I can't swap out avatars

I wanted to change my avatars, but for some reason, I am unable to do so. Is this a bug?

Seems like it's bugged just a bit. If you try to upload a new avatar directly over your current one, it doesn't replace it. However, when you click Remove Avatar, it will change.

I expect that clicking Remove Avatar will change it whether or not you click the button before or after upload, as it currently works. It feels a bit unintuitive, but I think that's just a result of the primitive avatar system we have right now.

I just logged out and logged back in. It worked! Try removing your old avatar so the default one is showing. Then log out, log back in, and upload your new avatar. Good luck!

I can try removing the avatar using the mod tools, maybe see if it'll work after that as a temporary fix?

That looks like the same avatar that you had when I posted in the thread (timewise); was that the one you had when you posted your first message?

For all I know, yall tried changing your avatar by slamming your face into your keyboard but then later found out you had to click "Upload".

Alright, here's the problem:

I click on a picture of something I want to upload. I click upload after I selected the picture. However, avatar does not change. I use Firefox.

The only solution I seem to think is just waiting for the site to apply the change.
