Quentin benches then does deadlifts after finishing some reps he drops the weights and finishes channeling set

Elena quickly finishes the books on combat and fighting. “Jerkass says I can’t fight by the books. Yeah right.”

Quentin walks into the kitchen and makes himself a protein shake

Dani sings softly as he plays the ukulele " give me give me your attention baby! "

Elena shelves the books in the library and goes to the kitchen for a snack, a giant book of fairytales from around the world in hand. “Infantile,” she greets Quinn.

Quentin looks over " I prefer sadist" he says the left corner of his mouth turning up slightly before he drinks his protein shake

Dani stops singing then yawns

Elena raises an eyebrow and stands on her toes to reach the bowls. “And I prefer oh wise one but life is full of disappointments and neither of us are getting what we want. Damn my shortness!” She grunts as she tries to get a bowl without falling or dropping the dish.

Quentin chuckles and and watches her try to get the bowl " c'mon you're almost there" he says " and trust me you aren't that wise you have sobek as a host "

“See thats the thing. I have Sobek as a host and I still manage to sound inteligible. The thing is, as dim witted as Sobek can be, he can outwit Set.” ‘Hey! Don’t make bets you won’t win!’ Elena sighs in victory when she grabs a hold of the bowl, but she loses balance and falls backwards.

Quentin catches her and leans in close to whisper in her ear " trust me he can't little girl but it's cute you thinks so" he whispers then after making her right side up finishes his protein shake and walks away

Elena frowns and blushes faintly when he leans in close. She angrily scrubs at the color on her cheeks and sets the bowl down, and she walks upstairs. She smells every flower and washes her mouth with mouthwash. ‘What are you doing?’ ‘Getting the stink of his breath out of my system. Besides, what does he think gives him the right to just invade my space like that?!’

Quentin is in his room listening to music as he gets in one of his suits which is black with red accents

Elena huffs and sucks her teeth as the knife slips on a tomato and she sliced her finger. ‘Hey Sekhmet! Dinner’s ready!’ ‘Shush.’ She sucks on her finger and then eats the salad she’d made.
