The military of the Esstran Collective is not the bulldozer that Sith Empires have been in the past, lacking the vast manpower and naval resources that previous Pureblood empires have possessed has required the Sith to rethink their ways of war. The relatively sparse inhabitants of the practically abandoned Sith worlds, and those planets which have been brought into the fold have provided troops to the Esstran military, equipped in the manner of the Revanites, rather than the Sith Empire which the Purebloods had known, the enlisted troops trained extensively, with most offered being declined as the military has fully accepted it's new purpose, currently para-military forces being used for simple garrisons.

The Navy is another matter, the resources of the Sith Worlds still remaining strong, even if the population is wanting. The ships of the Sith fleet have decreased in size, favoring swift, hit and run but destructive strikes, with a number of capital ships providing further muscle to the Collective's military. This obsession reached new heights during hi reign as Chancellor and then Emperor, leading to a host of secret Imperial Expeditions to the Sith Worlds, most prominently the tomb world of Korriban. The last of these to report back, if only once, from the old homeworld of the Sith people, found far more than relics and ancient technology. Instead, the well equipped expedition encountered a stasis chamber, housing within it 9 surviving members of the Pureblood Sith, who had accidently survived the fall of the final true Sith Empire within the underground halls of Korriban.

Born onto the planet of Dxun, Kandy was brought up as a survivor of the harsh environment out of the remnants of the Mandalorian colonists. She grew up running from predators and grew a general sense of asceticism because of the dramatically stressful atmosphere. She pervaded as an active member in her who was capable of collecting food and escaping the jaws of the various fauna, and by the time she was sixteen a new wave of Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders arrived on the planet and officially inducted her into their society. She spent the next four years working in Dxun, assisting as a scout and guide to them and after she accumulated income, she left the planet in search of new work. Because of her experience in Dxun, she was recommended to train clones in harsh environments and then later left after a few years, in search for more dangerous activities.
In her exploration for new jobs, she was approached by an agent from the Ishkar Syndicate who offered her a contract to a string of jobs that would acculturate her into their society. Through pure skill and a dash of luck, Kandy completed objective after objective, having to save hostages, assassinate targets, acquire mysterious briefcases and artifacts from corporate strongholds and do essentially any dirty work that had to be done. Her consistent success brought money, but more importantly a reputation that made the Mandalorians take special notice. They contacted Kandy and contracted her to hunt down a notorious Sith that had been taking refuge in Mandalore. She explored the urban jungle of Keldabe and tracked down the Sith, eventually resulting in his assassination.
After gaining the trust of both the Mandalorians and the Ishkar Syndicate, she continued to work for the highest bidder until her mid-thirties where she found a new and more personal calling.

I discovered that in the Seswana sector is the home Sector to the Tarkin Familiy. Guesing he would be killed with the emperor.
Means I now have sole acces to the interdictor star destroyer design. I suppose I mean the cruiser not yet the interdictor class star destroyer
Also the emperor died months after the galactic empire. But his rebirth tower on Byrs was constructed immeditaly. Will he return or ?

Well, actually, Tarkin was commander of the 18th Sector Army, which was part of the Ninth System Army. I have yet to decide what actually happens with Tarkin during the rise of the GRM, though there's no reason to say we can't both have the Interdictor =D

Yes, Tarkin is in my faction, I just have yet to actually get around to detailing HOW it is that he is there besides having commanded elements of the Ninth Systems Army. With Thrawn, I think that would larger depend on whether or no someone wants to play as the Chiss and introduce him.
As for the Emperor Reborn, I believe much of the cloning shenanigans started well into the reign of the Empire, but that's really a Sigma question.

He didn't always have bad feelings for the Jedi, as he notably served with several during the Clone Wars, and came to respect a few of them. This was mainly because he was a man of action, and respected those Jedi who acted, rather than debated, a trait that the Jedi of the Ninth shared.
