Secondly the stuff about the serratus posterior superior muscle makes sense in context but isn't the obturator nerve in your hip and descending down you thigh?

Craig's rather naive, so he could easily be manipulated to keep quiet or to think nothing is out of place. He probably doesn't have the gonads to speak up anyways, thinking he'd be the one to get in trouble instead.
