Its pretty strong and it stomps on monsters but it doesn't have any protection so i'd say it looks good to me.

I feel like you cannot call have 0 attack points bad effect if it can't be attacked.

Well the thing is that it is entirely vulnerable to any monster that is unaffected my monster effects, or if the card itself has its effect negated by something like fiendish chain. This way it has a powerful monster defense but if you ignore it somehow the card is screwed.

Yup, it's designed so that monsters cannot challenge it, but is still vulnerable to spells and traps.

Well I'm all for stalling cards but 500 LP for each monster your opponent controls? I'd be okay with giving you between 5- 1000 a round but there are situations where you could be gaining 2000 a round and it last for 5-6 rounds before the other guy draws a card to beat it.

Admittedly with our low amount of LP that gets real high real fast. Perhaps if you changed it to no monsters can declare an attack?

Well I could always lower the amount of LP gained. Maybe, like, 200 per monster or some thing?

I'd certainly say 200 would be fair, perhaps 250 at most.

I would be happy with 300 because odds are most players are not going to bring out four monsters at once. Besides there are cards that allow the player to gain back 1000 points a turn as long as their on the field.

Anime-only cards are fine, or at least, most of them. Ask me or Ryu about any specific ones and we'll see whether they deserve a whack with the banhammer or not.

Oh I just watched thhe Yugi vs Kaiba in Battle City duel and realized the Obelisk Slifer brawl was entirely composed of anime only cards for the most part.

Also Crush Card's anime ability is too evil.
