Japan has a defense force its a military without it being an actual military the point I was trying to make is dead civies are a bigger issue than dead heroes who's job it is to regularly fight villains and dead cops are a risk in their line of work

Name: Naoto Higashikata

Villain Name: Verdrehte

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Appearance: Naoto stands at around 5'5 with a thin shaped body, Looking quite sickly but is actually quite healthy. His hairstyle is short like a low fade that is bright red, Having dark blue eyes with his left eye having a larger pupil since the right eye. Some noticeable features of his appearance is having a mole on his lower left mouth, Pointed ears, high cheek bones and a thin nose.

In his civilian clothing he wears a multi colored t-shirt, The sweater being mostly made up of green and blue. Wearing tight fitted red pants with black running shoes and pink socks.

As Verdrehte he wears brightly colored green and brown tight fitted suit, As well as wearing 20th century black boots. His suit decorated with blue swirls adored on the shoulder and chest of the suit. Wearing a burlap sack over his head with eye, nose and mouth hole to help him breath. Rope wrapped around his neck to keep the burlap mask in place and not fall off.

Weapons: Naoto carries with him a long dagger.

Hero(Villain) Equipment: None

Combat Section:

Strength: He can fit into very tight places making it easy for him to steal, He is also skilled as a escape artist making it hard for putting him into custody.

Endurance: Naoto has not very good endurance, His body and quirk is quite weak in hand to hand combat. However he has a lot of stamina so he can keep moving.

Willpower: Naoto is a strong willed person, Always focused on his job and plans on what he will steal. However when he is too stressed out or angry he will become a clumsy and sloppy.

Speed: He is not as fast as say a cheetah but he is quick that his reaction time is on par with a martial art teacher. However with his weakness when he uses his quirk too much he becomes much slower.

Reaction Speed: Naoto has a quick reaction speed letting him quickly dodge punches and kicks.

Ability of Quirk: Naoto has the power of inhumanly flexible

Qualities of Quirk: Naoto has the power of inhumanly flexible,Meaning he can contort his entire body and fit into very tight places. He can also break his bones and reattach it so he can escape or move in said small places.

Strengths of Quirk: Naoto's strength would be him fitting into tight spaces, He can contort his body around a person to try and immobilize them.

Weaknesses of Quirk: Using his powers too much will make his body tired and his bones floppy and useless.

Biography: Naoto was born in Hiroshima living with his grandparents because his parents had died in a car accident, His grandparents were loving and caring people but Naoto was a bad seed though and though. At young age he was known to steal and cheat people out of money, Being fascinated by escape artists and magicians wanting to become a escape artist when he was older. However this would not be the path he would take, Learning how to be a escape artist and being quite good at it being a amateur one for sometime.

However with the discovery of his quirk he when into the academy and trying to be a hero, He was a very good student while he was in school but found heroing to be very boring. When he had the chance he stole many paintings and jewels,Selling what he could on the black market. After he had turned into a villain he enjoyed stealing and living the rich and indulgent life of being a thief.

Some point during his life he had stolen three paintings form The Louve, One being Da Vinci, Another being Van Gogh, and the last one being a Rembrandt. All of this in the middle of the day during a charity event there, Obviously impressing someone in the group called Black Tree being invited to join. And Naoto eager to join thinking it would be fun joined and is the newest member.

Personality: Naoto has a child like curiosity finding people and objects that could be interesting to him, With that he is carefree and at times he can be lazy. As well as being tired all the time sleeping when he can, Being friendly in a antagonistic sort of way. Teasing people and doing his best to annoy people, As well he is very adventurous loving the thrill of stealing.

Other: Naoto loves classical music and opera. He also loves wrestling and comic books. And also he loves playing board games and with army men.

@Archmage MCNot necessarily just as long as it doesn't resurrect people from the dead because that would just let people have an excuse to Yolo any encounter also there probably should be a limit on how much healing he can do at once.

@Eviledd1984Character needs to have a reason to be a part of 'Black Tree'. The whole game is centered around this specific gang of thugs. The group, black tree, is invite only so he'd need to have someone bring him in be it another villain, or not. He's a bit young for the organization but I can hand wave it as its not that important. Other than that I don't see an issue with the character's quirk.

Ah i had not factored in the "Black Tree" Group, For the time being in the rp i was planning on him being a alone villain that was invited later on into the group. Also i can make him say 20 or 22 if that is more to your liking?

Would you mind expanding on how he got into black tree more? I'm willing to let the rest of the CS be short despite my usual standards but you're passing off a pretty big part of how you got into a major crime syndicate. Did you impress someone? Do something big? Was it someone you knew?

Its fine I'll accept it but i'm not sure if your character can fit in right now so you'll have to hold off for a few turns of posts unless you want to show up as backup or something? But that brings along the question of why Shade Walker would do so, so I would suggest holding off. If Stern doesn't want to/cant post I'll try to progress things.
