End of the world as we know it will come soon enough- will you be ready?

How many of you have ever wondered how the Earth will end? Will there be enough food and water? What about medical supplies? Shelter? Who will rule? Who will be in charge?

I have wondered the same thing many times. I wonder how I would survive a world wide disaster. So I thought to my self, why not RP an epic disaster? Now to ask those of you out there, Have you ever wonder what might happen if an epic disaster should occur, would I survive?

What do the people out there think?

Well since winter is arriving any day now why not say the world froze over by a gigantic unforeseen ice-age, and THAT'S what ended the world? /Shrug

That could be a good idea so let's work on expanding it into a role play.

Depends what kind of maps. World-maps I can do, but not too much detail x)

I was thinking about a map where we can have areas that are like soft ice for people to fall through, hidden caves, ect. I can make them on paint program but I like to have others involved in the plots.

Nuclear winter caused by nuclear war

Some crazed mad scientists unleashes a virus that kills a shit ton of people

Somebody fucked up while drilling for something and ends up somehow screwing over the human race

Then there is also the farce of human caused climate change to the extreme (Day After Tomorrow movie)

I need some time to put an idea together, people. Once it is together I will place it here for everyone to help with the final plot.

Plot run through.... remember this is a very rough outine!

How about having a Fracking mishap ( the process of injecting liquid at high pressure into subterranean rocks, boreholes, etc., so as to force open existing fissures and extract oil or gas.
This will cause massive earthquakes in the US and extending out to other countries.

Meanwhile, a radioactive asteroid shower lands which causes a giant heat wave and makes everyone miserable, cranky and short tempered.

Somewhere in the world, a team of mad scientists creates a virus, makes large batches of this virus which are placed in hot air balloons. When the hot air balloons, land, they explode to release the virus to those around the area.

All of the countries blame each other for sending the virus which will result in a nuclear war.

The nuclear bombs are released causing mutations as well as causing the Earth to change on it's axis.

The change in the Earth's axis changes the weather patterns that brings on the Ice Age.

This is my idea of how to run this RP. I will need people who will be on daily or rarely miss to be head of a certain part of the RP.

I will start the RP with the fracking mishap.

I would like for volunteers to take one of the other 'incidents' so that everyone has a bit of a say in this RP. Please let me know which part you would like to take in the OOC.
The parts will be as follows:
