Eh, I like the idea but it needs some work. For one, the History bit, remember this is a new timeline, you gotta think up your own reason for their establishment/existence, be it a ab original character being the founder, or whatever. Emperor Palptine's sith identity is mostly left unknown to almost everyone in the galaxy, save for a select few. Also 20 ABY would be the incorrect time, it's actually 1 BBY and to note that the dating system for the rp is 20 A.F.(After Fall)

Reborn: The weakest division. Reborn had minimal strength in the Force they carried a simple red lightsaber like the other Reborn and their cloaks were yellow and orange. They were proficient in Fast and Medium Styles of combat, but were not skilled enough to defeat a Jedi one-on-one.
Acrobats: They wore blue, and specialized in using the Force to jump and being mobile. Reborn Acrobats were trained in the Medium Style of lightsaber combat.
Force Users: They wore red over their cream colored vests. Their specialization was in pure Force abilities, such as Force push and Force pull rather than saber skills or unarmed combat skills. The Medium Style was their preferred choice if they were forced to engage in a lightsaber duel.
Fencers: Skilled and trained specially in the Fast and Medium Styles with their red sabers; they also had reasonable skill with the Force. They could telekinetically throw their lightsabers with great accuracy. Their clothes were green. The average Jedi could defeat a Reborn Fencer, but not without difficulty.
Bosses: Wore blue and red robes. They were a combination of all the different Reborn divisions. They were the highest level, the elite of the organization. They were capable of using the Force strongly, and countering a Jedi's blade skills with the Fast, Medium and Strong Styles of lightsaber combat. They were Desann's best men along with Galak's Shadowtroopers.

History: After Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors disbanded the cultists, some reborn and cultist that still had their force powers fled to the outer rim away from the rebels. Soon after one of the highest ranking cultists took power "Udo Thane" After many years of hiding the reborn and cultist have suddenly appeared again, Skirmishes with the black hand, and the empire of the hand are common while they pose a serious threat to the galaxy again.

A little better, but there still some problem's with the history. Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors would most likely not be where they were in canon. Remember the instructions, you gotta think real hard on this, how and when were they founded in the time after the Empire's fall. While I did say the wiki would be a good source in the rp, but most of the time, not in this case, you will have to make something up, their new history is up to you, don't just copy something that wouldn't exactly fit with the setting.

Yes, around 90% of canon is out in this AU. What happened in the past happened, but even that is altered with the Empire gone just months after it's rise. So, again, think real hard on this as with some factors taken right out, alot has changed and also needs to be changed to fit in the new universe.

In 28 BBY, Astranoma began to perform its own medical research aside its charity work, and in 5 BBY they commissioned the construction of several of their now famous Charnel class Medical Stations, and have continued commissioning them into the present day.
One of the few successful investigations into Astranoma’s funding has revealed that it has connections to Letona, a defunct Intelligence Agency as of 60 BBY which worked under the authority of the Emperor towards some unknown purpose.
