Would they have to be no higher then intermediate or just average to intermediate? Most of them will be intermediate anyways, but I'm mainly asking because if she's attacked by fire, for example, her fire resistance would be as well defended as a high tier person.

Then list is a high tier, you have to tier out your powers and abilities I cannot do it for you but you should have them done so if a dispute arises it is in the approved cs.

No you can have high tier abilities and low tier abilities and still be intermediate if the majority of you skills and powers are intermediate.

Skills, powers and abilities: List and justify your powers in this section, and list their Level. Detail, justification, creativity and attention to detail are all paramount. If you simply write out 'I have Big Bang attack!!!' then we shall not accept it. There is no limit to the number of abilities you may possess, however you should stick to the general theme of your character, and Judges will review the unity of powers.

I'll go through and edit it as requested and if I see that she is too powerful for intermediate I'll bump her to high. I can see her able to beat Mace Windu if that counts for something.

Unless he can force push fire, in which case she'd be forced to jump in to attack and with his fast reaction times and the lightsaber cutting through defense well, I'm not sure if Evvie could stand up to him upon further calculation. Well, if lightsabers work only through heat then he'd lose, but I'm not sure.

I believe I edited it to your liking. She does have a lot of intermediate stuff, but her high tier stuff is the most handy aspects of her character so I just decided to go with high tier to be safe.

Liaison can't be touched and Joseph can imagine anything he wants, not to mention his spirit animal, an albino ferret, is now fused with Creation, which took the form of Rilla's Spirit animal, Ouroboros.

I'll have to rely on her physical abilities being high to get her out of the most sticky of situations. That being said, if she's outmatched physically by most other high characters I'll need to edit her sheet to make her at least retain that advantage. Maybe make her regeneration high tier as well.

I wonder about putting the Skin Harvest in Low. I mean, no one can resist it but it was only viable to use outside of a fight anyway.

Your physical upgrades are not high tier they are intermediate. So you can drop down to intermediate and be fine. Another character is resistant to several hundred thousand degrees of temperature and they are intermediate. Its your call but you can safely be intermediate if you choose.

I put something outside of a fight, reincarnation, as a non-ranking ability. Maybe you can do the same? Not that I know for a fact that was the right thing to do.

Did Evvie's other abilities labeled as high sound high to you? I might just lower them if I overestimated her. She will still be pretty physically tough for an intermediate though...right? I hope she doesn't punch someone and crumble like a wet tissue paper.

Well shit. I miscalculated. I tried to go a quarter of that temperature (the sun's surface temp). I'll fix that.
