Last season's. I know, it's ridiculous. I need to find time during my work days to make excel sheets for every nation, because as the territory shifts become more frequent, the amount of work going into each update gets bigger.

Talked with Flooby, I made an edit like 30 minutes ago, been making sheets too much to realize 'oh, fucking RPG lagged again and didn't take the edit."

Turns out I don't need to ask you guys, Flooby will just put it in the sheets anyway.

If anyone will be awake tonight while the Update is applied, I am creating a Form that Flooby requested. It may or may not be the new way people make their Sheets. I need testers to, well, test it, so we can see how it comes out, and your opinions. In the end, Flooby will take these reviews and make a final determination.

Anyone willing to test, tell me, and I'll PM you when the Form is ready

Edit: Alright, so, I'm at the military part. How many Troops should I allow at least as a basic start. Meaning, should I allow at least 10 different troops or 20?

To be more clear, here is an example.

Troop One
Swordsman
(Mail, Longsword, 3,000)

In the end, we could make it like 10, and then ask the user if they wish to have more troops, give them another 10, and so on and so forth

The error with the Towns, where there is no option to choose no increase will be fixed. It should have been there, just didn't carry over to the other questions.

The problem with the family members was as follows;
Limited to six as a test, more will be available.
Siblings are an addition soon to come.

With the military, it was either the current way we have things, or 5 billion questions. I mean I could really set it up like Multiple choice and then you give the think a name and how many there are, but that's almost 10 questions per troop. This is the simplest form of doing things, and allows the best way of reading for Flooby.

The Form is awesome but it doesn't quite work as well as I'd like it to x.x

Ashgan, you should be able to edit it again. I will have tonight and tomorrow to work on the Form more, but now I have to go to work.

I may do that if you can tell me how. Clicking the link to the form just gets me back to the first step of filling it out, and I don't see an option to edit my old submission. Either way, I might as well wait until you've finalized it as you already have my feedback and it should be enough to work with.

Concerning the way military is done, I don't think that more questions are the way to go, so you have a point. Mainly, I think the issue is that this form is based on a questionnaire, which is an inherently flawed format for this kind of thing. Ideally, one should be able to script entirely new functions that make it much more intuitive, quick and easy to create troops types. The same philosophy holds true for virtually every part of the form, truth be told. Still, I guess that this isn't an option as you're probably using some kind of service with pre-made functions that you can't modify or add to. It'll do, and if it helps organize things for Flooby, it's probably worth the effort. Personally I think that, if elegance were a priority, one might be better off creating a custom form on an excel sheet, one which every player can download and fill up on their own, and which they would have to re-upload somewhere / send to Floobs. This too is a tad inconvenient, but the format could be easier to work with than a questionnaire. (Or, if one were to really push it, just create a new website from scratch where players can register and create their submission using a completely customized service. Would be sick, but mostly a pipe dream ;P)

Btw, one last suggestion if I may: since you allowed for flavor text on troop types, I would recommend allowing the same to be done to characters and fiefdoms, especially if this is to be the new way of doing things in the future.

Funny you should say that, I'm currently making To Lunds my main project for my Web Design course. I don't want to make any ambitious promises in case I can't do all I promise, but I'll be able to make a lot of processes that will make To Lunds more in-depth while conversely less complicated for the players to understand, and me to do work for.

For now, excel sheets are what we got to work with.

Cale's right in terms of the sheet's organization. If I just had more time on my hands, I could make a sheet that could fit everyone's needs. For now, Cale has to make do with my half-coherent late-night gibberish about seasonal crops consumption. Take pity on him.

I know a friend that can do all of that. He's a very close friend and I'd have to pay him. I could have him make anything by scratch I wanted. It all depends on two things. How well and how long To Lunds stays around, and how well the community is.

Now as it appears things I say can be misread or become unclear, as stated by several people, so I will be clear;

This does not mean there is a bribe for everyone to be nicer to me. If you prefer to have a grudge, that's your choice. I would prefer to be messaged so that we can get through the problems and hopefully become nicer to each other. It wouldn't hurt, because it seems I'm going to work with players for awhile
