treat it herself.*

[PrinceAlexus]

*Dr nods and pulls out the med kit she brought over*

burns, these i can do. ive had to treat a few too many of my own.

*starts cleaning wound with water to prevent infection and applying a cooling slave that will help it heal more quickly and reduce the red angry wounds pain*

what is it with this place and attracting trouble?
*laughs slightly*
Dr, Ling, though im a... ummm Scholer, Scribe? if thats what your culture names such people.

*John drinks, and tries his best not to think of stuff. The drinking helps somewhat.*

*Sasha nods.*
Sasha: Well... at least it is dead.
*She grabs a cracked glass, and gets herself some water.*
Sasha: So how long till you heal, also what happened to you? Didn't see the bot swing at you, or anything...

*As Jillian walks back to the room, she notices Zeta, and gives her a nod.*
Jillian: Where you off to? Everything alright?

[Sgt Vandingo]

*Zeta can't help but smile at the hug from Xan, but she doesn't say anything. She continues walking until she sees Jillian, to which she wipes her eyes and forces another smile.*
Zeta: The man that tried killing me is dead... I'm going to pay respects. I made a lot of mistakes... I want to make this one up if anything.
*She continues to rub her eyes to stop the tears from coming out, but she's failing at that.*

*Eustace gets to their camp, and starts quickly making the shell of a boat, which he starts to drag to the nearest body of water once it's completed.*

*Beatrix nears the camp, though she picks up flowers as she goes to decorate Vaseraga's body.*

*Jillian nods with understanding, and nods her head.*
Jillian: I understand, if you need anything let me know.
*She then enters the room, and notices the destruction. Jillian then decides to clean up the room, managing to find a phantom towel in her gunna which she uses to clean up the blood and soot.*

*Sasha watches Jillian, and gives her a nod of thanks.*
*She also helps clean up, mostly lifting things that Jillian cannot.*

*Lecter nods, then sighs as he starts trying to help clean up, but he's moving stiffly as he does so*
Lecter: Couple days, maybe. Could be less, if I don't get stabbed again in the meantime. Haven't pushed my healing like this in awhile.
*His face darkens slightly at Sasha's second question*
Lecter: I think, I think that something, or someone, tried taking advantage of me when I was dealing with the first explosion.

*Elewynn grabs the stone and immediately leaves the room, not wanting to invade Jilial's privacy more than she needs to*

[Overlord Thraka]

*Xan goes to the sofa and curls up to sleep.*

*Mergoux is getting plastered at the bar*

*Jilial is waiting for Elewynn to come back*

*Dr goes to return the med kit thinking on the place and finding a vaguely intact cupboard in the ruined kitchen to put it aeay*
(not even a word.... This place has some very strange people.. Not even manners to say thank you.)

*shakes hesd at it all and heads off to room slightly perturbed that taboos body a seems to be left about and drapes a slightly ruined towel over it respectfully before heading back again and going to bed proper unsure what to do with it*

*Major sits slightly uncomfortablely working out some maths and calculations for his idea to try and modulate a signal back home if it even exists at all*

Sasha: Well try not to get stabbed then.
*Sasha frowns, and tilts her head as she scrubs the counter.*
Sasha: One of those 'devils,'like your father?

*John is utterly silent, and composed as he drinks. Though after the second bottle, he lays his head on the counter, and quickly passes out.*

*Jillian keeps cleaning up the kitchen.*

*Lecter nods at her question, and starts making a pile of rubble out of the un-salvageable stuff*
Lecter: Yeah. There's a good chance it was a Devil.
*The Devil Hunter notices Taboo's corpse, and at least is comforted by the fact that she died*

*Elewynn heads back out to Jilial and kneels down next to her*
Elewynn: Here. Is it a rune?

*Sasha frown helps Jillian clean up the kitchen, and looks over to Lecter.*
Sasha: So what does that mean? Are you tainted?
*She is still unsure of Lecter, and has trouble trusting his connection with the 'devils.'*
Sasha: Please keep us informed..

*Jillian remains silent, but listens. She keeps her placid.*
