Rise to power: Since the formation of the Krannak collective, the monarchy has been the driving force behind many popular declerations. Ul-tera was no different when he was a mere Lord, often pushing for bills he knew would be best for the collective, even though he knew people disagreed with him at the time. His wise decision making and shrewd negotiations made him well-known and loved in Parliment, so when the time came to elect the new High Lord, he was overwhelmingly voted in, with a 98% majority. So far, he is still respected and loved, however some fear he may be a slightly indecisive ruler who allows Parliment too much power.

History = Known as the "Head Commandant", Bal-Sha'ya is a force to be reckoned with. Whilst still young, her combat experience, military tacticianship and efficient ruthlessness has won her many-a-battle. She is highly suspicious of everyone in Parliment, commonly referring to them as "Hag'wasi" or "Vultures"
Perhaps this suspicion is rooted in a deep hatred for politicians after the infamous Night of Falling Stars, the day Euclid was destroyed. Due to a political decision beyond the High Lord's power, her family and herself were seperated. While she watched Euclid's destruction from a distance, her mother and father were caught up in the chaos and died. At first, she couldn't believe it. Then she was suprisingly calm. She decided to join the Space Corps. to fight for the survivors. Her tacticianship served her well, staving off pirates, slavers and desperate soldiers without so much as a casualty. She was quickly promoted through the ranks to the esteemed position of Commandant. During these years, she met young Lord Ul-Tera, a young man with good ideas and a silver tounge. He was different to the other politicians, she thought, and he was a member of the Monarchy. A few words in his ear and some military knowledge and she became the second most powerful member of the Collective.

Ul-tera's Empire:
With the decay of the Empire and the arrival of a strange new race, the Kanchen sector fell into disarray. Residents were both afraid of and hoping for a swift Imperial return, as it may not have been the best, but it gave them order and direction. The Ke'ter, however, were able to swiftly unite the broken sector - they described an effective method they had used on thier home planet before disaster destroyed it. The royal family was established nd the first Parliment was elected, which brought order to the confused residents.

Ul-tera has proven to be both fair and ruthless, allowing everyone fair chances but being merciless when faced with threat. His "Even Chances" Act, the very first decleration he ever made, was a hit, almost doubling the sectors production and tripling its economic output since the Empire left.

Average life expectency: Can be extended indefinately, but on Earth's atmosphere with no technology, roughly 120 years. Matures at roughly 14 years.
Homeworld: Euclid (Destroyed by meteor strike)
Other: Ke'ter do not walk on two legs. The use all four limbs like an animal, or sidestep like a crab. However, they can stand upright and are cabable of very fast speeds

Special abilities:
Nimble - Ke'ter are very swift and agile, able to manuveur in tight or restricted spaces.
Mental link - Ke'ter are able to communicate mentally and can transfer thoughts and memories to any other race. This is not only useful in combat for spotting enemies, but also for passing on skills to allies and recruits.
Naturally gifted - Ke'ter are natural engineers and can build and maintain a vast variety of war machines.
Shy - Ke'ter have hidden themselves for decades, which makes then great at stealth
Defensive - Ke'ter are great at using low cover and creating inpenetrable defenses

Weakness:
Cowardly - When it all goes belly up, Ke'ter are the first off the battlefield and the last to return.
Shy - Ke'ter rarely negotiate outside thier own race, which causes no end of frustration when it comes to diplomatic talks
Frail - Ke'ter cannot take much physical damage before incapacitation
No jedi/sith - Ke'ter are incapable of using the Force or becoming a Jedi/Sith
Defensive - Ke'ter are very defensively minded, rarely pushing forwards unless they are certain they can secure the next point.
Foreign soil - Ke'ter hate unfamiliar territory, and suffer loss of morale and over defensiveness on foreign soil

Huh, very interesting. While not necessarily a canon race, everything else seems pretty good to me.

Edit: Missed it, but there's actually one thing that needs to be changed. The Obliterator, that at least has to be changed to something less destructive.

In the early years of the new order. There was work on a 12 Kilometer Super Star destroyer prototype.

I would assume the New Emperor would continue on this project?
Else I will remove the pride of the core and take the unfinished SSD prototype as the ship I took?

Kaiden has conflicted loyalties on the subject. Obviously, he is strongly compelled to return home, but at the same time he has his duty to the subsidiary he is a part of. Being Mandalorian is part of a Culture, it's part of his identity, so he couldn't just ignore the call from the Mandalore, but he also has a large degree of personnel loyalty to White Baton, having been the father of the Paramilitary section, and by extent loyalty to the Phar-Genix corporation. To this day, it's still not something he has figured out, and it's one of the many reasons Phar-Genix attempts to avoid any form of hostility with the Grand Republic of Mandalore, since it is obvious to the leading bodies of Phar-Genix that Kaiden could possibly switch sides in that case, and a number of the para-military forces of White Baton holds loyalty to him. Luckily for Phar-Genix, since they are not a nation so to speak, they don't have the need to go to war with nations, as of yet. Indeed, since they profiteer of the violence by selling weaponry, constructing ships and own heavy industry, they want to get the nations to war with each other and avoid that confrontation at all.

The Coup took place in 19 BBY(or Year 1 After Fall), a few months after the clone wars ended. However, the galaxy came falling apart soon after. By then there was really no New Emperor to direct the construction of such a ship, it was every man for himself.

As for having a SSD, you may have to talk to Omega about it.

The Pride was used. But its existance was the point of these hulking super ships. None of the Seperatist commanders ever wanted to even fight against it. The fear factor alone won it.

Since We will focus on the star wars wiki for history , tech and such on.

Since Credits is the universal currency. I have been inspecting the Brema Sector and Seswenna sector.

I had actualy not noticed but Seswenna is an hub point of a lot of trade routes.

And Money is needed especialy in this era of war.

I am asking what is the Time progression?

I would gather Taxes from Every Trade route running through each sector I control.
In my Idea as an probaply represive New order structured Realm. My planets income would probaply mostly go to keeping the order and training and maintaing troops.

Time? Well, it has to have progressed long snough for the initial anarchy to have died down and the leaders to step up. For example, i doubt Garn could simply proclaim himself Grand Moff without a few naysayers. And Ul-tera and the Ke'ter only took command after the Empire withdrew, so a new system of government needed to be set up.
I think it's about twenty years after the Coup.
