This final section or bottom section will be dedicated to two EXAMPLE characters, meaning I may or may not choose to use them. I simply put them here to help y'all out.

Fox-FlamePillar: Applying focus to a small area, Zethran can cause a pillar of Fox-Fire to erupt from the ground, roof or wall. This can take time to charge/activate making dodging easier then expected. However he can hold the FlamePillar as long as his stamina/mana reserves allow him.
Fox-Flamethrower: Similar to the FlamePillar, however fired from the palms or mouth.
Fox-Firewall: Zethran creates a wall of fire to protect himself from oncoming threats or to block a fleeing enemy.
Bio: 20, 25, 24, 18, and 26 are the years alive for each tail gained. On his sixth tail and currently 21, Zethran knows or cares very little of whats outside Etheon's protective walls. Due to Etheon not allowing Magic Users to become Elite Enforcers, Zethran has shown no interest in becoming an Enforcer. As a result he has found a rather successful living as A bounty hunter for Etheon.
Other: Zethran does not participate in the Magic User Academy anymore due to him participating in the Exhibition Ceremony. (A ceremony or graduation event, where graduating Magic and Tech Academy students go to show their skills and hopefully get recruited by A Bounty Hunter organization. If someone has participated in A Exhibition Ceremony they cannot participate in Etheon Academy's anymore.)

Tech-Mask: This mask provides clean oxygen in times normal breathing can not. It can also expel fire from it.
Inferno-Gauntlets/Wrists: Phoenix wears a suit she installed tech upgrades to. The wrists and gloves are strong enough to endure high temperatures and weights/force. Also the wrists expell fire due to the Manium Crystals bound to them. When the wrist flames are expelled long enough, her fists heat up causing more damage with punches. A blood insignia are on the Manium Crystals preventing others from using them.

Bio: Strict lifestyle, ruthless training, sacrifice of childhood, all things endured by Riven as she grew up under her father's tutelage. She became An Enforcer at A surprisingly young age, showing genius level capabilities. However her father would beg to differ, saying he succeed at a much faster rate then she did with becoming an Enforcer. Riven father passed away when she was 17, not long after Riven became an Enforcer.

Twin-Tigers: Two faithful revolvers used by Alex. They have Manium Crystals bound to them to enable the ability Tigers Roar. Rapidly firing Obsidum bullets, Alex uses mana to activate the crystals. This causes his shots to be explosive. Though these special shots quickly drain stamina/mana. Their damage base is light.
Pocket-Hook-Belt: Combining the designs of a belt, pocket-watch and grappling hook, Alex created An invention that helps him with escaping and chasing enemies. However the chain on the grappling hook can tend to break easily. Also since the hook is attached to his belt, it has been seen used against him. (To throw him.)
Left-Eye: Alex's left eye has a patch over it, yet a eye is not what it is covering. Due to an accident during battle Alex lost his left eye and chose to get it replaced with tech. Removing his patch reveals A barrel. Inside the barrel is a Manium Crystal that has A blood insignia on it, allowing no other Tech User to use it. Alex can fire laser beams from this eye tech upgrade and it serves as light damage. (Physically burns you (Like a sunburn.), but harms light wielding foes less and dark foes more.)

Bio: Alex lost his parents at a young age. Orphan life is hard in Etheon, especially for a Drengie. Due to sheer dedication and effort Alex has achieved his goals and got recruited into the Enforcers. He has been enlisted in the Enforcers for two years now, however as he continues to fight for Etheon he begins to wonder why he hasn't been recommended to be An Elite Enforcer.

Appearance: Scars of various sizes litter his face and body. The most notable scars being on his left eye. Standing 6 ft 3in, he weights 180-lbs with lean body build. His hair is more of a platinum white, along with his skin tone being a lot more pale.

Terror Of Abyss: Cyrus' magical talents all revolve around the element darkness. Meaning light is rather effective against him. He can create small momentary walls for defense, or shape darkness into various weapons for offense. There are also a few signature moves in his repertoire. (Example: He makes darkness arrows for his bow.)
Abyssal Fear: Darkness covers his face to make him look more demonic or evil. At times he is also seen covering limbs with darkness as well. These are all methods taken to scare his foes.
Binding Shadows: Using darkness Cyrus creates tendrils to either strike or grapple his foe.
Shadows Might: Aiding his attributes with darkness/mana, he moves more swiftly and hits stronger. Black flames erupt from his eyes in this state, though his eyes are still visible. His vulnerability to light is intensified in this mode. It also takes incredible amounts of stamina, the more his attributes are increased. (Even slightly increasing the attributes consumes insane amounts of stamina/mana. Almost always only performed when A time forces him to consume Mana from Manium. So basically near death scenarios.)
Bio: Cyrus was born within the protective walls that tower around Etheons boarders. Never knowing his parents or even his birthday, Cyrus was never the most trusting of individuals. Being tossed from one orphanage to another made the least bit of a steady life. The years of adolescence were no walk in the park either. Constant clashing with superiors and authority lead him to a life of bounty hunting.
During a mission Cyrus inherited a decent sum of Manium Crystals. These Crystals were stolen goods, though were not returned as promptly ordered. Cyrus employers were not exactly legitimate businessmen and still want him dead. What is more important are the events that occurred after Cyrus stole his previous employers Manium that he was originally suppose to retrieve.
Cyrus' employer or better known as Altherious, sent several mercenaries or bounty hunters to kill him. Some still are sent to this day. Immediately after Cyrus stole the Manium Crystals he encountered several very fierce individuals. These rapid battles to the death forced him to drain the mana from the Manium Crystals a lot more then he should have. He thwarted the competition that underestimated him and almost died countless times when he was considered a Drainer/thief.
Events lead to other situations that further saved Cyrus from being A drainer. His severity of being a drainer lead to him now having scars to where veins busted from to much mana exposure.
Other: The scars littering his face and body tell others he use to be a Drainer, thus causing instant distrust.

Titles/Occupations: Ral is a tinkerer, a visionary, a creator of Tech-devices and most of all a scholar of many things.
(Tech) Constructs/Equipment: While Ral mostly would posses a huge variety of Techs and Constructs but he had to leave many behind. Here is a list of what he posses now:
1) A tank for binding several Manium Crystals, the tank is directly connected to his tech device to increase it's function and power. The tank is made out of a brass, obsidium alloy to allow high resistance while also being light to wear. The tank is strapped on Ral's back.
2) Ral's gauntlet. This single gauntlet is being worn by Ral, it is by far most his best invention and the most powerful as well. The gauntlet is a tech device which is originally divided into several smaller one. This gauntlet can so create lightning, fire and a rather powerful shock-wave by rotating a mechanism inside. The toll of it comes with a quick overheating when the different types are used in quick rotation and such an overheat will mostly end in blowing one's arm off.
While the lightning would here be the most used and common attack for Ral, the fire is nearly has powerful but comes with higher toll of stamina and often leaves the user gasping from the backlashes of the heat striking back to him. The Shock-wave is only a powerful air-thrust, knocking an enemy away when he´s standing in 2m before Ral or cap-able of breaking bones and doing damage to internal organs when being in direct contact.
3) Magic conductor, the magic conductor is a tech device used by special Tech-forces, it allows one to create a huge static cloud around one self to shock incoming enemies or when upgraded to allow temporary levitation, this comes with an extreme use of Manium Crystals and so is only recommended to use in extreme cases.
4) His robe (look at picture) [a simple robe]
5) pair of leather-boots [fancy but not enchanted]
6) a silver knife with his insignia printed on it [Hell that thing was EXPENSIVE!!!...yet it is only a expensive knife]
7) Backpack filled with food, scrolls and unfinished devices.
Feats/Skills: Ral is a genius is many parts of science and even studied the terms of magic to fully understand every aspect of Techs. He can nearly control every tech and quickly master it when given and so he combines theoretical knowledge with practical to an unseen form of art which could scare people.
Aside of that Ral has a fragile body and is nearly inexperienced in real combat.
Bio: Ral grew up in the city Etheros and so was directly assigned within a young age to join the tech school, since his father was a law enforcer and his mother a merchant at the market district, he had much free time with no parents around.
Being eagerly to learn, hr spent most of his tine studying at hone while other children would play and so was quickly discovered by the Law enforcers for a possible student. With the hilarious young age of 14 he finished school and took the offer of the law enforcer since he had gathered enough knowledge to even teach his tutors.
Quickly he went through the C.C.C but refused to join the enforcers, he wanted to teach people, he wanted to help the society. After two years of being a teacher he quit, he recognized that some students did not want to learn, some rather laid back and relaxed. After he finished being teacher, he decided to evolve society with tinkers and techs but here he also recognized that things did not went as smoothly. While some of his creations were more than far ahead of their time, some others were suddenly took in by the king and later to be claimed that he had invented them.
Ral felt dumbstruck and took measures against it to just see himself alone against the law enforcers, so he quickly left the capital to not be set on trial and so leaving everything behind.
This also ended in Ral possessing a medium sized bounty for acting against the monarchy.

Being eagerly to learn, hr spent most of his tine studying at hone while other children would play and so was quickly discovered by the Law enforcers for a possible student. With the hilarious young age of 14 he finished school and took the offer of the law enforcer since he had gathered enough knowledge to even teach his tutors.
Quickly he went through the C.C.C but refused to join the enforcers, he wanted to teach people, he wanted to help the society. After two years of being a teacher he quit, he recognized that some students did not want to learn, some rather laid back and relaxed. After he finished being teacher, he decided to evolve society with tinkers and techs but here he also recognized that things did not went as smoothly. While some of his creations were more than far ahead of their time, some others were suddenly took in by the king and later to be claimed that he had invented them.
Ral felt dumbstruck and took measures against it to just see himself alone against the law enforcers, so he quickly left the capital to not be set on trial and so leaving everything behind.
This also ended in Ral possessing a medium sized bounty for acting against the monarchy.

Not actually a true "Angel", but their perfect balance of humanoid and Avian qualities makes them much sought after among Avian-lovers. Because of their "Proximity to Heaven", most Angel-class Avians use Light-aligned magic, and their isolated life above the clouds usually results in odd personality traits similar to what one would expect from "Divine" angels. It isn't uncommon for Angel-class Avians to possess multiple pairs of wings, as such traits assist greatly in their aerial lifestyle.

Equipment: As Angel-class Avians are mostly homeless, it's very uncommon for them to have a great number of possessions. It grows tiresome to carry things around when so high in the sky, so Mavis only really carries with her a single pair of specially woven clothing. This uniform of hers was made by her mother's family, and it's designed to be worn for extended periods of time high in the planet's atmosphere. Its resistance to damage and corrosion is high, and it tends to keep the wearer warm even when dealing with extremely low temperatures.

Ahh well I will edit it~ I will specialize in lightning, even wanted to state it in the rp, alone the heat contradiction is taking it's toll on both Tech and user while i forgot to state that the Shockwave is an impact ability, sending a force through an object and so shattering it or making the air I front one repell itself. Unlike lightnings or flames it will only knock the enemy some metres away without doing much damage.....if not direct contact is made.
About the binding~ Well that is rather good to know~ I thought Manium crystals were a given to activate them and so would be destroyed during the process~ but them just being activated by one's own energy is a good thing.
Robe, boots and knife are normal...they just are stylish as fuck!

Limitations: Due to the use of her magic, she is restricted to what her weapons and fighting style can do. If she cannot reach her target with arrow of blade, she cannot affect them with her magic. Her weapons are a delivery system, replacing the mana it would cost to get the magic to its destination with kinetic or muscle energy of her body. This does not mean she is a tech user. She CAN cast magic without a Manium crystal or her weapons, but she feels it's an inefficient use of her mana pool.(It works in my head, I'm bad at explaining things.)
Bio: Esailia started out as a hunter in the forests outside Throx, hunting only what she needed to survive. But as she grew older and became more experienced, she started to become one with the ecosystem. She learned how the system worked, how different creatures and organisms interacted, and assisted in those interactions, always keeping the balance. If one type of animal started overtaking many others, she'd cull them. If a certain plant started failing, she would collect seeds and help disperse them, returning the plant to a healthy level of population.
She was not quiet or boastful about her self-appointed job as a Keeper of the Wood, merely describing her experiences with other hunters or people who wanted something in the forest. This brought her into the eye of the Headmasters of Throx. A summons followed by a conversation earned her the title of World Knight. She didn't care much about the title. But it gave her more power to do what she was already doing. Instead of being unable to stop people from raping the forest in their greed, she had the right to prevent them as she saw fit. She didn't kill unless she had no other choice.
Outside her forest, tension between the magic users and the tech users grew, and she found herself more and more injuring or warning invaders off with well placed arrows, or a small confrontation to declare her dominance in her forest. Soon, Esailia decided this was not enough to protect her homeland, the place she cherished. So she prepared to leave her forest, putting it in the hands of those she trained in her ways before setting off...
And so Esailia, Keeper of the wood, set out into the world, to cull the coming threats to Throx.
Quite excited about this. Very rarely do I come across a magic based RP where Nekos are listed specifically. If there's anything wrong with m CS, I'd be happy to speak with you. I realize also that I am being rather presumptuous with writing her up as a World Knight right off the bat. But I felt it a shame to see Throx and the ideas you put to it fall to the wayside. I feel also that a neko would be more at home in a forest than a city.

Uhhhh am I mistaken but does your character users tech AND magic?
Because of what I understood items bonded with a manium crystals can only be used by techs~ and was you bow not bonded to a crystal? Magi and therefor can use manium crystals to boost their own strength.

A constant cause of strife between Magic & Tech users is a rare resource called Manium. Manium is the physical crystal form of Mana. Tech users manipulate the Mana in their body to react with A Manium Crystal bound in their weapon/tools, thus enabling the weapon/tool to perform powerful abilities. Magic Users will drain the Mana from Manium Crystals, temporarily raising their power or amount of mana. At first the increase is noticeable, though fades swiftly. More importantly this boost of mana is euphoric and addictive.
The two slots are storage spots for tiny crystals. So if she does need a boost, she doesn't have to rummage in a pouch for it. She can just grab it from that slot quickly and readily. She does not interact with them to make her magic work on the arrows. Thus, not tech. If the GM says that no crystals permitted on weapons for non tech users, I will be happy to oblige.
I also realize that my description of her magic abilities is not the conventional "Spell flinging". I wanted something more unique, and some ways from the norm. Makes things more interesting.
