Joking aside, I'd say it's still fairly jumbled and quite a mess; seems forced, even a bit out of character for the Court.

Damn it, what do I have to do now? All I want is Owlman. I did the Court to make y'all happy, because NR didn't wanna do earth 3 & I didn't wanna piss anyone off. Besides, This Time Owlman's a hero, and I TRIED TO make this Thomas Wayne Jr. original.

I feel like "I wanted Earth 3 so I compromised something I didn't think through" is a reason for a lot of the mess. If there's anything to be learned here is a little foresight, perhaps?

I refer you to the edit of the previous OOC post. I'm sorry for the outburst but I get overattached to certain characters. He'll, Ultraman is my iPhone's home screen and the CSA is my lock screen.

Hmmm... I think maybe you need to think a little outside your comfort zone, then, if that's the case. The CSA don't seem to be a viable option right now, but surely there's something that would work better than the whole Talon thing did, right?

Oh, I've done it since pre-K with Clark and James Howlett. Also, my "comfort zone" is mercs. I usually don't do superpowers or Clones.

To be honest, I think Talon could've worked, it was just that the execution was a little flawed. Maybe something like him, but that's a bit more thought out? I know what it's like to really want to play a certain character, so I understand that you'd want to get this to work somehow. Just need to figure out the best way to go about it...
