Considering Cockney is a Londoner accent and I'd say Ness has never been to England proper, only arriving on the isle to go to the Scottish Highlands with Hogwarts, I'd say this is entirely unlikely.

I've more aiming for her to be riffing on him since they've known one-another for six years; I figure some amount of familiarity within the Houses is to be expected, and Ness probably is more notorious than anything else considering her previous hijinks during her early years.

well seamus is known to not back down from anything no matter what (kinda how he killed his little sister just bc he couldn't stand her getting all the attention anymore and was tired of her relentless teasing), so i guess not

but we can make it a thing where Ness did beat Seamus last year for some competition and now they're at each other's throats as much as he is with Dusty

Funnily enough I was looking at the wiki and at least in 2022 she was still headmistress so it'd make sense for her to still be there (I haven't read Cursed Child but I believe she's in there).

Also reading Seamus he strikes me as the coward bully type that tries to pick on people that won't defend themselves but backs off from people that stand up to him....I don't know if that was intended from the writing but it works I think! Also likely means Hye-Jin at some point has likely had to deal with that
