I've been trying to find a good theme for Konrad to no avail. Something that resonates with his soldier's persona yet has a somber tone to it as well.

Yeah. I BSed my way through a book report and a Biology essay the day before it was due in thirty minutes and got an A, but when I'm trying to keep working on one of my long-term projects I'll usually find myself on youtube.
