Have you considered putting this in the Arena Roleplay Subforum? I realize not all the events are strictly combat-oriented, but they cater pretty specifically to your premise if nothing else and they have several roleplayers experienced with this sort of thing.

If you do not feel like having the whole thread moved, you might also consider just posting a connected interest check there.

I have a question about the shards, do character's who can travel between verses/dimensions need one or can they rely on their own power?

While I have thought about where I should put this, I have strictly decided to put it here, because even though its called the Arena Inbetween and involves arenas, it really isn't going to be like a whole battle royale type of game. while there will be battles between characters, most of the game will be like a variety show than just a battle of the week thing. it's called the Arena Inbetween because the players will often have to compete against each other in events, and while that does include physical combat, it also includes things like relay races and solving puzzles. i didn't want to have to put it in the arena thread if i was only going to be doing the battle royale thing one time, and have the rest of the game be something decidedly something other than that.
