Also, I was thinking of bringing the Dead Space necromorphs and Brethren Moons, and maybe the Reapers from Mass Effect.

>Warp reality? While taken from a CYOA, it makes it clear that the powers you have are only the fraction you bestow, or gain over the world as your influence grows. Otherwise skies the limit on what you can actually do and it states omnipotence, but I assume that was more poetic license. Eldritch abominations aren't exactly limited however.

@ZyxI was asking because I dabbled in Cosmic Horror in past RPs, though it was more Lovecraft Lite and gods could be "beaten" by engaging them in direct combat, though this took great amounts of ability. The characters in these RPs used magic. Not even banishing magic, but things to engage in combat directly, so throwing flames hot enough or buffing their strength high enough that they could hurt these beings. The gods never died, they just kind of went back to sleep like Cthulu if they were defeated. Anyways I bring this up because if I brought one of these characters in, I was curious what that would look like.

Also, being that I have handed control of this RP over, I have relinquished my ability to accept or deny characters, or even really leading the plot (I didn't even have much of one to start, just throwing a bunch of characters into a world to see what happened.) Its on @Heavy Metal to lead the plot and make decisions.

Actually it's a group decision and up to each player who has a hero to lead the plot.

>That's fair, though my intention is that you'll mostly be dealing with its minions. Like a free-for-all RTS between Reapers, Brethren Moons, the Kandarian Demon, and Abhathol. If it ever gets to be fully active we can expect a planet to be reshaped by catastrophes at best. At worst... well it's for the best if we don't consider that I think.

>No, they technically own the planet everyone else got transported to. At least they did, hence the ancient slumber choice. If I wanted the sky portal route I would have chosen the Terrible Spawn option, where it makes you the progeny of an Outer God who is active in world affairs and doing things in the name of their progenitor, or the From Out of Space option, where it makes you an alien from another world with tech that might as well be magic or a form that doesn't comply to the known laws of physics.
