That's an interesting dynamic.

Btw, you may choose to totally disregard my description of Mystique, but if you just hadn't noticed it most of the population is concentrated in huge 'super cities' which are surrounded by giant 'scrap plains' which is essentially the remnants of huge machine wars on Mystique. Some Mystans (mostly powerful technomages) still try to irk out a basic existence in small shanty-town esque settlements in the Scrap plains however.

The fortress lies on the border of a supercity, couldn't put it inside of one. But I didn't want to place it in the dead center of a wasteland.

I thought it would be assumed she was near one of the supercities since she was going door to door.

This is an Arena RP. Fleshing out civilizations would be a waste of time among people who can level locations with the flick of their wrist.

Except you need to take into account the world setting and everything posted in the prior posts are considered canon to building the world up. Thus in a way you are fleshing out the world and its inhabitants as you fight and describe your setting.

The Nexus itself is secretly located in Snek. Every single character that ever was or will be, was born in Snek, regardless of where they claim to be from. Snek is a faction in itself, but has the good grace not to do anything with it's vast power, as it would instantly conquer the multiverse if it tried.
