Looks like we could use another female character...though I suppose we could throw Rebekah in with Mishka/Alexis or Ziska/Anastasia.

Those are the current room pairings. Decided to go ahead and put Rebekah with Mishka and Alexis, since their room originally had three people in it, and also put Scorpios, David, and Blake in the same room as well.
