Mike and Ryu practice eventually ended with Mike eyes glowing with an intense blue light as did Ryu. "Thank you my friend, this does help me think" Mike said to Lucario with a smile before returning to the group where Dusk choose to go into stealth mode as she began to sneak up on Maui before aiming to tackle him to the ground playfully.

Mike noticed Mooney starring to show signs of wanting to evole so he walked up to Liam after he had finished reading his pokedex as he said "So you've seen both the dusk form and midnight form. I know someone who owns the midday form if you want to stop by them on the way to the trial tomorrow. Do you have an idea of which form you would prefer or will you just be happy with whatever you get"

"Well, I like how the midnight form looks, but it doesn't matter which form Moony takes, so long as he's healthy." Liam said.

Shiranui listened to Liam's conversation about Moony and realised Okami was close to evolution when she was not following orders part of the time during training.

It was getting late. As Joy began to announce curfew and state that everyone had to go to sleep, Moony dashed out of the Pokémon Center. Liam quickly followed, ignoring Joy's order to stay, which she kind of expected to happen anyway.

Jen walks inside the Pokémon center after getting in some freash air. She listens listens to Liam Rockruff is about to evole. “Is Okami going to evolve soon too?” Jen ask Shiranui as she remembers Liam and Shiranui caught their rock ruff at the same time. Maui barks happily when Dusk tackle him, he rubs his muzzle against her neck. Jen notices Liam leave the Pokémon center, “should we follow him?”

Mike looked at Jen and thought about it before he said "I think we should, I Don't think Liam or Shinranui understand just how dangerous Rockruff can get when it's evoling". He walked over to Jen to help her stand up knowing she had been busy training.
Dusk licked his muzzle affectionately though she help him up when she noticed both there trainer getting ready to follow Liam remember what happen when Mike and Ryu had followed her to watch her evole.

Jen blush a slight shade of pink as Mike help her out of her chair, she would blush as any of her friends help her out of a chair or something else. “It is still exciting to see a Pokémon evole, even though it is not your Pokémon.” Jen says as Maui licks Dusk muzzle as be runs out of the Pokémon center. As Jen follows him as Aura is on her shoulders as she sense it may rain soon.

"True, I once met a pokemon that could destroy the world as we know it on my journey though Unova" Mike said before he nodded Shinrauni to follow him, "Me and Ryu did this once when we were follow Dusk to see what she would evole into to. Admittedly, I did not even relise there was a dusk form, I only called her dusk because we caught her at dusk". Ryu was next to Jen and Aura, adding his own power of Aura to allow Jen to see a lot clearer. Dusk quickly followed them, as she overtook Maui easily to catch up with Mike.

Moony eventually came to stop on a ledge looking out at the full moon. Liam was about to go out to Moony when he saw rustling and the Midday and midnight Lycanrocks walked out. The three began to bark at one another. It was as if they were having a conversation about the weather. Soon after, The Midnight Lycanrock began to battle Mooney. This all seemed ritualistic to Liam, so he wasn't wanting to step out and intervene.

Maui notices Ryu helping Jen see clearer with his aura, Maui could run freely without worrying about Jen. He catch up to Dusk and the others quickly. He stops as he sees a Mid dayand a midnight Lycanroc. He enjoys the moon light as he watch what will happen. Jen listens on the conversation wonder what kind of Pokémon her friends encounter. “Thanks Ryu,” Jen says as she is grateful for the help hoping Aura will get stronger everyday.

Ryu nodded to her as he stop her at a reasonable distance from the battle so they could still watch it but not get involved though Dusk stop in front of Liam to stop him interfering with the battle though she was aware he had kept a good distance from it as she sat down to watch her eyes scanning the moon.

Mooney continued to fight the midnight Lycanroc. Mooney fired off Rock Throw, and Lycanroc used Counter, flinging the rocks back with greater strength. It then launched toward the shiny Rockruff with Brick Break. Moony howled in pain as he began to glow white, piercing the night sky. Moony evolved to midnight form, and used Brick Break as well, sending the non-shiny Lycanroc soaring into a cliffside, KO'd. Moony howled at the moon victoriusly before stopping to sniff the air and turned to face the bush that Liam was hiding behind.

Jen softly pets Ryu as Maui howls join in with Moony’s howl. He gaze at the moon Dusk is gazing at as he is excited that Moony evolve into midnight form Lycanroc as his tail wags tickling Dusk.

Moony leaped into the bushes and proceeded to lick Liam's face once. "You evolved Mooney, congratulations!" Liam praised.

Dusk nodded to Moony once he had evoked. Though she felt Maui tail tickling her so she playful nipped it.

Maui growls softly as he like being nip like that and rolls onto his side. He notices a few sprinkles of rain falling from the night sky.
