Seeing as it is nearing 12AM CST (in a few hours, that is), I might as well get these out of the way.

1) I need you to choose a color for your sheet, unless you intend to stick with white. Crimson and Aqua are already chosen colors. If you do choose white (or any color, that is), I will need to differentiate between text and dialogue to establish what is what.
2) Age issue. While I'm fine with someone playing a younger character than the rest of the cast, I do need to say that the age needs to be bumped up. Perhaps two years, leaving Cinder as a 12 year old.
3) When I meant remove the periods from the [.hr], I meant just the period rather than the code itself.
4) Number of typos were spotted through out the sheet, so these will have to be addressed.

2) Please change it to where it says thirteen rather than "13 Years Old" (in the same spaced out manner).
3) Typo issues here and there that need to be fixed.
4) While I'm often lax on a short personality and biography, I do feel like you could expand more with both of them. Also, I might just be somewhat paranoid, but I feel like your character personality traits are awfully similar to the faceclaim's personality traits.
5) Technically a typo issue, but I think it warrants its own point. The reason why I labeled Character Name was so it would go, for instance, like "Character Name" was born as/to and so on.
6) Similar issue to #5. Relative #1, Relative #2 is where you should put Father, Mother, etc. Relative Name is where you should put the full name of said person.
7) More so a question rather than an issue. What is with the quote down at the bottom?

She stood still for a second to marvel at the beautiful sight of the sun setting. A passing thought started ringing as she lost herself in the clouds. "I wish she were here to watch it with me..." With that said, she remembered that an urgent matter had to be dealt with quickly. "I have to get home before the leftovers run out!"

Character Name Midori was born to a pair of adventurous researchers and conceived prematurely in a dense forest. Unable to find proper medical assistance that deep within, her mother passed away before she could make it out, and Midori blames herself for her father's deep depression. When she was in elementary school, her father would never go to her school plays and ballet recitals, and this constant shunning against her forced her into assuming a psychological outer shell that rejects any type of interaction not relevant to whatever mission she has in mind at the moment.

Midori decided to ditch regular school and study in the Rangers School shortly after her graduation from elementary school. Her intentions are simple: she intends to continue the research that her parents left behind when she was born, in hopes of proving her worth to her father and hopefully motivate him to continue researching Pokemon.

Cinder is quite taciturn and withdrawn in the presence of people. Too often, the calling of nature takes his attention away from anything. However, when in his element, Cinder’s silent demeanor suddenly shifts from quiet and dull to flamboyant and energetic. No matter the circumstance, thought, Cinder is child that can be extremely persistent in getting what he wants. That doesn’t mean Cinder can’t be cooperative or is indifferent to other, but more times than not, he'll ignore the necessities and feelings of others to reach his goals.

Cinder Amachi was under the good custody of his mother or his grandfather despite Cinder's father's absence throughout Cinder's childhood. Emphasis on the “or” as either had conflicting preferences on child raising. While his mother wanted Cinder to be a calm and reserved artist like her, the grandfather believed in a more active and naturey upbringing. Even though Cinder did have a knack for art, his grandfather’s backwoods adventures called to him more than the pasteled canvases of his mother. During the few excursions he had with his grandfather, Cinder would be at his most rowdy and happiest and never hesitated to climb the highest of trees or to bump heads with smaller pokemon. However, what Cinder loved most was his grandfather’s stories about the ranger missions Cinder’s father used to go on. However, when Cinder asked where his father was, the grandfather would always dodge the question.

At the age of six, Cinder’s grandfather passed away, leaving both Cinder and his mother all alone. Though Cinder knew his mother raised him the best she could, he was kept in the house most of the times to paint or draw. It was also this year where Cinder entered grade school, and to say the least, Cinder struggled to learn in the traditional setting, receiving terrible grades in his classes. In addition and on too many occasions, his fixation on nature would direct all his attention to the sky or his roughhousing nature would lead him to brawl with another kid, garnering a lot of scolding from teachers. Compounded with the constant teasing about his white hair, Cinder withdrew within himself, becoming dispirited in personality and an outcast among the students.

Even though he grew silent, he never forgot about the fun times he had with his grandfather. At some point in grade school, through eavesdropping, Cinder learned of the amazing adventures rangers had during their work in the deepest of forests and in the highest plateaus. It was through these stories that the flame ignited by his grandfather was fanned, creating inside him an unshakable determination. He began asking his mother to enroll him in ranger school. Every single time she refused, but that didn’t deter him from persisting. After a myriad of requests, it was finally his tenth birthday, and on that day, he finally asked his mother once more. After some silence, she said yes. However, With a downcast look on her face, she explained that to Cinder that it was this profession that his father went missing during a mission. Even with this fact, Cinder was unphased, and within the next month, his mother enrolled him into Ranger school.

Cinder is currently at the doors of the ranger school, about to reach for the handles of the doors. Determined, he clasps his hands onto the handle of the door and swings it open, not knowing where destiny might take him next.

In regards to the sheet, I think it looks fine, but I still have some nitpicking. For one, you're missing Cinder's home region, one of the [.hr] is still broken, some of the colors don't match up (silver and white, rather than all one way), and you happen to have a double period at the ending of your biography. Otherwise, I don't see anything else wrong with it.

A young and ingenious inventor, with a bad tendency to slip up and cause a malfunction or two in his creations. He speaks to everyone with what seems to be a never-ending well of optimism and enthusiasm, not allowing much to get him down. He tackles situations with the intent of assuring the safety of everyone involved, rather than to throw himself in the spotlight at every given occasion. Despite his hyper and upbeat nature, he's also observant of the flaws of others, often being one to notice when things are wrong when others would blow off their suspicious as just that.

Fredrick Morrin Grew up in Pueltown, Almia. The boy grew up with a fondness for machines and how they aided in day to day life, wishing to one day invent something that could benefit the world, too! He became more and more aware of the flaws of today's technology, and that some of it damaged nature and harmed habitats for Pokemon... It made him determined to figure out better methods of powering technology so that the Pokemon of the world wouldn't have to suffer any longer.

Aside from normal things, Fredrick also became obsessed with a piece of technology he couldn't openly get his hands on; Pokemon Ranger Stylers. He felt like there was so many ways the device could be improved, after he figured out how they worked. He could help the rangers do their job more effectively, or perhaps find a solution to certain problems they might have! The more he looked into the rangers, the more invested he got, until he finally had a burst of courage and dashed off to the Ranger School.

He wasn't as tough as others, and he was a bit clumsy, too! But he was there to help how he could; Behind the scenes, and on the scene!
