@Timemaster Ah well South Eastern Avrupa might be the spot for you... They are imagined similar to the Balkans in that they a contentious history with one another willing to fight together against threats from outside as they all have extreme dislike of foreign powers enough to fight side by side against them.

That said if you wanted the king of big robot sport fights, Vinland has circuits for many Frame based sports. From boxing to arena combat, though it non-lethal. They even have one where Frame's race one another along an obstacle course while trying to take each other out.
