What...? That is the... the is the most retro thing, and I mean it is still used a lot today.

It simply means "Slow down and only go one step at a time."

I understand "cool down" and "slow your roll". However, slow your roll implies that you're doing something wrong and hasty, from the context I've heard it in atleast. Cool down implies to me, in a gaming sense, that there is an inactivity period between uses. It makes sense on a combat related note to have a turn based system on the hunts, as it gives more people opportunity to do them. And considering how many people are in the RP, not including NPCs, it's probably for the best if it works that way?

Both work, but slow your roll seems more slang while cool down seems more systematic.
