You can do what you want, but you do need to remeber that your civilization is relatively alone atm and has not contacted anyone(unless your history says so)

Where? I don't believe I sent any ships to the moon. As far as I remember, I only kept one Explorer and one Varren, both of which are in orbit around N-1.

Those are the full core-planets, and entering that space as an unidentified sentient race with a high speed and an intercept course will get you targeted, and if there isn't a response, then you'll probably be annhilated. A fleet would be a different story of course, but the reason I say this is because some guy, the first ever for hundreds of years, shows up and starts trying to kill people. Defensive, yes, and that means shooting anyone that gets into turret range when on high alert.

Alright, I've made my intro post. Hopefully, the Pearl Fleet will run into someone.

For those of you wondering: Yes, the Alarai are heavily based off of Imperial China in system and theme. The "Flag Fleets" are in fact references to the Banner Armies used by the Qing Dynasty and the great "Pearl Fleet" is a spaceborne version of China's great "Treasure Fleets" that once sailed across the world centuries before The Age of exploration would begin in Europe. The Pearl Fleet is a massive envoy fleet launched for the Alarai to try and discover new races as well as to map as many systems and stars as they could.

If any of you would like, I would really appreciate it if someone made contact with the Pearl Fleet. I'm really sorry if I end up disturbing any plots or preplanned events and I'm willing to edit my post if there is anything wrong.

What would be hilarious to watch would be if someone were to decide and have a galactic war. All Convergence in the nearby surrounding galaxies would shift movement here. They'd arrive late to the war of course, but they'd be a blanlet to every planet and more. Just imagining it is so powerful. By then no one would ever truly want to poke them xD

(If there's just 200 or so in just this galaxy, wonder what numbers are in the surrounding galaxies. For that matter, how many galaxies directly surround this one?)

Go to Nouvelle. There's Duck, there's KeyGuy, there's Alpha, and there's me. I think at the moment, I have the most firepower in the system, with a dreadnaught {Explorer} and a battleship {Varren}

Of course, the chances of actually finding anyone by going with one fleet directly away from home territory are one in a trillion, or more. On land, you can go North, South, East, and West, and all in between. In space, you can go up, down, to the left, to the right, forward, backwards, and most combinations thereof. Simply going out into the black in an attempt to find someone with a single fleet could yield zero results for hundreds of years 99.99% of the time. We've got telescopes and the like pointed at other points of the galaxy, trying to find planets and suns and moons, and few are even in the liquid water zone with ideal conditions.
