[IC] The lives of two out Casts {Faiy X Maengun}

[Maengun]

Bur'nak paced the dimly lit halls of the mansion just out side of the throne room doors he wore a simple shirt,boots and pants. he was mumbling under his breath. "how can creed do this to me I was a loyal subject and when I wouldn't follow one order he is going to make me an outcast stripped of my rank and title I will be nothing more than a worthless dog". The big renforced wooden doors slowly creeked open as a servant waved him in. Bur'nak walked through the double doors his foot steps echoed through the bleak throne room. He got to the foot of the throne and kneeled down "my lord"

"Silence"! "you will only talk when I order you to talk can you follow this simple task"
Bur'nak nodded "good the reason you are here is because you wouldn't lead a small group to attack the humans who settled on my land cut down my trees kill my animals".
" sir "
"You wear thin my patience Bur'nak I don't remember giving you permission to speak but go ahead."
"Sir I didn't think it was necessary to attack one family for moving on to your land"
"Hahahaha you think I should give my land to peasent folk after taking this land by force from feral werewolf's and other monsters"?
" n..." Before Bur'nak finished guards walked in "sir we have taken care of the family".
" good that's how you follow orders Bur'nak so I Herby strip you of your title rank all of your worldly possessions and cast you from my kingdom and if you set foot in my kingdom I will have your head on a pike". With that the guards drug Bur'nak from the throne room and threw him out of the castle. All he knew gone in a blink of an eye.

Victoria was chained by her wrist to that was on a long chain that was welded to the floor of her room. She was the daughter of the roayl family of vampires but she was known as the illiegement child because her father had an affair with a servant woman which her father had banished but for son od reason kept his child born from a mistress. The reason why she was chained in her room was because she was awaiting punishment for attacking her older half siblings which did not consider her like a sister. So she was in her room awaiting for the guards to come up and escort her out before her father, so while she waited she looked out the window as the forest which she thought looked mysitcal at night.
After a while finally the guards came and uncahined her wrist and lead her down to the throne room where her father, his queen and her half siblings were waiting before her. She stood in front of them barefoot in a crimson red sun dress, with her long dark brown hair covering her face a little as she looked at them with her uniqe eye color. "Victoria you are here because you attacked the roayl family." Her father said and Victoria only had a blank look on her face.
"Fogive me for saying this but if i remember correctly you are my father so does that not make me apart of the royal family?" She asked with her head tilted at him. "Or is it that I was born from your mistress and not your queen?" The king growled as the queen glared at him for she had not forgiven him for that.
The king cleared his throat. "You are not fit to be a royal and after what you did you are banished from the kingdom to never return guards escort the outcast out of here." He siad as the guards nodded and took Victoria by the arm and lead her out of the castle. Once they lead her out the wanted her look at them with her blank eyes before walking towards the forest with no signs of turning back.

Bur'nak trudged through the darkening forest his white fur was covered in burs and dirt and matted down. He carried a bundle of clothes on his back. He had been on the move for three days some of creeds soldiers followed him to the border when Bur'nak decided to kill them, just to send a message saying I am the best still.
He raised his nose to the air and sniffed the wind he could smell water. He followed his nose till he came upon a lake he quickly put down his clothes and ran on all fours and splashed in the water. His muscles relaxed as the cool water enveloped him it was a refreshing feeling .He cleaned his matted fur and picked the burs from his fur, after he was done cleaning him self he floated on his back slowing paddling looking up into the night sky he gave a mournful howle into the night air.
He floated on the waters surface for an hour he walked out of the lake shook what water he could off he changed into his human form. Bur'nak got dressed and he grabbed some sticks and tinder and started making a fire by rubbing stick together to produce an ember.

Once the fire got going Bur'nak dried himself off with the heat of the fire, his stomach rubbled and he went in search of food he managed to find edible plants some nuts and he curled he slowly ate what he found once done he curled up next to the fire and fell asleep.

Victoria has been wondering the forest barefoot not caring that she was wondering around for a few days just getting used to the forest. Some of the other vampires have come after her and tried to kill her but she was to fast and stong that she took them out easily. "What pathetic low level vampires." She said as she wondered more. She has only feed on one human so far since she was outcasted but she did not care because she kind of liked being on her own and not dealing with her so call family. Victoria wondered around aimlessly just trying to find another spot that was dark enough so the sun would not affect her at all. She hated the sun light because of her sensative eyes and skin. After a while she caught onto a scent that was weird and dog like so she decided to follow the scent to a place that the werewolf was at. She made it to the open area with the campfire and saw the wolf fast asleep. She looked around the area once she made it into the clearing as she looked at the fire before sitting near it trying to warm herself up a little.

Bur'nak was fast asleep when Victoria came and sat by the fire her sent slowly wafted toward him. When it reached his nostrils his eye flew open and in a blink of an eye he turned into a wolf. He jumped back he was on full guard ears perked up smelling the air. He didn't hear anything else in the woods or smelled anything out of place besides from her.
He growled at her as he lowered him self in an attack stance eyeing her wearly waiting to see what she would do first. The fire light made his eyes glow a reddish amber color he bared his teeth as he snarled and snapped trying to intimidate her.

Victoria was sitting by the fire for she was cold and watched the fire with her blank eyes then watched the wolf jump back and thought that it finally caught onto her scent. She watched it sniff around thinking that their might be more when it was just her. She only watched him while she hugged her knees and her bare feet were poking out from under her dress. Even when it snarled and snapped at her she did not flinch or anything she just sat there motionless and emotionless.
"I have no desire to fight you or anything I am tired and exhausted from walking for days I just wanted to sit by the fire and warm up." Victoria said in a flat emotionless voice which was very normal for her since she had no reason to show emotion since she was pretty much put to the side and is now an outcast. "So please let me just sit here by the fire and warm up by morning I will be gone."

Bur'nak watched this vampire still from an attack posture. He looked her up and down taking in everyminute detail about her, from her bare feet to the way she talked to her body posture. She could have killed him while he slept but she didn't.
Who was she and why was she alone. she almost looked like some one from a royal family. He shrugged the notion off and he slowly relaxed his tension he sat down like a dog would. Bur'nak nodded toward the fire to get warm.
He watched her carefully still not sure what to make of this situation. Bur'nak curled up on the ground but laid there watching her. Finally he asked "what brings you so far out into the wilderness and makes you desperate enough to sit next to a werewolf? Bur'nak said. He preferred not to talk as a werewolf because it was hard and it looked funny when he talked. He usually relied on howls or hand signals to talk to other werewolf's.

Victoria looked at the wolf as it asked her why she was out in the wilderness. "I was banished from the castle of vampires I am the vampire king illigiment daughter youngest out of all of the royal children." She said to the wolf in her emotinless voice. "I attacked my half siblings becuase I could not take the torment anymore and father banished me after he had me chained in my room." Victoria explained as she moved her long dark brown hair out of her face. "Strange he banished my mother after I was born but kept me and never once told my half siblings to stop picking on me so I fought back and here I am." She finished explaining to the wolf as she stared at the fire.
"What brings you to the forest forI thought werewolves travel in packs not by themselves?" She asked him as she looked at him before laying down for she was just tired. "By the way my name is Victoria Scarlet just sayng you can forget it if you want." She said as she closed her eyes.

[Maengun]

He felt a pang of sorrow for this poor thing he laid there watching her. " I was banished all so from lord creeds mansion / pack I was his high ranking general. I didn't follow an order that I didn't think was right to kill an innocent family for moving on his territory. We could have easily scared them off but he wanted to make them an example, but I wouldn't do it". He watched her close her eyes he would let her sleep but he would sleep with one eye open. He awoke just several hours before dawn he looked around and stretched the fire just embers now he came to the realization that he had tore his only set of clothes and would then need to steal some for he had no gold on him. He wasn't sure if she was still asleep or just pretending he need to figure out his options. i'm strong but it is harder to be the only one in a pack and creed definently will send more men for killing his soldiers. What about her she is alone she might not make it out here with out a coven. bur'nak grumble he went over and picked her up and cradled her in his arms trying not to wake her he then started walking into the woods not sure were he was going but just going where ever his paws took him.

Creed stood in front of several armored clad wear wolves " I wasn't that mutts head on a pike you hear me he killed our brothers for no reason he will pay bring me his head who ever does I will reward them handsomely and make them a lord. With that the armored werewolves left.

Victoria listened to him explain why he was there just like her. "I think that is brave of you to protect a family like that and your idea to scare them away was a good one to bad your pack could not see that at all, I think you are very honorable towards those who are not your kind." Victoria said for she spoke the truth before closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep curled up into a ball on the ground. She had no clue what to do once she woke up, she had no place to go, no one to give her blood when needed, and she hardly knew how to defend herself since she lived in a castle all her life until now. When morning came she was still asleep for she never liked waking in the morning and she slept more durning the day then she did at night for it night was easier on her then the day time. So Victoria had no clue that Bur'nak had picked her up and being carried some where with out her knowing a thing as she slept oblivious at what was going on.

Bur'nak carried Victoria through sniffing the air to see what was about he didn't smell anything and continued on. The sun was coming up he had to find a place for her to lay low so she wouldn't die by the sun light. He quickened his pace he couldn't find anything, so he gently set her down and started digging a massive hole. Once done he then cut trees down by clawing at them he then laid the trees over top of the hole. He broke branches covered in leaves and laid them over the trees. He dug an entrance and just as soon as the sun started to rise he grabbed her and pulled her into the hole. It was pitch black except for the light coming through the entrance. He sat there gently holding her he snickered some what thinking a vampire and a werewolf getting along how rediclouse.
He was still tired from getting up early and from his journey so far he barely slept so he took the chance and fell asleep holding victoria.

Creeds soldiers quickly picked up bur'nak's trail and they gave chase they were a few days behind but it wouldn't take them long to catch up to him but they were Leary of the task at hand they knew his reputation and most of them were trained by him.

Victoria was still fast asleep an had no clue that Bur'nak was carrying her through the forest and that he dug a hole and made shelter so the sunlight would not hit her or anything. She was pretty much a heavy sleeper so nothing could wake her up except the sun light hitting her and when she sensed danger near by. When he was holding her close she felt warm and comfortable and snuggled closer to him wanting to get more of the warmth that he had. As she slept she only had dreams about her awful past with her so call family pretty much abandon her and just walk away from her like she was nothing like she never really existed. The one thing that had always crossed Victoria's mind was why keep her around, what was the point, why not banish her with mother to prevent this but no she was kept there but she did not know why. She continued to sleep in Bur'naks arms peacefully waiting for the sun to start going down or until she was ready to awaken from her deep slumber.

As Bur'nak slept he dreamt of running through the deepest darkest part of the woods not know to any man. He revelled in it he couldn't tell what he was chasing but loved the blood pumping through his veins. The cool wind rushing past him he then stopped abrubtly he took a deep inhale through his nose Bur'nak's eyes shot open he snarled he looked down to see Victoria was still in a deep slumber. He gently put her down and crawled out of the hole. He caught wind of creeds men he growled he would have to stand and fight it was only middle of the after noon, if he left they would surely kill her but he would not run and they would be here within the hour. Bur'nak started rolling around on the ground spreading his sent so if he died they might not find her. He sat on top of the roof of the den but he would not run away from a fight.

Creeds men saw the white figure sitting on the ground waiting for them. They stopped in their tracks they started to snarl and snap at their old general. Bur'nak sat there patiently waiting the first one to make a move might be the one to lose.

Bur'nak sat there and saw the wolves enter his line of sight. They stood snapping and snarling at him he just sat there grinning "what creed sent you dogs too kill me he needed to send more than just pups:. They attacked first hours went by Bur'nak sat victorious but covered in wounds he didn't kill the pups but they were stronger than what he thought he just knocked them unconcious he collapsed on the ground exausted .

Victoria slept in the dark hide away when Bur'nak left to fight the other wolves. After a while the smell of blood woke her up and she looked around to see where she was and figured she was in a dark hole. "Why am I down here?" She said as she sniffed the air and soon saw the tunnel but sun light was still out and one it tought her hand she pulled it away. "Day light still." she siad as she contemplated at what to do now for a bit before finally taking a deep breath and climbed out and rush to a shady spot and looked over to see Bur'nak passed out with two other wolves. "So heis being hunted how stupid." She said as she walked over greatful they were in the shad of the trees and placed her hands over thier head. 'Time for you two to forget your orders and where Bur'nak is." She said as her hands glowed surpressing eny memories of hunting their old wolf friend and where he was. Once she did that she dragged them away passed a river enbankment having her sking hitting sun light causing small burns to apper where the light touched. Victoria then made it back over to Bur'nak and started to pull him back into the little den and was thankful for some of her vampire strength. Once back in the den she was breathing heavy and curled up in pain from all her burns.

After about an hour Bur'nak woke up he looked around to realize he was back in the hole. He looked at Victoria and saw she was covered in small burns Bur'nak shook his head "silly vampire". He was sore but his wounds healed he needed food but that could wait he laid back down and pulled Victoria close to keep her warm he slept till dusk. He awoke yawning he grumbled "what rough day" he shook his head and crawled out on all fours. He stood on his hind legs stretching and yawning again Bur'nak shook his head as he looked at his pink matted fur. He perked his ears up and listened he closed his eyes to better focus on the noises around him Bur'nak heard a twig snap off in the distance. He darted into the night toward the sound he found his dinner he pounced on the back of a white tail buck, Bur'nak openned his mouth and clamped on its spinned quickly and painlessly severing its spine and it fell limp. He picked it up and brought it to camp he skinned the deer with a claw once the fur was removed. "Thank you my animal friend for the feast that you are providing me". With that he started to eat it raw once he had his fill he started cutting the rest up to eat later. Bur'nak made a simple loin cloth from the deer hide so he could transform to his human self and then made a bundle that he put the rest of the meat in and ran a stick through it. (Like a hobos bundle)

Victoria had fallen asleep when he woke up for the pain got to her and she passed out from it. It was going to take hours for her skin to fully heal from the burns she got from the sun light. Once Bur'nak pulled her close to him she nuzzled him gaining the warmth back that his fur created. She slept pretty much after he woke up and caught his food . she woke up and crawled out to see him in his human form. "So that is what you look like in your human form." She siad as she stretched a little and sniffed the air a bit. "I smell a human village not far from here smells like they are having a hard time there for the smell of blood is very strong." She said as she started making her way down the path that he nose too her down to find the village for the scent of blood was taking over her senses. Victoria did wna tot know what was happenng but she was growing very thirsty for blood now and if she did not get blood she will go in farrel mode and hurt anyone in her path until she got her fill on blood.

[Maengun]

"Yea really don't like to be in my human for very much" Bur'nak sniffed the air he could smell the blood too. He watch as victoria went down the path. He followed her and he could tell she was thirsty for blood and that it was pulling at her. He kept pace with her " Victoria will you be okay with so much blood in the village"?

"As long as I get my fill on blood I will be fine." Victoria said to Bur'nak as she walked down the path until she made it to the village and it looked like an army has been through it and destroyed everything in its path. Victoria started to walk around and found people that were already dead and she drank from them for she did not like taking a life from a living person. She drank from a couple dead people that had enough blood in their bodies still. Once she finished feeding she wiped her mouth and looked at Bur'nak. "What happen here to cause this much destruction?" She asked as she walked over to her werewolf companion as she looked around the destroyed village thinking it looked like a pointless killing spree. "So much death an very little survivors that are sill hiding fearing that who ever did this will return or know that a vampire like me is here." She said in a calm and normal emotionless voice.

[Maengun]

Okay Bur'nak followed her to the town he shook his head as he saw the death and destruction he watched Victoria feed. He watched her walk over and listened to her as she talked. "I'm not sure a small army. But who or what its hard to tell. With the blood and sweat along with the earthy smell from the blood mixing with the dirt."

"Who ever did this was looking for something or had a vendetta against this village". He walked over to a laundry basket found some plain clothes and He started putting a shirt on and walked behind a building and put a pair of trousers on and walked back out. " I don't think any body will talk to us out of fear like you said Bur'nak stood there pondering the situation.

Victoria let him change as she look around and saw something catch her eye and walked over and picked up a pendent. "So they were here." She siad holding a pendent with the symbol of the royal vampire family as she walked back to Bur'nak holding the pendent and looked at Bur'nak. "I think they were looking for two things...humans to feed on and me." She siad as she held up the pendent to him. "These are worn by the royal membes of the vampire society and this is my older half brothers pendent." Victoria said holding the pendent up to him to get a look at it.

"Knowing him he hated me the most and proabbly wants me dead since I still have royal blood in me because of my father and if anything were to happen to all of them then I would have to take the throne." Victoria said as she closed her eyes and let out a small sigh. "But I guess he wants to make sure it never happens even if he were about to be wiped out." Victoria finished explaining to Bur'nak. "Soo I guess we are both being hunted down."
