I suppose the RP is already over capacity, but if Dark and Invader both decide not to join for one reason or another, let me know eh? Seems interesting enough, and I'll take the Texan role.
Also, just an opinion, but that is a boatload of weapons Shoryu. Weight alone for the weapons come up to 40lb. not accounting for any ammunition, supplies, clothing, etc.

Huh. Just curious lins, but Hunters gained their powers when the apocalypse began right? That means, for certain powers at the least, there's a possibility of them already having shown their effects right?
Or do the powers only begin to manifest when the RP starts?

Powers only manifest when the RP begins, so they feel nothing but maybe the Common Sense. I originally wasn't going to let the Common Sense show until the RP started but I figured it would make an easier if they were beginning to move towards each other before the RP started. It's up to the person though.

He’s about 5’11, with green eyes and brown hair. His build is fairly rugged and heavy, although not overly so, just enough to suggest hard labour.
Name: Nathan Vickers
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Personality: Nathan isn’t the most serious person, but he does act his age and in a mature manner. Nevertheless, he’s been described as an energetic individual who isn’t afraid to do things, even if it might take more work on his part. In that same vein, he can be a bit hard-headed when he meets a challenge, often channeling all that energy into the task.
One notable aspect of his personality is most easily seen through interactions with others, namely his independence. He’s very much a self-directed person, not quite fitting into the leader-follower roles. Thanks to that mindset, he tries his most not to rely on others, while expecting the same from others. He won’t leave you to rot, but he’s not going to baby sit people either.
History: Born in America, Nathan didn’t spend most of his life in the USA. He was relatively young, only about seven years of age when a rather clean divorce separated his parents. Strangely enough, instead of remaining in his birthland with his mother, Nathan was brought over to Greece by his father. The distance didn’t keep him from either of his parents though, they were well off enough that Nathan often travelled to the States for the summer to spend with his mother and her family. There might not have been love between his parents, but they did love their child.
So, yes, he did live a pretty privileged life, being able to fly between and live in the two countries. Met a few interesting characters over the years on the planes as well. One of them convinced him to start Mandarin, though that was when he was quite young and still easily influenced. Another gave him a fascination with sleight of hand, dazzling the young child with just a coin and a deck of cards.
Following high school, the tradition was broken thanks to the mandatory service of Greece, but by then everyone was an adult and a few months off schedule didn’t mean the end of the world. He still went back that year, just a few months later, albeit that would be the last of his yearly trips back to the States. He still visited, just not as often as other responsibilities began to pile up.
He never did attend university, opting to enter the workforce directly after his mandatory service. Bouncing around from job to job, he never did hold one for more than a few years before he moved on. He was visiting his mother in lieu of leaving his fourth job in the past decade, when the whole debacle began and left him stranded in the States.
Power: Reactive Adaptation - Exactly what it says on the tin. Nate’s ability allows him to adapt to situations he may find himself in. He can’t exactly control which adaptations occur, but he can nudge his power in certain directions. Long days of constant marching will cause his power to kick in and improve stamina and endurance, while constant pressure may cause the brain to adapt to better handle the strain.
Power Limitations: At the moment the name is ill suited, since the power isn’t exactly reactive. It takes quite a bit of time for any adaption to advance to the point where it is useful, typically hours if not days. With further practice and experience, adaptations can occur in the span of an hour to minutes. However, adaptations always take time to reach their full effectiveness. At the moment, it may not be days or weeks until his adaptation “maxes” out so to speak, but more experience will reduce the time needed.
He is only capable of holding onto three adaptations for prolonged periods of time at the moment. In time, Nate will grow to hold up to ten, but that’s a long time in the coming.
The adaptation are within reason. Something like an increased tolerance for temperature extremes may be possible, but he will never be able to take a swim in magma.
In the same vein, his adaptations are mostly defensive or utility oriented. He will never gain an offensive ability with his adaptations, ie, firing shards of bone, spitting acid, etc.
Weapons: Bolo Machete w/ Saw - Your standard tip heavy bolo machete. It’s seen some use, but is well maintained. The back is ridged and functions as a saw, adding a bit of functionality. It’s still mainly a survival tool, but also serves well as a weapon.
M1911 w/ Red Dot & Suppressor - Standard .45 ACP round handgun. Fitted with a red dot sight and a suppressor, the firearm is for close range when he would rather not get up and personal. It’s not exactly stealthy, but at least it won’t have Demons flocking to him from blocks away. He carries around 10 standard seven round magazines loaded, in addition to ammunition.

Personality: She’s no trained fighter, having acquired whatever offensive skills she has through experience on the road, and as such her tactics range from ‘fleeing if possible’ to ‘fighting like an opportunistic maniac’ - both of which go hand in hand with her eagerness to survive, but also her eagerness to fight. Despite the world going to crap she’s still rather trusting of others, even defensive, if she’s taken a particular liking to someone. Being ‘world-wise’ she knows how to read people’s intentions, which has saved her getting in trouble on more than one occasion in the past. She can be sarcastic and playful towards people who either insult or play along with her, which allows her to build up relationships quite easily, as well as ease tensions. Her tenacious, more mature side comes into play when she fights, or when another person’s life falls on her shoulders.
Power/Power Description
Blood Control (Hemokinesis): The ability to manipulate her or another person’s blood, either to heal or to cripple them.
-Increasing blood flow grants a massive adrenaline boost, greatly increasing endurance and allowing the target to take more hits before pain becomes a more pressing factor. However, increasing the rate of flow can also be dangerous, as overdoing it too quickly and in large amounts can put too much strain on their heart. Effects are temporary but longer lasting when she uses it on herself, as compared to using it on another, where the effects are much shorter lived.
- Decreasing blood flow can have soothing effects, allowing the target to slow their breathing and heart beat in order to calm the body after exercising, fighting or going into shock. Decreasing their heart rate can also provide muscle release/relaxation, much like a painkiller.
- Can coagulate a small amount of blood on or just under the surface of a person’s skin, therefore hindering the flow of blood to a specific area, such as a wound, and preventing them from bleeding out. Clots inside the bloodstream itself can prove fatal. If blood cannot be drawn from the wound to be used as a clotting factor, she will use a small amount of her own blood and spread it over the surface, though only if it is completely necessary.
- By increasing her white blood cell count she can counter and eliminate practically any foreign pathogens that have entered her bloodstream. However, her body cannot immediately sense the threat until symptoms have begun to show, and this aspect of her ability can only be used on herself. She must also be in a resting state to be able to concentrate on the task at hand.
- Della‘s hemokinesis also allows her to act as a human blood transfuser by drawing the blood out through a small amount of skin or a wound,( either her own blood or someone else’s). Once the blood has been collected, if it has been sourced from another target, it can then be held in her body and converted into her own blood type, or converted into another type (if needed) and then transfused out again. However, she cannot transfuse someone else with her own blood (if they are of a different type) as they do not have her ability of converting it.
- Can detonate small amounts of her or another person’s blood. E.g. she will cut herself, throw or spray the blood onto an enemy, and then ‘activate’ the red blood cells through something similar to cytolyses, exploding them, though at a much more violent pace.

Born to a teacher for a father and a struggling artist for a mother, Della was never pressured into fulfilling any particularly tasking career. Wanting to study photography and photojournalism more than anything, she took up the hobby from a young age, occasionally sharing tips with her mother and submitting works in contests to earn a little cash on the side. She had an easy childhood as a single child (or so she says),had many friends, and was an average but polite student. When she finished high school she travelled, having completed enough of a qualification to do what she had always wanted, where she eventually landed in Italy, and not long after that, Rome.
She had been comfortably planted there for four months when she heard about the supposed ‘demon’ pandemic. As the truth unfolded around her, she found herself fearing for her parents, and abandoned her temporary home to catch the soonest flight back to California.

Very unique way of making your a character a Healer, MusicWay, I like it, though would she be able to fix, for example, fractures and/or sprains?
I actually want to be a photojournalist myself though X) I believe our characters will get along nicely.

Hmm.. Sprains maybe, because the muscle/joint isn't too damaged, just stretched, but fractures or actual broken bones, no, I don't think so. She can't actually fix or mend the actual tissue/muscle or bone directly. The most she could probably do is speed up the healing process a bit.
Photojournalism seems like fun. It sorta just popped in there, so I ran with it. :) I only realized just yesterday that our two are going to be meeting up xD

Hmm... The reason I wanted a Healer is because, well, this job is gonna be messy for sure, and obviously the Hunters are gonna get hurt. I'm thinking whether or not broken bones are a huge possibility, but so far I'd say the biggest worries are slash wounds. I hope we can make her Hemokinesis work >>

Looks: She is not pale but not exactly tan with long, curly brown hair going down to her upper waist. Her hair is layered with side bangs and usually pulled back in a long braid down her back. Her eyes used to be dark brown from the day she was born. About a week ago, she woke up and they were a deep ocean blue. She is tall for her age, standing at 5'11 and still growing. Her arms and legs are long and muscular due to a mix of archery and hockey over the years. Corey never leaves the house without some sort of hat or headband.
Personality: There's two sides of Corey. She can quiet girl at the back of the class the or happy, bubbly girl talking to her friends. Normally, she tends to mind her own business due to the fact that she only has a few friends. Most people tend to stay away from her, she doesn't know why. She just figured that's how teenagers worked. She isn't afraid of standing up for something she believes in. If she doesn't like someone, she let's it show. People used to make fun of her for snapping so easily when they teased her.
History: Corey was born in Portland, Maine. She lived there all her life. Her life was normal, up until about a week ago when her powers appeared. She lived with 2 older brothers, 2 dogs and her mom. Her dad passed away while serving overseas in Afghanistan when his plane was taken down by enemy guns on a rescue mission. She was about 7 when that happened. She recovered after a few years of mourning and depression. She couldn’t fly, play hockey, or even watch her dads favourite tv show without getting reminded of him and almost having a breakdown. When she started the eighth grade, she was finally knocked on her feet and came to peace with the fact that her father was gone. Everyday she still thinks of her dad, but she doesn’t let that stop her from doing things she loves in life like it used too.
She grew up in Maine playing hockey and doing archery. Her dad and two brothers were the ones that introduced her to hockey when she was 4, and she hasn’t stopped. They couldn’t get her off the ice after that. Corey later made it to not only Maines’ best team, but one of the best teams in the nation.
Everything was fine in Corey’s life, she had three great school friends, a great hockey team and a happy family. Then her mom and brothers disappeared, about a week ago. They were on a trip to New York city, and then she heard what has been spreading, along with the rest of the city. People started packing up, moving up north to canada. Only about half the residents remain in Portland, Corey being one of them, just waiting and figuring out what her next move should be, with only the company of her two dogs.
Power/Weapons:
She's has the power to control water and fire.
Her main weapon is a bow and/or knife, depending on the situation.
Power/Weapon Description:
1. Her choice weapon is a bow, but when she doesn't have it she has some sort of knife in her pocket. She uses a compound bow and has a quiver that will hold up to 15 arrows. She knows how to craft her own arrows, with the right materials (although it doesn’t take much).
2. Her favorite knife is a old hunting knife with a carved bone handle and silver blade. In the handle there's a blue howling wolf carved into the side of it.
3. She can bend all forms of water and fire, solid liquid or gas.

Her eyes used to be dark brown from the day she was born. About a week ago, she woke up and they were a deep ocean blue. She is tall for her age, standing at 5'11 and still growing. Her arms and legs are long and muscular due to a mix of archery and hockey over the years. Corey never leaves the house without some sort of hat or headband.
Personality: There's two sides of Corey. She can quiet girl at the back of the class the or happy, bubbly girl talking to her friends. Normally, she tends to mind her own business due to the fact that she only has a few friends. Most people tend to stay away from her, she doesn't know why. She just figured that's how teenagers worked. She isn't afraid of standing up for something she believes in. If she doesn't like someone, she let's it show. People used to make fun of her for snapping so easily when they teased her.
History: Corey was born in Portland, Maine. She lived there all her life. Her life was normal, up until about a week ago when her powers appeared. She lived with 2 older brothers, 2 dogs and her mom. Her dad passed away while serving overseas in Afghanistan when his plane was taken down by enemy guns on a rescue mission. She was about 7 when that happened. She recovered after a few years of mourning and depression. She couldn’t fly, play hockey, or even watch her dads favourite tv show without getting reminded of him and almost having a breakdown. When she started the eighth grade, she was finally knocked on her feet and came to peace with the fact that her father was gone. Everyday she still thinks of her dad, but she doesn’t let that stop her from doing things she loves in life like it used too.
She grew up in Maine playing hockey and doing archery. Her dad and two brothers were the ones that introduced her to hockey when she was 4, and she hasn’t stopped. They couldn’t get her off the ice after that. Corey later made it to not only Maines’ best team, but one of the best teams in the nation.
Everything was fine in Corey’s life, she had three great school friends, a great hockey team and a happy family. Then her mom and brothers disappeared, about a week ago. They were on a trip to New York city, and then she heard what has been spreading, along with the rest of the city. People started packing up, moving up north to canada. Only about half the residents remain in Portland, Corey being one of them, just waiting and figuring out what her next move should be, with only the company of her two dogs.
Power/Weapons:
She's has the power to control water and fire.
Her main weapon is a bow and/or knife, depending on the situation.
Power/Weapon Description:
1. Her choice weapon is a bow, but when she doesn't have it she has some sort of knife in her pocket. She uses a compound bow and has a quiver that will hold up to 15 arrows. She knows how to craft her own arrows, with the right materials (although it doesn’t take much).
2. Her favorite knife is a old hunting knife with a carved bone handle and silver blade. In the handle there's a blue howling wolf carved into the side of it.
3. She can bend all forms of water and fire, solid liquid or gas.
Power Limitations: It takes some sort of water around her to be able to bend it, it can’t just come out of nowhere, usually from a cloud or plants or just a nearby river, sometimes even if it’s humid in the air. Fire comes from the heart, unlike water. She can also get very tired out if she tries a move that takes a lot of energy.
