Saeril had herself clinging to the stone ceiling within an open area; her finger-cuffs allowing her to hang upside down with her wings stretching out. She was nearly preccupied with the thoughts of Thorin's behavior, and her godsons' current status. The image of Yavanna came to her, and she could only wonder if the young elf was having some better luck than they were.

Just before she could think of anything else, that painful headache was back. This time, it was much more painful than the last time in the poisoned Greenwood. The elder whimpered, shaking her head, refusing this pain to overpower her.
"Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky", she heard him. HIM.
"Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone", the she-elf gasped, shutting her eyes, and shaking her head, then suddenly stopped. "Nine for mortal men doomed to die", she said, her voice becoming menacing; her luminous eyes glowing. This wasn't her; it was a creature that loves chaos. "No!", she suddenly shouted, shutting her eyes once more. "No!", she whimpered. "I won't let you touch them", she hissed to this entity in her mind.
She would rather die than see her friends/family dead. But this force was so strong upon her, it was splitting her, make her suddenly lose her grip on the ceiling, and fly into a nearby stone wall, crashing into it, and causing some pieces to fall.

Saeril can't let this thing hurt her godsons, but before she could say anything, the voice and the pressure dissapeared as soon as it came, when she managed to descend down into the floor. The she-elf just happened to notice Kili nearby, glancing at her. So scared for their well-being, she broke into tears, breaking down after having to experience the wrath that's now trying to take her back.

------------------------

Legolas glanced back at the pair as they conversed with one another. It made him give a very faint smile. "What about that glow? Is that a special talent?", he asked the young elf, out of curiosity.

Yavanna smiled warmly and affectionately towards Legolas; as he turned to glance back at her and Tauriel. His question surprised her a little. He had been quiet so far. "It's partially natural, partially a gift so to speak. My glow...or light varies. Some Star light I've learned to control, my natural glow...well it depends on my mood I guess. But it's the one I've always had." Yavanna explained. "The brightest of lights, I have...tends to burn and blind Goblins. It has some minor effects on Orcs, but they seem to recover quicker."
Tauriel smiled, when she heard Legolas finally give into his own curiosity about the young girl. She was rather pleasantly surprised. It seemed like young Yavanna was 'different' from most elves, she had come across in her life. 'Special.' indeed, was a right word for the young she-elf with them.

As Kili wondered around the Mountain Halls; he found Delva hanging upside down in one of the spacious rooms. But she looked..unlike her self. It wasn't the first time, he seen her...different. Her odd voice...sounded rather scary. Her eyes seemed to glow with anger and rage. But the words she uttered, confused him. Kili jumped slightly, as she came crashing down into the wall near by.

"Delva?" Kili asked with caution and worry in his voice. "Who were you talking to?" he asked confused. When she broke down crying...Kili felt a little panicked. Oh god, I wish Fili was here. He's always better with crying women. The young Durin thought to himself.
"Why are you so upset?" Kili asked, he walked over to her. Kneeling down he wrapped his arms around her.

While taking charge, Legolas listened to every word the princess said, from her talking about the source of her glow, to the capabilities and limits of its power. She was almost the same as his mother, both in power, beauty, and personality altogether. She was becoming some sort of reminder to him, and that was what he could within her eyes. In a way, his feelings for her, grew into a certain fondness. He was quiet after he smiled small back to her, only for these thoughts to get in the way of his thinking as they rode across some rocky terrain.

Saeril was truly in a void that could eventually consume her. She regretted ever letting Kili see her like this, and the fear of him finding out what she was. She feared that it would tear their bond apart; make all of that trust they built together, crumble. Tears falling down her beautiful Elven face, the she-elf held her head desperately, as if trying to guard it from this entity from ever coming back. Saeril cried on the spot; on her knees, upon the floor with her folded wings still present, breaking down. Just by hearing her name come from her godson, she couldn't bear to look at him; not after what he just saw. "Stay away, my child", she tried to tell him, but choked on her tears. "Stay away", in truth, the she-elf didn't want him to go, but she wanted him to keep his distance from her. To not get close. All she felt was shame.

She wanted to scoot herself away from him, but she was too late to perform said-action once he put his arms around her, as if he was tryin to comfort her; she felt it to be of a comforting action. Sniffling lightly, she completed this said-embrace with one of her hands resting on the back of his head, and the other on his back. "It's nothing. Not about any of you, young Durin", she confessed and softly reassured. Should she tell him? No; later. "I'll be okay", she whispered.

Tauriel smiled to herself, as she watched Yavanna and Legolas for a few moments. The pair seemed like a sweet match. If anything, Legolas needed someone sweet, caring, loving, gentle like Yavanna was. "You must have a rather interesting blood-line, if you can do that." Tauriel commented, to Yavanna with a soft smile.

Yavanna's eyes were soft and tender, any time Legolas looked at her. Her fondness was growing for the young Prince. As the road got a bit more bumpy, her arm slightly held onto him bit tighter. It was more of a reflex than anything. Hearing Tauriel, Yavanna smiled at the elder she-elf. "It's somewhat complicated...." she admitted. "My strongest is that of Noldor and Sindarin. I also have a Mortal and Maiar bloodline, due to my father and his side of the family." Yavanna began to explain, before going on to explain her other bloodlines. "My grand-mother, was also related to Telerin and Vanyar Elves...which makes up for a bit of my bloodline." she said with a soft smile. Thinking about her Grandmother Galadriel. Galadriel had always adored her two grand-daughters. She taught them quite a bit about their magic, especially about Yavanna's light. Whilst her father and their Rivendell best Healers, taught Yavanna the craft of healing.

Tauriel looked rather impressed and intrigued as she heard about Yavanna's bloodline. That sounded more complex than she heard in a long time. Considering Vanyar, Telerin bloodlines were rare now-a-days.

Kili was shocked. The first time, he didn't really comment on Saeril's odd behavior when he noticed it. But this time...there was something 'different' about it. But the young Dwarf ignored her words. He didn't feel right leaving her, in this state. "It doesn't seem like nothing." Kili said honestly, his hand softly rubbed her back as she was sobbing.

It's not like, she'd lie to him? Right? Kili hoped not. But he was really worried about her. It was like, she was almost another person, a few moments ago. "Do you need some rest?" Kili asked her...it's been a while since she had slept and had some rest. It might do her some good.

Legolas was in complete thought when the girl began to explain her bloodline. Complicated, indeed, but special, all at the same time. Just as they rode upon the new terrain, Legolas instinctively reached behind him, almost in a way to shield Yavanna, or to prevent her from falling off the horse. This was too a reflex and, once again, he was stubborn, acting as if it was a mutual instinct, and not out of love. He couldn't admit his feelings yet; it could go all wrong if he said something too soon.

Honestly, at this moment, Saeril felt herself being a child again; sitting on the floor in tears, and with Kili present, it was like their roles have been switched. This time, it was him that was giving her comfort, showing affection in his caring nature for the older she-elf's wellbeing. Inside, Saeril somehow felt safe with him. Again, it was like their roles were switched, but in reality, it wasn't to be, naturally.

Speaking of rest, the she-elf didn't remember the last time she had a break. With everything prevailing, it was like "rest" couldn't be reached, not rig everything and everyone in such a dark situation. But Kili preferred it for her, and Saeril figured that perhaps now was the time to get it. "I will", she, once again, reluctantly nodded.

Even though he was silent, something told Yavanna how intently he was listening. The young she-elf blushed as his arm reached behind her...to keep her on the horse. If he were to turn his head around..he would have seen the deep blush across her creamy cheeks. And surely know, how smitten she was becoming when it came to him. Yavanna glanced else-where to try and distract herself, but her free arm that was holding onto the back...instead reached to the front...wrapping around his waist as well. It took her a few moments to realize; which caused the blush to grow. Her dark hair fell over the side of her face, shielding her blush slightly.

On the other hand, Tauriel was the one that noticed the moment between them. Smiling to herself, but she didn't comment on it.

Holding her in his arms; Kili tried to soothe her. Kili hated to see her upset. Even though he was younger, he didn't hesitate to give her, what she needed. Comfort, a listening ear. He cared about her, deeply. If he could help and erase all her worries, he'd try. But he didn't know what was bothering her.

Kili saw how reluctant she was. "Delva...you've done a lot for us, these past few days...you need your rest too." he said, knowing how stubborn she could get. "Rest will you do some good, I am sure we can handle ourselves for a while..it'll be alright." He promised to his God-Mother.

Meanwhile,
Thorin was in his throne room. Balin, Dwalin and Bilbo tried to reason with him. But to no avail. "It is here, in these halls..I know it!" Thorin breathed out.
"We have searched and searched..."
"Not well enough.." Thorin snapped back.
"Thorin, we all want to see the stone returned." Balin tried to soothe him.
"And yet...it's still NOT FOUND!" Thorin's angry voice echoed through the room. Bilbo had been quite for a while, watching the Dwarf King with great worry. Thorin was certainly getting worse and worse.
"Do you...doubt the loyalty, of anyone here?" Balin asked, as he looked at Thorin. That made Thorin turn around...walking closer to Balin. "The Arkenstone, is the birthright of our people."
Thorin's jaw clenched in anger. "It is the King's Jewel. Am I not the King?!" he growled out in anger. "Know this...if anyone should find it. And with-hold it from me...I will be avenged." Thorin breathed out the last word through clenched teeth. Feeling angrier by the moment.
Balin sighed deeply..unable to take it anymore. He left..but young Bilbo followed him. To see the elder Dwarf upset. "Dragon Sickness..I've seen it before. That look. That need. It is a fierce and jealous love, Bilbo!" Balin explained. It seemed like the Hobbit was right, about Thorin's condition. "It sent his Grand-father mad."
"Balin..If...If Thorin had the Arkenstone. If...if it was found? Would it help?" Bilbo asked; curious if the matter could be resolved, by the giving of said gem to the King.
"That stone crowns all." Balin said, listening Bilbo just nodded. "It is the summit, of the great wealth. Bestowing power on he, who has it. Would it sate his madness? No laddie."

Just as they made it to the top of the hill, more rocky terrain came before them. It looked steep, too steep for a horse to just simply bypass. They would not have a choice, but to walk the rest of the way. Legolas made up his mind once he looked upon the distance. "It's too dangerous for a horse to scale this kind of ground. We're going to have to walk", he suggested to the two female Elves before descending down from the fair, four-legged creature. He once again looked at the landscape before proceeding to help Yavanna down.

---------------

Saeril nodded at his suggestion and his persuasive words. She understood his every word before she managed to calm down, and release herself from his embrace. Having to take a few breaths, she allowed her wings to transform back into her cloak. She took a deep breath before speaking again; she had to put her mind on something else. "Kili, promise me something. No matter what happens, stay away from Thorin", she told him, as a warning. "Promise me", it was motherly concern.

Yavanna poked her head around to side, to see what lay before them as Legolas stopped their horse. He was right, it was too dangerous for a horse to go through. Her arms gently, maybe a little reluctantly, released their hold from his waist letting him off of the horse. "That sounds fair...it doesn't look good for a horse." she agreed. As she was about to get off of the horse...she felt Legolas help her down. She smiled at him softly.

Tauriel nodded in agreement, they were both right. It didn't look like a far of a walk and they were all elves. As she climbed off of her own horse; she hoped both the creatures would still be here on their return. She began to walk up the steep hill, with Yavanna and Legolas by her side.

As Kili helped her stand up. The young Dwarf couldn't help but frown as he heard her words. And so the battle of tug and war continues. "He's my Uncle!" Kili could not promise such a thing. Did Saeril not understand, that he felt loyal to his uncle aswell? He didn't like this...not one bit. Kili hated to be put in this position, to be picking and choosing between them both. They were both family.

On the other hand,
Bilbo learned that the Elder Dwarf Balin thought that the Arkenstone better remain lost. For Thorin's own sake and wealth...or it'd get much much worse. Once the Hobbit was alone, he sat on one of the benches..his hands in his pocket. He felt something in his pocket and held it in the palm of his hand.
But the voice of Thorin caught him off guard. "What is that?!In your hand!?" Bilbo had jumped up, at the sound of his voice and tried to pass it off as 'nothing.' But Thorin wasn't having any of it and he demanded to be showed what it was. Bilbo opened up the palm of his hand. In there was a small acorn.
"I picked it up, in Beorn's Garden." Bilbo spoke, as he saw Thorin's confused and maybe a little stunned expression.
"You've carried it all this way?" Thorin asked looking at Bilbo.
Bilbo just nodded. "I am going to plant, in my Garden one day. In Bag-end." Bilbo explained. Thorin let out a small chuckle, with a soft smile.
"That's a poor Prize, to back to the Shire." The Dwarf King thought.
"One day...it'll grow." Bilbo replied "And every-time I look at it, I'll remember. I'll remember everything...the Good...the bad...and how lucky, I am to have made it home." The Dwarf just smiled at the young Hobbit, but the moment was cut short when Thorin learned off the arrival of the survivors of Lake Town, piling into the city of Dale.

Saeril sighed; her eyes closing briefly as she tried to think of a better way say what she meant. "I meant no disrespect, young Durin", she quickly defended. "My only hope for you, is to keep your distance", it was slowly directed towards him in a reassuring manner. Once again, she sighed sadly.

"You must understand: your uncle is suffering. The truth behind the wealth of Durin's Folk; it's a curse", she grimly informed him, almost like a warning. "Listen to me well, Kili. While I resided here with your mother, your great-grandfather was the same. He never left that room, and Thorin was left watching him drink up the every shine of that treasure. His thirst was insatiable", she foretold. "The dragon that once resided here, left something behind. Something that will eventually darken Oakenshield's heart, and make him slowly become something that won't be as you know him", the she-elf had to explain it to him. She took a breath, almost panting in her words. "That stone, Kili, will become his undoing; his obsession, it will blind him of you".

Listening to his God-mother, the frown didn't seem to leave his face. "I cannot pick between you and him...I won't...he's family.." He needed Delva to know that, no matter what she warned him off. Kili wouldn't feel right, if he had to. He could not betray his uncle like that..no matter how his uncle was like. Kili loved his uncle.

As the young Dwarf listened to Delva's warnings about his uncle, the treasures and the Dragon. Kili was quiet..it looked like he was deep in thought. Letting it all sink in. But young Kili could not loose his uncle to this. Kili knew Delva was worried, but he needed to fight for his uncle. If there was hope, to save his uncle. Kili hoped, that there would be.

"I'll be careful." That's all Kili could promise. He could not promise to keep away from his uncle though. That was harsh.

As the pair spoke; Thorin had the others blocking up the entrance of the Mountain. It seemed, like his view of the situation was reversed as to what Bilbo, Fili and Kili would think. Claiming that the survivors had lived through Dragon fire and should rejoice. Bilbo frowned; this was unlike Thorin he knew. He needed to do something..but what?

When she saw Kili almost seemingly deny her every word, concern and worry remained on her face. For him and Fili to face Thorin alone, only brought her worry for the three of them combined. As much as she wanted to keep him safe, there was a part of her where Kili would have to figure things out himself. It was partly the reason why he never fully matured in the first place. He lived, what you could say, a very "sheltered" life in the Blue Mountains, a few years after his birth, since Smaug took the Lonely Mountain. Ever since the dragon attacked, as far as the she-elf learned, Dis grew protective of them in Ered Luin, becoming wary and cautious for their safety, if they ever chose to go exploring at night.

From that moment on, Dis sealed them and herself inside their home, away from the outside world. But as they grew older, they were determined to see their precious "Delva", once the gifts started to come. Through those years, Saeril was always out there, watching them grow and smile. Yet, here they were; face-to-face, hand-to-hand.

The she-elf understood him, though, remembering what she just recently thought of, he would have full-reign. He choses, she obeys. With that afterthought, she finally, and reluctantly nodded. She'll hang back, but she will listen in. Closing her eyes, she responded softly. "Very well. Remember the warning, Kili. Something bad is upon us".

As much as Kili thought he understood, Delva's worries. He could not turn his back on his uncle. That was not how it should be...what he should be told to do. It was wrong. Whilst he respected and loved his uncle, there were times his uncle was not the 'best' person to go to. But that didn't mean, Kili would leave him to bad fates. Kili just hoped, Saeril would understand...his loyalty laid with the both of them...as did his love.

The young Dwarf nodded, to his god-mother. "Get some rest...you need it." he told her softly, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead. Whilst leaving her to rest, Kili went to find his brother. Fili needed to now how bad this was...but on his way to find his brother. Kili came across the closed off entrance to the mountain. Kili stared in shock. He could not believe, what he was seeing. His uncle was blocking the way, the way out...for them. The way in for people, in need of help...if someone would come to them, for aid.

Thorin noticed his younger nephew. "Ah, Kili...come...come and help us." he said as he gestured towards the young Durin. "We're almost done."

"Why?" Kili asked and his jaw clenched in anger towards his uncle, when he spoke off the citizens of Lake Town taking up refugee in Dale...like it was some sort of a crime. "Uncle...do you hear yourself? They came here to us looking for help. They have nothing!" Kili refused to help his uncle out, during this blockage act. It wasn't right...it went against his own beliefs. And Thorin was going against his promises, to the people of Lake Town.

"We had nothing!" Thorin reminded Kili. "I Will not let our home be taken from us once again?!" he said sternly.

"And your promise? Does that not mean anything to you?" Kili asked his uncle. "They deserve..." before Kili could even get the full words out, Thorin had grabbed him by his neck and shoved him back against one of the pillars with a growl.
"They will not get their hands on, what doesn't belong to them!" Thorin warned Kili.

Fili was walking about the desolated, bleak halls. For a few minutes, he's been waiting for his brother to return to the treasure room to help their search, but with his prolonged absence that lasted for an hour or two, the blonde was starting to worry; even at the moment where his uncle instructed them to help block off the entrance to the mountain, the blonde tried to convince himself that Kili woudld be either resting or talking to Delva; no doubt that he would be looking for Delva. The youngest was attached to their godmother by the hip. That gave Fili an amusing feeling, but he still worried. With Thorin getting impatient, at each and every minute, Fili just realized that they were not safe. It didn't feel like wonder in this mountainous structure anymore; it only felt like an unsettling anger thriving within the stone walls. Something was terribly wrong...he could feel it.

Just before he could lift up a stone, Fili heard the voices of his brother and uncle. He cautiously continued putting the stones in their proper spots as he listened in. Their voices got louder, getting clearer. He silently agreed to Kili's side of the argument, until his thoughts were completely cut off when he heard a struggle, and a thud, right before Kili could even finish a sentence! Fili actually despised the dwarves who belittled Kili when they were younger. They lead to the blonde getting involved in fights to cover his little brother, and the aftermath resulted in the eldest also getting hurt, just with minor scratches, cuts, and bruises; Kili looked no better.

But this was Thorin doing the belittling, and Fili felt conflicted for the first time whether to cover for him or not. However, he wouldn't allow his uncle to furthen the damage already done, so he advanced towards them. "Stop it!", he shouted, coming in between them, and running to his brother's side. Seeing the bruise on the youngest's neck made the blonde feel betrayed. "Oh, Kili", he breathed in a mix of anger and sadness. "How could you?", he asked his uncle. "Striking upon Durin flesh and blood; answer me!", Fili was angry; his voice was reverberating off the walls. He couldn't imagine how Saeril would react if she were here.

The moment, that Thorin caused harm upon Kili. Struck and hurt the young Durin...and confused him. Never in his life, had his uncle laid a bad hand on him..ever. As Fili's interception made Thorin let go. Kili had slide down the wall, with a slight thump. Having lost his balance. Delva could not know about this...or she'd have a fit and her anger towards Thorin would fester even more so than it already done. As Kili managed to climb up to his feet...he was a little out of breath.

Thorin turned to his elder; the anger swimming in his eyes. "You both should know, better than to speak down to your King!" he growled out angrily. "My word is final!" Thorin wasn't going to be swayed back to the other side..and help those, that'd only seek to rob him of his family's wealth. "Carry on with the job, you were both told to do! I will not let Erebor be taken from us again!" his voice echoed through the vast halls.

As the people of Dale were resting, the army of Thranduil were slowly arriving. For different reasons, one was too bring the survivors of Lake Town food, drink, grain they were in need off. But the Elvenking was getting restless. His mind was on the promised starlight gems, he was promised. He would have what belonged to him, even if it meant war.

The tension, and the anger, never left Fili's eyes, as he continued to glare at his uncle. Kili was (for the most part) innocent, and beloved by their kin, and for once, the blonde couldn't believe that his little brother would be so confused by the amount of hate they were both currently receiving. They were already looked down upon by both Man and Elf. Not Saeril, or Yavanna, though; not in the very least.

He looked at his little brother, slightly relaxing, but still seething, just by seeing the already-forming mark on his neck. It only served as a reminder for the injury that nearly killed the brunette, not too long ago. Growing up, for anyone to lay a bad hand on Kili, wasn't to be tolerated; as a brother, who helped both raise and teach his younger sibling the ways of life, it was his job to shield Kili from harm, at the best he could. But now, he felt that, at this rate, it wasn't enough. Not from his uncle. However, for the youngest's benefit, he will go to great lengths, even if it means to take the punishment for him.

"This isn't you, uncle", the eldest heir said, trying to control the tone of his uncle's voice. "Mum wouldn't allow this; think of her", he had to at least get this to him; at least to heal him.

Seeing the anger in Fili's eyes...Kili looked down at the ground slightly. Feeling shame. It was bad enough, others hated him and their kin...but their uncle. That was something else. And something, he did not expect. Even if he should have seen it coming, with his uncle's condition. It was still painful. At least their mother; Dis. Was not here to witness the downfall of her elder brother. It would be too painful for their mother, a disgrace.

"You don't know...." Thorin began, about to snap at Fili when he mentioned his sister. Thorin's jaw clenched. The anger burning in his eyes, it seemed like the words were not getting through to him. "There is nothing, wrong with me!" he hissed, almost offended.

Bilbo sighed; looking at Fili. "It's no use...you'll get hurt." he told the elder of the two Durin boys. Thorin walked off, leaving the Dwarfs to their work. Bilbo sighed. "It's the Dragon Sickness...don't take it personally." he tried to soothe, but he knew it would be hard for both of the boys to forget, and not take it personally...after what Thorin had done.

With Thorin walking away, Fili could finally release the breath that he found himself holding in. Finally looking back to his brother, the blonde noticed the amount of shame in the brunette's eyes. Gently, he lifted a hand to the youngest's chin, and turned his little brother's face so he could see the mark that their king left behind on his neck. Even if the brunette stubbornly attempted to hide it, Fili effortlessly made the mark be in full view. He sighed sadly, though felt a little angry at this unnatural act.

The blonde heard Bilbo's claim, and it left Fili a little confused. "Dragon Sickness?", he had never heard of such a term, looking to Kili for his input. However, he wanted to change the subject. "Did you find her, at least? Delva? Is she okay?", he asked.

Kili looked at his elder brother; as he uncovered the mark upon his neck. Kili hid it again, once Fili released the grip from his chin. The last thing, that Delva needed to see was this.

The young Hobbit sighed. "Un-natural greed and obsession with Gold. Balin told me all about it, Thor suffered from the same thing, as Thorin now is. Thorin isn't thinking like himself. All of this, will be Thorin's un-doing....if something doesn't change." Bilbo said, worried.
"Bilbo's right." Kili spoke, as his elder brother turned to look at him. "Delva warned me, uncle was..unwell. I didn't think, he'd do this though." he frowned. "She was upset, she didn't tell me what about...but she's resting." He told Fili with a slight frown; still thinking off what he witnessed, when he found her. Kili felt, like she was hiding something from him...from them all.

In the morning, Alfrid did not notice the arrival of the elvish army from Mirkwood. Claiming it had been a peaceful night and that nothing could get past him.
King Thranduil had arrived, in the early morning...the survivors of Lake Town, coming to see the elven Army. As they were curious, if it was true. "I heard you needed my aid." The King spoke, when Bard came to greet him. Two Silvan Elves, rode in with a cart full of green food, grain and water. "Your gratitude is misplaced. I am here for something, that belongs to me." Thranduil glanced towards the Mountain. He was seemingly ready for war.

Honestly, Fili didn't know what they could do anymore. They were at Thorin's mercy, and under his tyrannical command...

The blonde sighed, almost in despair, and looked in sorrow at the brunette's mark. It was starting to bother him, and Kili was quick to point out that Saeril would notice, and potentially become enraged. The thought of his brother getting hit by an arrow, made their godmother become something they didn't expect. She made quick work on Bolg, and Fili didn't want to think about how she would behave around Thorin, if she found out. He didn't want to keep any secrets from her, but if they could do this for their godmother's sake, it could possibly work.

With that, the eldest reluctantly nodded, though he was looking at the ground, a little troubled. "Let's hope it fades soon", there wasn't really much they can do.

"You will go to war over a handful of gems?", Bard asked the ElvenKing, dumbfounded of hearing this kind of retaliation over a family heirloom. "Your Majesty, we are allies in this. My people also claim upon its riches. Let me speak with Thorin; to avoid a war", he suggested.

Watching his elves, march past him. Thranduil turned to face Bard. "The Heirlooms of my people, are not likely forsaken." he spoke, before he rose an eyebrow. "You would try and reason with the Dwarf?" That idea surprised and intrigued him at the same time. "Very well, try what you can." The Elvenking Agreed. If this did not work...there'd be war. "Guard...give the Bargeman a horse." he commanded.

One of the Elven Soldiers nodded. "Yes, your majesty." he bowed before his King. Before leading a white Stallion towards Bard.
