[IC] Marvel: The Lost Warrior

"I don't believe it. You guys actually have a name for her?" Blur spoke out in disbelief as he landed the jet at the HQ, helping Steve get the woman out of the passenger's seat. Blur quickly called for someone to get her a wheelchair or something to help them, and one was quickly brought to them. "Alright everyone, we have her at the base, and we'll be getting her to you guys shortly. Should we take her somewhere else?"

Banner said "bring her to the lab. Hawkeye got a room ready for her and tony is wrapping up the information we need to help her out. Natasha? You sure you know her?" Widow nodded and said "I know for sure....any agent that studied cloak and dagger would know her..." The woman stirred, starting to come around

Cap and Blur rushed to the lad where the rest of them were, and it didn't take very long for the three of them to get there. Steve pushed the woman through the halls with ease, and Blur had to run to keep up with the super soldier.

Banner had the room ready and helped Steve put her onto the bed, checking her pulse. "Let's get her hooked up and start getting read outs..." Suddenly her eyes shot open and she kicked banner hard away from her and jumped up, looking around. "Where am I? What are you trying to so to me?" An agent tried to grap her but she grabbed him and threw him over her shoulder, hitting blur and captain just as the doors opened and the others came into the fight. She turned and then she threw her hands out and sent the shadows in the room went nuts, growing things all over the room. Tony ducked and said "we need to calm her down now!"

Cap easily caught the agent who was thrown at him and Blur, but was still affected by the force of the throw. Cap put the man down and looked at The woman, who didn't seemed to remember the recent events. He didn't know what to tell her, or what to say, so he simply kept quiet until he would eventually fine something. Blur was quickly to act and slowly neared the woman. "Hey! The war is over and Russia is on okay terms with America! The Red Skull is gone and were just trying to help you!" He was just spouting information, but he hoped that the information would settle her down. "Just give us a minute and we can explain everything to you. That sound good?"

She glared at him, breathing hard. Then widow walked in calmly and said "ms. Shade, it's alright. Your with allies" she stopped and looked at widow, her eyes going wide. "How do you know me?" Widow walked over and said "I studied your work....a killer for the allies during the war...no records, no information anyway....just a DNA sample in the system from the 40s...in case you were ever found....the deadly shadow up they used to call you" shade sighed, falling against the bed and fighting to hold herself up. "Then this isn't a dream...I really am...."

As she fell to the bed, Blur walked over to her side and looked at her calmly. "It's been about 70 years. You're still the same age that you were back then, though. Welcome to 2014." He spoke in a nervous tone as he tried to slowly feed her information. He didn't want for her to go crazy with all of the new technological advances in 70 years, so he was going to do everything one step at a time.

She looked at him, then said "I got that now....some times my training and animal nature kick in before my brain does....not the first time it's happened..." Banner got up from the floor and went over to help her onto the bed. Widow said "why don't we let Bruce handle things here..." She looked at all of them, hinting she wanted to talk without shade in the room

Cap and Blur picked up and the suggestion quickly and nodded at Widow. Stark did as well, but it was only after a few moments that he did. The three of them walked out of the room without another word and waited calmly for Widow to arrive to speak to them about whatever was on her mind.

She lead them to the war room and shut the door. Then Hawkeye said "Alright Natasha, who is that lady?" Widow sat down and said "She is know as the Deadly Shade. SHe was an agent for the Allied Nations. One of the best. BEfore that there isn't much info on her apart from the rumors...you guys hear of a mutant named Wolverine?"

Blur nodded at Widow and looked at them all. "Wolverine is a Mutant that has an adimantium skeleton, as well as amazing healing and claws that come out of his hands. He's with the X-Men, but also works on his own from time to time."

[MegaraFoxfire]

Widow nodded and said "She has the healing skill...she doesn't age. That's one of the rumor anyway. Shes a mutant for sure from those shadows we saw...she can control them...so what is the call? We bring her in or..."

[pyroman]

"Wait." Blur looked at them all with a mix of curiosity and seriousness. "Why are you bringing me into all of this? I'm just a beat up mutant you found on the streets, not a Shield agent. I'm not even sure I should be listening to all of this, since I don't have the 'clearance' or whatever. Tony I can understand, since he's allied with Shield, and an important part of the Avengers. Cap is a Shield Captain, and you and Hawkeye are both official Shield agents. I don't have any affiliation with you guys, so I'd like to get that cleared before anything."

Widow rasied an eyebrow and Tony said "Kiddo...one thing to get straight. I don't work for Fury" Hawkeye smiled and said "YOur here because you are a good guy who needs a team. And as far as clearence goes..." He picked up a file folder from the table and tossed it to him. "You already have all you need. YOur like Stark. For now" The door opened and Banner walked in, looking tired. "She's resting now...her biology is amazing..."

While Banner walked it and spoke about the woman's biology, Blur was going through the file and looking over it quickly. "if I am cleared for this kind of stuff, then I say we keep her. Don't lock her away. She has experience on the field and that's pretty much all I'm asking for. If I am being placed on a team, then I'd like for her to be on it." He looked over at Banner and glanced at the door. "Can I go see her? Just to look."

Banner nodded and said "Of course. I gave her something to help her sleep...just stay quiet" Once Blur left Widow said "He has a point. If all the rumors are true, she is an asset we can't lose. But its up to her...but I doubt we could lock her up if we tried" Tony nodded and said "Agreed...I mean even when she was losing it before she could have taken us out"

Shade was fast asleep, the machines around her beeping softly and watching her vitals.

Blur nodded to Banner and walked slowly into the room. he looked at Shade and studied her face as he stood there in silence. He looked around for a chair and sat down next to her once he had found one. he just looked at her calmly, thinking about what if she were to go berserk like the last time she woke up.

The door opened and Banner walked back in, going to the computer and looking at the results. "My...this is amazing...her mutation is remarkable..." Shade stirred a little and flinched, Banner looking over. "HEr body is still adjusting...but she is getting there. She seemed to take the news she was out of her time very well. She said she was used to it..."

[pyroman]

Blur looked over to Banner and nodded at him. "Well, when you don't age, I guess getting used to moving on it the only think you can do." He turned back to looking at Shade and sat there comfortably.

Banner nodded and went backto running tests, pulling his glasses on. "So I wasn't brought in about your joining our team...so what are your powers exactly? In your words" He started running tests on her blood as Shade turned over in her sleep, breathing softly.

Widow was looking thru the files, her chin on her hands. "Its amazing what she pulled off...shes a lot of the reason we won the war...the behind the scenes action..."
