But I do think some kind of upvote, plus one, or whatnot could be nice. I laugh at a lot of people's posts or think they're insightful but I don't want to reply to each one. I could always throw them a PM to tell them but then it might come off as weird.

Could you separate each other the RP tiers and OT/Spam, so that it could help with picking RP partners?

I think it would interfere with the RP sections, particularly IC. For instance, it's too easy to read too far into a +1. "They +1'ed all of my IC posts until my last one. Was it shit? Did my character come on too strong?" What an intellectual burden that would be.

It would only be for off-topic kind of posts, not RP. And I don't think displaying someone's aggregate rep in any way is useful.

I personally think displaying the user's post count under the avatar/profile page is a good indicator as any.

Oh god, please get on this immediately. I've had this deep yearning in my loins for a good old fashioned circlejerk ever since old RPG went down, and it still hasn't been fulfilled. This +1 system seems like just the thing I need to feel sated.
